Viking Fuel has taken care of us since 2019 when we moved to Connecticut from Alaska (I knew nothing about oil heat and they were very patient with me). Theyve delivered on Holidays when we in dire need of oil, pick up on weekends to take orders for the following Monday. They are fast, efficient, and have wonderful customer service - from the woman who answers the phone to the driver.Most recently I requested billing history from when we started with them and the woman who usually answers did it without hesitation. She has always been kind whenever I have called and went above and beyond in this case. If I knew her name I would have mentioned it!Thank you for taking such good care of us, and as long as we live here you have us as loyal customers.

This company and the people who work here are the absolute best. I have been getting oil from them for over 12 years and they have always been kind, prompt, and helpful. I have a difficult situation with the location of my oil pipe. You see the fence was built on the wrong side of the oil pipe and I have to lock the gate to keep my dogs from getting out. But, the folks at Viking Fuel work with me all the time so I am able to be there to open the gate to fill my tank. Only, this time I forgot to call because I was working all weekend; then I misplaced my keys, and my gates were frozen shut, so they just popped over the fence with their hose and filled my tank. I am truly thankful for their constant dedication to their customers. I dont mean to sound corny but today you guys were my heros. Thank You for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service!

I called the office needing an emergency fill up of home heating oil on a Saturday afternoon with a snow & ice storm on the way. The office person was very compassionate to me on the phone and had an oil truck out to my house within a couple of hours. Keep them in mind for sure!

Ran out of oil yesterday morning in the cold snap, and ordered oil to be delivered today after a late check on my tank . The driver Jesse was very professional and had a great attitude . Very thankful for him getting me back up with heat again . I def know who to call for an oil supply again . Very impressed !

The driver was so rude for absolutely no reason. Almost refused to give us oil because my boyfriend went outside with the cash to hand him and he said a girl brought it out last time where is she I can’t give you oil. It’s the same house it was so ridiculous not mention he was pounding on the door so hard he almost broke the glass on our glass door !!! This is the second time he’s delivered oil to my house and he was so very rude. I’m calling the office now to complain absolutely ridiculous.

Is being one week to fill an tvcca emergency oil delivery, if i could rate zero stars i would lady on the phone was rude i named her mrs Rudenesss hang up the phone on me whilw i was asking estimated time of delivery she didnt know that was her answer, next year im using a different fuel company ..

They are great and understanding. Only had one problem with one of there drivers he cheated me out of 40.00 dollars and was very rude and disrespectful. Called Viking about my money and the was nice about it and gave it back to me. I feel the delivery person should have been fired for that now don’t trust them. I only gave them five stars because they was nice about the situation.

I was a customer of theirs for 18 years -- great company!They were always quick to respond, and very very nice to deal with.When i needed copies of past bills when I sold my house, they provided me with a complete multi year history.. I would highly recommend them. (Moved out of state, otherwise they would still be my oil company )

How do you say your open 24 hours emergency service deliver same-day and you guys not pick up the phone what kind of company advertise that online and dont keep their word thats wrong for business and its not right Im very disappointed in this company I need oil inside my house right away and you guys not responding back very sad very disappointment theres kids here an small babies an disabled adults .Viking oil stay open 24 hours and you guys are not i call you guys multiple times left messages inbox on Facebook still no respond back😪 this is horrible service

They deliver oil to our home always ready to service and always on time if not early!Prices are reasonable and they have been very professional with us.

We have been using this company for years, great service and reliability. But I dont like the attitude if one of the employees, try telling him there was an emergency situation so how the driveway was done wasnt my fault, he responded with Do you want the oil or not not compassionate and very judgemental.
