Has a great selection of meats, and hell trim anything he has to your liking. I get 1.5-2 inch thick black angus ribeyes from him that are amazing.

Walked in and saw a lot of frozen meat and seafood. There was nothing out. Maybe I have been spoiled with the butcher shops I have been to, but i left within 3 minutes.. Very disappointed.
