What an AMAZING place to grab bagels and donuts! My gosh I can’t say enough good things about this place. We grabbed a dozen assorted bagels (every flavor was amazing) and the dozen donuts were amazing too! We also grabbed 2 muffins and we were in love with all of it! The staff was amazing and really helpful, this was our first time visiting so they recommended a lot of things! We will definitely be back to get more awesome goodies!

They have the best cinnamon donuts I have ever had. The coffee is average but really the donuts are stellar: fresh baked on site and they always have a bunch of sample donut holes. These little lovelies have introduced me to other flavors but I come back for the crunchy sweet cinnamon donuts. There is often a short wait because all the working people of Norwich show up around the same time every morning.

They seem to add some magic. Boston Cream stands out and just melts. No wonder they are rated best. I was also happy to see some of the elderly people inside the shop for whom this place is very connected and having great time.They did greet me and made my visit memorable. It’s not just business here. God Bless such a great passionate local business.

This is a delightful shop. The donuts are DELICIOUS. We have had some delicious donuts while living in New York City, and these are right up there with the best. Worth the drive if you don’t live close by. Get extras- you’ll be glad you did.

There is no place, like this place. No better fresh morning bakery, period! If you want the best donut or bagel that is still warm from an oven, then this is the only place to go. That being said, earlier is best. Nothing frozen. When they run out, there is no more until tomorrow.And it is worth the effort to go.

Awesome donuts! Although I am disappointed with my experience this morning...bought 8 donuts for $9. The staff member failed to inform me that it was $10 for a dozen donuts, which means I could have gotten 4 more for only $1. Seems like something you should say to the customer when theyre pretty much paying the same price! Yes it was written on the board, but I was in a rush with my toddler and didnt notice until I got home and checked prices online.

What can I say? This place does donuts right. I resisted visiting them for years and now regret that I waited so long. They have the unique flavors that places like Dunkin wont dare make anymore. The staff was so polite and genuinely happy to see new faces. If you are a donut fan, put this one on your list.

Love this old-school style bakery. Staff are very friendly. These are the best donuts I’ve ever tasted, hands down. Better than any specialty shop in Boston or NYC. They are a perfect size too, not too doughy or gluttonous. Great donut holes too. My only problem is that I don’t live closer!! I pass by when going to visit my sister & always stop when they’re open.

Kathy runs a wonderful little home style donut shop. As the sign out front says, drive thrus are for wusses. Get in early before the good stuff runs out and youll never go back to Dunkin again.

I just went here for the first time today. I was on my way to Dunkin, but seen this little dont shop on the corner on the way there. I decided to give it a try. It was only 12 pm and they already had all of the chairs up on the tables and when I came in, I immediately felt rushed by the girl at the front counter. I told her it was my first time there and wanted to see what they had. She had an attitude. They only had one type of bagel out and the donuts were already on a rolling cart in the back. The front girl was very short with me. I was asking questions about what time they close and if they were open all week because obviously I was thinking of coming back and she gave me yup answers every time. The lady who was putting up the chairs was very friendly. And so was the lady in the back with the glasses. Just some advice. If you get a NEW customer in the store, the employee serving them shouldnt make them feel like youre bothering them. It makes the customer not feel welcome and DEFINITELY not want to come back. Word of mouth is everything... The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the other 2 ladies and the egg and cheese on a croissant was decent. I will NOT be returning. Sorry to say...
