Excellent customer service and very good brand

Walked in. A sales guy quietly greeted us. We looked at a Genesis. Sales guy disappeared. No one was there to offer assistance or answer questions. We left within 10 minutes. No one acknowledged us. There was not a thank you for coming in. No nothing. Very unimpressed. Booo for Boch.

Best car buying experience so far. Great staff.

Most of the experience was OK. We reached an agreement with the condition that a defect in the dash was fixed. They could not do it immediately but told me to schedule the no cost repair later. We closed the sale. Two weeks later their service dept informed me they could not fix it. It was suggested I go to my local Jeep dealer or an upholstery shop, they could not help.I did go to my Jeep dealer and the cost to repair was $2300. After a lot of personal effort and three months Chrysler agreed to cover most, but not all of the cost.It was a very expensive used car and it was agreed in advance to fix the issue. It should have been covered by Boch. Once the sale was done they just washed their hands of the obligation.

Were very happy with our purchase, and I enjoyed working with KC in buying our 2011 Highlander. Very friendly, and all the information you need is available. As a larger dealer, they are well resourced, and want to make things as easy as possible. Its very easy for me just to pick up the phone and call KC with any questions I have. Giving four stars just because I felt at times that I needed to slow things down to consider all the options. To be clear - there was no pressure to buy. But all the details, timing, and options of buying, registering, inspecting the vehicle got a bit complicated, and I felt that I needed to take the initiative to slow things down so that I actually understood what was being suggested. But thats a minor thing. Enjoyed working with KC and very happy with our car and experience.

Very pleasant salesman, Marshall, with no-pressure, answered all questions. Big inventory of very clean cars. Didnt purchase (yet) but wouldnt mind returning.

I made an appointment for serviceand I explained with details to the only lady that works there, oil change, sticker, and two tires needed to be fixed, I explained to the lady that the rear tire had a nail and the front tire I couldnt find anything but I bought a tire sensor needed to be installed just in case... after 50 minutes she came out and told me everything was fine I asked her if they fix the tires she told me they couldnt find anything wrong with the tires when I went outside and took a picture of the tirethe nail was still in the tire thats when I went inside and I talked to the lady and she didnt want to talk to me so I talked to the supervisor I explained the problem he offered me to fix it then I say why now when the car is being more than 50 minutes and your shop so I made an appointment at Sears in Brockton they fix the problem they found two nails one in each tired, I dont understand why the dealer overlooked the problem is not safe I could have had an accident thats why Im giving you one 🌟and for everybody else out there they are charging too much money there are cheaper places for the same jobs and better....

Made an appointment to see a car at 9:00 on a Monday. Arrived to find that no one had made the appointment and the car I had wanted to see had been sold. Definitely not wasting anymore time with Boch.

We recently had our car totalled so I went back and purchased another used car. KC is an extremely knowledgable salesperson who will bend over backwards to ensure you are taken care of. Both times, working with him the process has been smooth, efficient and enjoyable. Got another super deal and am thrilled with my car...

I will never go to this place again. extremely unprofessional and rude and lazy workers. i put 2,000 down on a car and they said they would look for a loan for me and pulled both my parents credit which they have good credit, didn’t call me for days, no updates. i had to keep calling to know what was going on and then they just tell me they can’t find a loan there is nothing else they can do and they are going to refund my money??? so messed up to take my money for a week, not try hard and just tell me i’m basically out of luck. no apology no help what so ever. worst place to go car shopping.

Overall, a very positive experience. Peter Josephs was great. Even tho I arrived 15 minutes before opening he came out to greet me and within 10 minutes I was test driving the car I came to see. No pressure whatsoever and they gave me a fair value for my trade-in. Financing was a breeze with competitive rates. I would recommend Boch New to You and will use them again myself.My only complaint, and its a minor one, is that they say the car will be detailed while youre doing the paperwork. They did wash the car (poorly) but didnt touch the interior or wheels. The word detailing actually means something. They should really say, We will spray parts of the car with a hose while you do the paperwork.But as I said, overall, a very positive experience buying the car.

The actual purchase went fine. But what has left the biggest impression is the service dept.I have owned my Pilot for 52,000 relatively problem free miles (purchased it at 104,000 miles 2 years ago) and Steve, and Gordon have been wonderful. They keep me on top of my maintenance schedule and have kept my vehicle running superbly.Service after the sale baby! That is what impresses me the most.I also just brought my wifes 2001 Camry over for some major work and the thing is now running great! Gordon and the crew took great care of us.

After a week of emails and texts regarding a specific vehicle, on the day of my appointment I was assured the SUV was there and the sales person was waiting for me, I show up and no one knew i was coming, the car was not there and to top it off the Velocity Lock in Price isnt the real price of the car. If you want upfront honesty and a smooth transaction do not use Boch.

May be great for locals, but terrible if youre out of state. Inquired about a truck I could easily fly in and purchase but processes are antiquated, no deposits or anything and as soon as I inquired about rust I never even got a response. I was really interested but needed some answers before I was willing to fly in and got none. Terrible customer service unless youre standing in front of them apparently. No problem, plenty of other dealers willing to take my money.

Update: 1.14.19 moving to 2 stars until further notice. No paperwork returned to me, after having car for one day had to bring to shop. Waiting for results but no call today. Feeling concerned about entire process. One note.. service person was very nice and helped me get a rental.1.7.19 This is my 3rd purchase from Boch and as always, they are great! Khalil is your guy, not pushy yet gets it all done for you!

I’ve never walked into a dealership and not played the back and forth game with the salesperson... until yesterday. Making a deal was easy. I got a fair price on a nice truck and they have me a fair amount for my trade in. K.C. Was our salesman and he didn’t come off overbearing or disingenuous. He was a nice guy and made the process easy. Highly recommend Boch new to you and especially K.C.JJ in financing was also pleasant and easy to deal with. He offered different packages (extended warranty, tires, etc.) but wasn’t pushy when I said I wasn’t interested. Unlike other dealerships I’ve been to.5 Stars.

These guys gave me such a runaround. They like to pull the bait and switch on you. I was in contact with them via text and email, visited one night and after that made an appointment to come and see 5 specific vehicles. I was assured that theyd have these at their lot (some were at other Boch lots). When I arrived for my appointment I had to wait 15-20 minutes for the salesman to arrive and he had just 1 of the vehicles I requested. We then had to go to another Boch lot and spend about 45 minutes looking for that vehicle. They told us how much the vehicle would roughly cost and we said to run the credit on it. Then they kept us sitting around waiting. They tell us that someone else was looking at that car now at the other lot. The vehicle should have been at the lot we were at. We had to head home after several rounds of just a few more minutes. I said for them to call me once they ran the numbers. They decided to called back 3 hours later and leave a message. When I call back, theyre gone. They call me the next day and tell me that the one I wanted was gone and go back to pushing the one they wanted to sell me. And on top of that they tell me it will cost about $75 a month more than what they told me before. So I went across the street to Carmax and within 2 hours I had a better vehicle for less money. Boch salesmen are super shady!

I went to test drive a car I saw online at the store. I wasnt that thrilled with it, but my sales consultant, Todd Borletto, found something else for me. It was perfect. Todd was very helpful, personable, and pleasant. He wasnt the stereotypical car salesman. It was a pleasure doing business there and all paperwork was handled. It was my first time buying a car by myself, and I felt very comfortable with Todd helping. The sales manager, Les, worked with me on the numbers and I left a satisfied customer.

Originally gave them 5 stars. I had an appointment on New years day and was seen as soon as I got there. I was able to see the car I wanted to see as well as test drive it. Car was in great condition. I decided to purchase the car and the manager was able to get me a good rate on my loan. Everything went smooth while I was there.I was told that they would try and have my car ready for Tuesday (I was there Sunday) but that it will most likely be Wednesday and that they will keep in touch. On Wednesday I received a call and was told they could not get my car registered that day but should have it ready Thursday.I never received a call Thursday and called them Friday at about 12pm. I was told someone was at the registry and that I would get a call back at about 3pm. I received a call at 5pm by the manager who told me there were some issues with the paperwork and that the car now would not be ready until Monday (8 days after I purchased it).I would have preferred them tell me it was going to take a week after I made the purchase to get my car rather than a lie. Lets see if I get my car come Monday.

Pete was super friendly and wasnt pushy. He made us feel comfortable and got us in and out fast. Whole transaction between trade in and financing a new vehicle was only a few hours. This place has a lot of leased vehicles which are extremely affordable price wise. Definitely worth your time if buying a new car.

Excellent purchasing experience. Would have preferred coming in with a check from my bank as opposed to having to refinance their loan through my bank. But other than that, professional staff with a zero pressure approach. No hassle, fair price and the most efficient paperwork process I have ever experienced. I will go back again for my next vehicle purchase.

Dont waste your time.I found a good deal on a used truck, they sent me a nice package including the car fax and a quote for a purchase price. I have really good credit so I shopped around a little found a really good rate on a loan. So I made an appointment and drove an hour and a half to pickup the truck. When I arrived things went well very friendly staff. Took the truck for a test drive. Grabbed my check book went inside to sign the paperwork.Then there was this weird renegotiation of the price. Apparently it states somewhere on the website that the quoted price is only valid if you finance through them, so I am like thats fine what sort of interest rates do you offer I already found a pretty good deal. Then they start giving me these payment plans 45 minutes of back and forth it became apparent that the pricing only if finance through them and that they were not offering competitive financing. At one point the manager even suggested that I agree to the bad loan just to get the purchase price they quoted me and refinance once I get out the door.It was like weird throw back to what it was liking buying a car before the internet. They even did the Let me go talk to my managerNeedles to say we could not reach an agreement. I wasted an afternoon, I left some feedback about my experience on their website tell it to Ernie they followed up by asking me to drive back down AGAIN so that we could work something out

It was a great experience. I stepped in to try several cars and ended up taking a car away. The good thing is when you have questions you can always ask them. While I tried cut the price down but it doesnt work much.Their process is quite standard and fast. Inspection, plate, title, everything is done within one day. Peter even drove my car to my workplace the other day. Really appreciate the service there.

Today I bought my first car from Boch New To You. I had done a ton of research both on the car I was interested in as well as a few dealerships that made the model in stock, and decided to make Boch New To You my first stop of the day due to their great reviews compared to other Toyota dealerships in the area. I am so happy I did. The salesman was very accommodating and not too pushy. When I pointed out a few aesthetic flaws in the car he was more than happy to fix those prior to me taking the car home. The finance manager was pleasant as well, although the dealership definitely pushes for the extended safety warentee. Overall, I would absolutely refer this dealerships to anyone considering a used car- you wont find a more fair and pleasant one around.

Vince was very friendly and helped us find a great car for a good price. On each car we were shown he disclosed any problems the car had. I appreciate this as I have found problems that were not mentioned from other car dealers in the past. He was funny and personable. I would recommend to any of my friends and will certainly be coming back to do business with him in the future.

Read all the way: things have gotten worse:If I could give a 0, I would. The sales department wasnt bad at all. The salesman I bought the car from was great. He didnt up sell me but the service department is god awful. The tires werent balanced. When they inspected the car, they left trash behind and didnt finish the job as they left all of the seat belts fastened. When I had a flat, I went back because I have a warranty on the tires. They said we can repair it. They lied. They endangered my life as it went flat an hour later on a busy road in the rain. I had to sit there waiting for AAA and every car that passed me I thought would hit me. They are careless and incompetent in the service department.Update: When I bought my car, the sales department told me it had new tires on it. They lied. When I swapped my snow tires on, i found that one of the tires had a patch. This place is incapable of telling the truth and doing their jobs.When i tried to reach out to them to find out why that tire had a patch, I received a quick response saying they would look into it and then nothing. They do not care about anything but the sale. Once the car is sold they do not care about the lies they said to sell it or the warranty they sell. When I finally talked with the manager, Scott Braga, he was a jerk on the phone. He basically left it as I was wrong and that there was nothing he would do about the issues at hand. This place fits the very definition of sleazy used car dealership.Further Update: I got BBB involved and at first Boch refused to respond to BBB. When they finally did respond, they didnt actually answer anything and then refused to work towards a resolution with me or BBB any more. BUYER BEWARE

KC was great. I knew what I wanted Boch had it I went in at night spent 30 minutes test driving the car and taking care of paperwork and was out the door.Came back the next evening and the car was ready to go. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is always room for improvement...but I don’t know how much better this could have gone.I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Boch and KC as well.

I hate car shopping but K.C changed that. Right away he made me feel comfortable and helped me find the exact car without pressuring me. Ive had family buy from Boch before with great service and I wish I could write a better review but this dealership just did not provide a consistent and smooth experience. Although the car I bought was good, the service was less than desirable. It almost seemed like the dealership failed to do their proper due diligence because when I picked up the car, they failed to let me know that my plates could not be transferred. I was technically driving my car illegally and had to return again to get new plates. I picked up the car on a Monday so there shouldve been enough time to cross-check with the DMV before giving the car to me. Next, when I made the deal I was expecting there to be a second key (as the salesmen promised). Once again, when I picked up my vehicle there was no second key. They neglected to tell me that the key guy comes on certain days and times (so I would have to come in AGAIN to get my second key). Next, my car was not inspected and I had 7 days to get it done (fine, I can deal with that). Before coming in, I called my salesperson multiple times and even called the service department during normal business hours only to get the voicemail and no callback. Long story short, I have to travel multiple times to and from my work and home (25+ miles by the way) just to finalize my transaction (once to get my new plates after they failed to do their due diligence, another to get my second key, and a final time to get my car inspected). The fact that I have to revolve my schedule around them shows that their service is less than desirable. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Very quick unfortunately I didnt qualify for the loan but they never told me they were running my credit which is kind of screwy

KC was of great help. He helped with the choice of the vehicle while working hard to stay within our budget. Michael Ayoub went above and beyond to help even when we forgot certain paperwork home. Great staff!

I had a wonderful car shopping experience at Boch New to You Superstore. Derek Shannon was astounding at helping me navigate my needs and wants. He was patient, kind, and continuously kept me in the loop with my minor concerns with the vehicle that I purchased. Not once did he pressure me to make a decision and he also followed up with me after my purchase. As stressed out as I was about having to buy a car, Derek helped me feel confident in my purchase and addressed all my concerns.Overall the entire team here is amazing! Jay the sales manager, Scott, and the finance director Steve all were a pleasure to work with.

Glen was great. Quick and informative. He took time to give information and help us through any questions we had, but also didnt hold us up all day, which was nice. He made sure we were well accomadated throughout our experience purchasing our vehicle. Will definitely use him again in the future

Today is 1/17/17 Im with my dad to get my new to me car! had the pleasure of working with Boch to get said car. The process went smoothly I worked with Alfonso Lopez, he was very kind. The Prices are pretty fair as well they really know what they are doing! Overall Im very pleased with the service here.

Excellent experience. Glen Johnson, our sales consultant, greeted us warmly upon arrival without being pushy or aggressive. He was very informative about the vehicle we were interested in and provided a robust test drive experience so we could put the vehicle through its paces. Purchase was smooth as well.

We walked in after doing all of our research and knew the vehicle we wanted. Pete Dalton worked with us to test drive and he talked us through the vehicles history and what work they put into it. We had our own financing, but they were able to provide a lower rate. JJ, the finance guy, was really nice, genuine (even keeps art work from children of customers), straight forward. The in-showroom massage chair was a nice perk. Overall a great experience for us, but car shopping is what you make of it...we did our research and Pete helped us buy the car (vs him trying to sell us a car). Pete also came back on his day off to be there when we picked up our new car. And we didnt shake on it, but I asked him to see what he could do about getting Ernie to play at my daughters birthday party.

Everyone in the dealership couldnt have been nicer. From super fast initial contact response to my email, Alfonso my salesperson, Jay Spencer, financing, General Manager all were great. Best thing was the price of my new car. I had been looking for almost a month, so I knew what Macan S were going for. Their price was incredible.I drove 5+ hours each way to get this car, and Id do it again!

I was dreading going to look for cars because of all my previous dealership experiences. Today was our lucky day running into KC at Boch New to You. Hes hardly a typical car salesman...he didnt make us feel pressured or like we were getting a bad deal, and the prices seemed very fair. Made an offer on a truck and basically it was never really considered. All I got was automated emails, text messages and useless emails that each department send in voice of each other. After doing more research they have nice vehicles that are so close to being new BUT if you do some real research your better off buying new, few reasons that save you a lot are rebates, sales and new car financing. Mine was a Ford truck which they posted FULL RETAIL for which in my case I bought new. MY offer of $31,000.00 was good enough for my local Ford dealer. Happy with my purchase elsewhere than BOCH...

Peter was a pleasure to work with. Very easy going one on one and responsive via email and on the phone. The car I was interested in was not available when I came in the first time. Peter and the manager Jay made sure to hold it for me for a full day so I did not miss out on a very nice clean car that drives great.

Just bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler and the initial purchase went great and my salesperson, Michael Ayoub was very pleasant and helpful. The Jeep had a hard top on it but also included a soft top which was partially what made me choose that particular one. Brought it home and had a friend that has a Jeep help me take the hard top off and put the soft top on only to find out that I didn’t get all of the parts. I called Michael and although he tried to be helpful, he said there wasn’t anything he could do. I spoke with the sales manager, Mike who was very curt on the phone and didn’t seem to care. He said it’s a used vehicle and you get what you get. I mentioned that they should have disclosed that it may not have all of the parts and he readily agreed and said it should have been but it wasn’t and there isn’t anything he can do. I called Scott Braga, the GM and left him a voicemail but have not heard back and just had to order over $200 in parts so I can put the soft top up while crossing my fingers that the weather cooperates until they arrive. Not very happy with the whole situation.After I emailed the owner with the link on their site, Jay called me and reimbursed me for the parts
