Absolutely best bagels!! I always look forward to coming here. A fully loaded lox bagel sandwich for only $5?! Unheard of! And it cannot be beat! There’s so much lox on it. Plus a delicious 32 oz iced coffee for $1! Everything here is incredible, and the staff are kind and efficient. Yes, if you do not come here early, you will most likely wait!! If you don’t want to wait, I recommend going close to when they open at 6:30am to beat the line and get hot, fresh bagels. If there’s a line and you have the time, definitely wait and get some delicious food and drinks. *I also want to note that they have tape on the floor to maintain social distance while waiting in line inside.

Bagels were amazing for the Boston area, but I waited 36 minutes to pay for a half dozen bagels (no drinks or sandwiches). I would love to go back, but its just not worth waiting in line for that long.

Found this Gem this morning and I’m obsessed! Their cinnamon sugar bagel is absolutely to die for and their breakfast sandwiches are amazing and cooked to perfection! I’m definitely a new weekly customer!

The bagels are delicious... soft but dense, with a good variety of flavors (as a NYer, Im picky about my bagels). The shop has a good variety of older treats like sodas and candies. Coffees (iced and hot) are also a dollar, you cant go wrong. Staff was friendly and the prices are very fair. Recommended.

I absolutely love SPOT in Norwood! The first time I had a bagel here, was the last time I had a bagel anywhere else. Lines, they’re long, yes. But they move right along, so don’t be discouraged. There is one person taking orders and filling the drinks and one person on the bagels. And they’re VERY nice! (After dealing with a constant barrage of people/orders for hours, good thing I’m not behind the counter. I know I wouldn’t be as nice.)

Everything they make here is delicious. The people that work here are super friendly.

I come here as much as I can, Thats as much as I can get in the door. This place is always packed to the brim for the most part. The bagels are amazing. I try to have one every day. My bosses send me to get the bagels so we have them at work, we eat almost the whole dozen in a day. Id give them 10 stars if I could. The service is phenomenal, the bagels are always fresh and still warm from the oven. If you havent tried spot, youre really missing out, its a staple in this area. Comfort food at its best!

As soon as you walk in the place has an amazing feel & aesthetic to it. The bagel sandwiches are AMAZING. I no longer live in Norwood but I would definitely take the drive just to come here. The husband & wife that own it are incredibly nice and wonderful people.

I recommend the Nova Lox on a cinnamon raisin bagel with chive cream cheese, lettuce, tomato and capers. Also the fresh squeezed orange juice is delicious. Their iced coffee is fresh and yummy as well.

Unfortunately, there are so few places to get good bagels near Canton, MA. Spot’s bagels are excellent but their business is poorly run. We stood in line for 35 minutes yesterday, and when we finally got to the counter, the woman waiting on us (the owner) could not get our simple request straight. 4 multi-grain, 8 marble bagels. Repeated several times and repeated by the clerk. We got home and had only 4 marble bagels and 8 multi. Man, that’s a long time to stand and wait to get the simplest order screwed up.The wait is really too long for anything. Very annoying.And there’s no way we would go back to get it corrected. It’s a 20 minute drive and who has an hour to just get a bagel?

Incredibly tasty bagels. I often get the bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel and it never disappoints! Their specialty iced coffee flavors are also delicious.

Its a really nice place. The food and beverages are good. Great atmosphere.Now there are times where it just takes so long to get your order. I understand it gets pretty busy.You just have to ask yourself, is it really worth waiting a while for a bagel?

Best bagels hands down. The lines snaking around the store and sometimes out the door means that this is not a quick stop on Saturday or Sunday morning, but the fresh, delicious bagels, cream cheese, and sandwiches are definitely worth the wait. I also love the fresh squeezed OJ!

Only if youre into old timey nostalgic sodas and candy AND if you happen to want a bagel, then this place maybe worth the ridiculously long line and wait. Other than that, theres still no jalapeno cheddar bagel and everything else is meh.

This place is THE BEST. I just moved here and I always love small community businesses and they kill it over here with the customer service. Other places I have been to have rude customer service, but this place is making me feel right at home already. The place is awesome with all of the retro decor, drinks, and candies. I love it.

Their bagels are delicious! Everything is made fresh on site which is why there’s a wait (sometimes very long which can be a bummer) but it’s always worth it and if you go on a weekday there’s no line. If you like sweet iced coffee try their s’mores mocha it’s the best! Very kind owners as well and very reasonably priced.

This bagel place is great. It has an unbelievable assortment of old time soda, restaurant is excellent!Its not a conventional restaurant. They do have a few tables but most people come in and wait in line for sometime, to get really delicious bagels! The owners are very nice and very helpful!Every time I go in, I walk out with something new. They have so much candy, bagels, sandwiches, soda, etc. A great experience!

Great breakfast Sammie’s and the soda selection is superb. Everything hippo size makes is great, specifically the peach soda by them. Worth the line, if you get there by 8 am you will miss the line. Food is always delicious and you cant beat the prices - but if youre not patient you wont be able to take that line. Sometimes it can be pretty unbearable so I recommend going for a late lunch on the weekday if you dont like waiting too long. Definitely buy an ice coffee :)

The Spot always has a line, which is a testament to the quality. Sometimes though the line is literally out the door (usually during school vacations) and its just too slow moving. Otherwise youve got some of the best bagels around. Fresh made right on the premises. Their breakfast sandwiches are top notch and they also have homemade cream cheeses.

Absolute gem! Best everything! The line is always long but more than worth the wait! I would drive from anywhere for the slush especially!

Just want to add that my issue with this place was with the wife who was COMPLETELY dismissive. The husband came in and tried to be helpful.Ive been to this place before and had decent experiences but it seems this was only because I never voiced any complaints. Went into this establishment today and ordered a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese sandwich was not even hot. I explained this to the woman at the cash register. She literally said Whatever and walked away. Terrible customer service. I will never step foot here again and will make sure everyone I know never does. POC beware. They want your money as long as you shut your mouth and accept whatever mediocre offerings they give you.

Giving it three stars because the bagels are always great but the wait time for a measly bagel not toasted isn’t worth it to me most of the time. Maybe in their new spot across the street they’ll consider making an express lane or higher more staff.

These bagels are fresh, soft and good, oh and the choices are many. My first visit but with family members who are regulars. Even the coffee is delicious. Drop in and decide for yourself if youre in the area it will be worth it.

Not to be dramatic, but I would die for the owners, Anna and Perry. I have been going to SPoT for years and will never get sick of it. The line can be long (20-30 min, so be prepared to wait a bit) but the bagels, cream cheese, coffee, and low prices are 100% worth the wait. I can’t recommend SPoT enough!

The food and coffee are wonderful . However it was a half hour wait to be served its almost worth the wait if your lucky enough to have that kind of time to wait for coffee and excellent in store made bagels in the morning .

The bagel sandwiches and iced coffees are always top notch. The soda and candy they sell is nostalgic. Brings back all my childhood memories. Only downside is the popularity of this place. Ive never had a wait shorter than half an hour for my food, but definitely well worth it to me.

Great food, but horrrrribly long wait times. Six people in front of you will likely take 15 minutes. If you come weekend mornings, the line inside will take you over half an hour.

My favorite place to eat in all of Norwood!! It’s probably one of the most unique restaurants I’ve been to, with it’s retro themes and using bagels as the bread for all sandwiches! They have a great amount of iced coffee flavors, too! The food is absolutely delicious and affordable, you can get a decent portion of food and a drink for only around $5! The restaurant has very long lines sometimes, but it’s worth the wait if you have time! You get your order very fast too, which is extremely impressive as there are only 3 employees who work there! The owner and his wife are very polite and pleasant people too. I recommend the bacon egg and cheese and the s’mores iced coffee!

Love this place, its my go-to for a hot cafe mocha! The mornings are always crazy busy with people inside but its worth the wait for me. I love living so close that I can stop in anytime!

The food and drinks are great and the people who work here are very pleasant. Its a very popular spot for the high school so its usually very, very busy. Its not a good place for a quick bite, as wait times can be near 30 minutes standing in line. The food is worth waiting for if you have the time, though. Its delicious!

Amazing bagels. I live in the area so I would definitely be an every weekend customer. However, a 10 person line took over an hour to get my simple bagel with cream cheese order, so I don’t think I’ll be going back unless they get more staff behind the counter prepping orders. I’d be happy to pay a bit more for the quality of their bagel if it meant more staff and much quicker wait times.

Fantastic bagels that are by far the best around! Unfortunately, there is usually a crazy line here, but get there before 9 am on the weekends and it wont be very long. Sorry, no idea about the weekdays. Either way, its WELL worth the wait. Dont forget the amazing candy and soda selections! Gronk sized Rice Crispy Treats, tubs of Fluff that double as above ground swimming pools when emptied, and so much more! Oh, and the people are warm, attentive and generous! Cant wait to come back

It is a great place with great food and some great old style candy you thought didnt exist anymore. (Clarke bars, Zagnut, pop rocks). And bakers dozen for 5.99...great. Only issue is the wait. I dont mind waiting for great bagels and coffee but it is always at least 15 minutes and not a place to just run into for coffee and a bagel on the way to or from work...

Used to love it here (almost 10 years going!) but they NEED to hire some more staff - went in with only two other people in the store and still took 35 minutes to get sandwich. Owner kept going in the back for like 15 min stretches while we waited. Otherwise amazing bagels and great price but will not be back until they speed this up.

Hot and iced coffees are good, iced mocha is the way to go though! On top of everything being great here, its all VERY affordable. Usually a bagel with cream cheese and coffee is less than $3! The only downside is the wait. There is such high demand that there is usually a 20-30 minute wait, especially in the morning. Good news is that lunch is usually a bit as busy.

Only two people work here, and Im sure the math works out for them to lose a customer every so often for their decision not to get additional help, but as that customer, I can say it was not fun.
