I stopped in when I was in the area waiting for an appointment, and it was a very delightful visit. I purchased a lightweight jacket, and some earrings for my niece. The owner Michelle was very nice to talk to. I thought the quality of the clothes were very good. And she has a full store of new items. And she had some exceptional sales. All in all I have to say its one of the best in the area. And thank you for making my shopping experience a very nice one.

Went here with my child today. We had a fabulous time ! Beautiful clothes, jewelry, purses, scarfs and shoes! I loved the shirts that say PLUS SIZE BARBIE which are brand new. They also have neat items like brand new socks that have fun prints, crystal soaps, and beauty products! This isn’t your ordinary consignment shop; it’s a boutique with new items as well! Very clean, nice layout, great atmosphere ! The staff is very nice and helpful ! The reviews saying the workers are pushy couldn’t be further from the truth. Very misleading. The workers in here are a joy! Very kind and helpful! My child bought two shirts (Adult size in small/Med), a purse, VS PINK slippers and a bracelet for only $24! They wrapped it up in a nice purple bag. Over all; this is hidden gem in Norwich ! I’ve passed by quite often but wasn’t sure what to expect. Glad I stopped in and gave them a shot ! This is definitely our new favorite boutique !

If you are a plus size woman, this is the place to go. Wonderful items that are gently used or even brand new. At very reasonable prices. Plus the woman who owns the place is wonderful and sweet

The shop was nice, but the sweet women who run it are really what make the shop great. Anyone looking into this shop should really try it out. There are really good deals and good service.

If you can handle overly-involved employees standing way too close to you (total breach of personal space) I guess its a nice shop. I realize the woman here was trying to be helpful, but I felt more like I was being tailed and harassed. I told her I wasnt interested in an item, but she didnt seem to understand that. I was really very uncomfortable that she was so pushy. I ended up having to bide my time for her to be distracted and as soon as I could, I bolted for the exit. Hopefully your experience will be better.

Ive consigned here multiple times and everytime I cant help but look around at the new items. You can find a great selection of all sizes. The boutique is clean and organized and the owner is very nice and professional. I enjoy buying from and working with her. I recommned stopping in and checking Deja Vu out whether its to buy or consign!
