Not pleased at all & will not use this service again. I could’ve spent a fraction of this cost to make an arrangement on my own that actually looked good. I purchased the Valentines Day Bouquet for my wife for $89.99 before the additional $14.99 delivery charge. Looked very cute online and was appropriate for the occasion. Delivery came on the correct date without concern; however, the presentation of this Edible Arrangement was embarrassing. For basically the cost of a days work this ‘brilliant display’ of a fresh fruit bouquet looked completely cheap as if I picked it up out of Five Below. For the price of this arrangement there is absolutely no value for the actual product received. Besides being very small in presentation itself, the vase, fruit sticks, complimentary card all were very cheap looking, and the fruit did not appear fresh, but withered as if cut/arranged several days prior and stored in a cooler. The ‘arrangement’ was boring showing of lack of any effort to put this together. The one star is for being delivered as scheduled, but the arrangement itself very disappointing and a waste of money.

The manager of the norwich store called me about the wrong date delivery and promptly said that he would send another order on the correct date at no charge, I am satisfied and appreciate his action. Andrew Pedro

Ordered last week to be delivered on December 21, got a text from recipient thanking us for gift that they got today, called EDA was told that even though computer had delivery for 12/ 21/20 it must have have been in the wrong bin, TOTAL A HOLES!

This was a last-minute order for my daughters birthday. I cant thank this store enough for the fast delivery of a beautiful and delicious arrangement!

Horrible i will never get anything from here again. I order Something for my gf for Valentine’s Day and they leave my gf edible arrangement on a random front porch. Not at the building i gave Them and they didn’t even give my gf the balloons i paid For either. Horrible horrible !!!!

Good place for snack food and to surprise loved ones.

Arrived at 11:15. It seems like almost every establishment in Norwich us ghetto af. Theres a BE BACK IN 15 note on the door. Im in a rush. Been waiting a half hour. Its not even lunch time. What reason could this be for an eatablishment?

I have ordered from them for Mothers Day and the arrangement was beautiful but half of the fruits were spoiled!!! Very, very dissapointed for the amount of money I paid for the arrangement it should at least have fresh fruit in it!!! Do not recommend this place!
