We have been going to this location for years and are very satisfied customers, now on our second pair of hearing aids that weve purchased here.Barbara does a wonderful job running the office and always fits us in right away if we need help. They are always on time and usually take us in sooner if we arrive early.Mark is extremely knowledgeable and capable of keeping my father in laws hearing aids running at full capacity. This is very important because he has lost 85% of his hearing, plus he has weepy ears, so every little detail counts.Everything about the office has always been professional and courteous.

I was a little apprehensive about getting hearing aids..I am elderly and I knew I was missing so much I could hardly hear my little great granddaugter and all she was telling me. so I went to Beltone in Norwich and met with Barabara the receptionist who was so friendly and helpful. Dr Mark Brown was so friendly and informative... I did the hearing test and talked with Dr. Brown and he explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and made me feel good about getting the hearing aids. this is somethin I should have done long ago. he was very patient and helpful.and whenever I call barbara gets me right in and he helps me with whatever I need. I highly recommend Dr. Brown to anyone I know who is interested in getting hearing aids.
