I purchased a 2020 Ghibli w/10,000+ miles in Dec. 2020. Excited to pick up, I got there not only to find the interior filthy,but it was presented to me w/a rejection sticker as the transmission failed inspec. I asked the salesman ( Ian Jenkins) why, He said they tried to fix it &that I, the client, would need to drive it for 3 weeks. He then noted if I brought it back to them, (as an incentive) I’d “get an inspection for free”. Furious, I refused to take the car & left. The next morning, it suddenly passed inspec requirements. I took the car & less than 2 mos later, the alignment pulled to left & I had to physically start holding the wheel straight. On a troubling day, I was almost forced into a median on the hi way( I was driving 68 mph). My teen son was in the car - & after I gained control, it then popped me to the right & forced me into the center lane - almost hitting the woman already there - almost injuring or killing us all. The car then rocked back & forth for about 2 miles and I got off the hiway immediately. We were terrified! I immediately contacted Lisa Lopez, the finance manger via text to describe the terrifying experience. They took the car back again for service. I got the car back, and after a few weeks, it would not shift into park, leaving me to sometimes shift back & forth in a space for 5 min. & alignment was still off &dangerous to drive. The response was deplorable & I was offered a key chain & water bottle for my inconvenience! I found that absolutely patronizing, cheesy &disrespectful. I made arrangements to bring the car back for a 3 rd time. I was promised a loaner, for Friday, it was not fulfilled & was told “sorry - we don’t have that loaner - it was supposed to be here - can you please do Monday instead”. I complied. I brought my new ‘20 Ghibli w/10+k miles infor a 3rd time! When I received the loaner, it was dirty, the gas was on empty & Bill, the service rep told me to “ just drive up the road - you can get gas up there”. After driving for 2 minutes the stench in the car was unbearable- so pungent- so I opened the windows. Upon examining the car at the gas station, because it was empty, there were pieces of marijuana and drops of what appeared to be cocaine in the car. I was gobsmacked!!!! I also have a teen daughter &was set to pick her up. I called Bill in Service back immediately & he said “ wow- hmm...I’ll have to take a look at who had that before you “ I said this is unacceptable- there are drugs in here - would you like pictures? (I didn’t have time to go back to Norwood at that point) Bill said “no it’s ok- thanks for letting me know”. Nothing was done. I then went to a colleague who specializes in drug addiction & counseling & she confirmed that they were in fact pieces of marijuana, & the small white drops were cocaine. I was mortified and disgusted. In conclusion, After THREE times my 2020 10K mile car is finally drivable. I thought it was done. No. I’m now dealing with the registry and my town as I was promised by the Finance manager, Lisa Lopez, that my plates ( I had a trade in with my Mercedes) were all taken care of at the registry and they never took care of it. As a result, I am cleaning up a mess with my town, the registry & insurance. Lisa never completed her job or kept her word. An avid car enthusiast, I am a single mom now & saved for this special gift to myself. My turmoil- from start to finish- at Maserati of New England ruined that “ goal” of experiencing the purchase of a high end luxury automobile on my own. My experiences have been unacceptable, unprofessional, sophomoric & sub par. It was a clown show. Mr. Boch Jr. should be made aware that his pride & joy, the Ferrari /Maserati dealership- is treating customers like this, giving loaners w/illegal narcotics in them & acting so unprofessionally. I’ve had a Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Toyota and by far, this dealership is the worst, most inadequate dealership I’ve ever dealt with and I’m so hard pressed to ever go back for service. Unfortun, it’s the only 1 close by. Safety & narcotic exposure is unacceptable!
Very poor customer service . And no one wants to make it right once I called about my grievance . I would of giving them a negative zero star if they was such a rating !!! Do not do business with them !!!
Sent an e-mail a couple of days ago for information and didnt receive a reply. Sent an e-mail again to follow up and still no reply over 24 hours later from the second e-mail. Called and they were very nice and helpful. Not sure if theyre having issues with their e-mail but keep in mind if youre interested in informatoin.

I purchased a used Toyota Highlander with very low mileage. I was very happy with the service I received. There was no pressure and everybody was friendly. Got a great deal on the vehicle. However, 2 years later, we found out that they sold us a vehicle with a bad Carfax that was never mentioned, nor recorded prior to the sale. The Carfax they printed and showed us at the time of the sale did not match what we found online when thinking about trading the vehicle in. The accident was reported in 2014 and the dealership somehow found a way not to include the incident in the Carfax. Not a good business practice.

Ryan Brooks parts manager is absolute disgrace to this brand - despite multiple emails to check before he shipped wrong rims and tires for my quattroporte and once i tried to return once he received it he intentionally damaged the rims/tires not to issue a credit. Complete fraud!
I have had only very positive experience in the service department from check-in, service and checkout. Everyone is very attentive, courteous and proactive. I have much closer alternatives for service for both my Maserati and Ferrari and choose to have the work done in Norwood. After 5 years of experience with them, my opinion has not changed. I was impressed with the Boch Maserati staff. I phoned them out of the blue, with no references, they immediately transferred me to a sales agent (Ismael Rodrigues) who understood my style (straight forward, open about pros and cons of brand and cars, looking for something special but not flashy, busy at work and in no mood to waste time) and needs, reviewed options over the phone directing me to their website, and sent me a good offer via email without the unnecessary back and forth that other sales reps often use to earn more off a customer. I was so pleased that I made it a point to go and meet them in person. They were not pushy, but fair, open and discretely elegant, even improved the offfer, and we closed the deal on the spot. Great people make a great place! They promised they will come to pick the car up for services or for any problems I may have, if I need them to do so - Ill review again if/when that happens!

I have a 2013 white granturismo sport, I didnt purchase it from this dealership, but they treat me and my car very nice, all staff from the service center are friendly and willing to help you, my rear parking sensors failed and they helped me to cover in the warranty and gave me 2017 SQ4 for a loaner car.Ive tried do service in other dealership but this one is definitely the best, seems like they are not just selling cars but also reputation, definitely worth a five star:)

From the first time I set foot at Maserati of New England I was treated as I expected - many dealerships of exotic cars tend to discount female customers but not so here - they made ordering and buying the car seamless, and the service department is stellar - every individual at the dealership is kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable - I am still enjoying my first Quattroporte but will definitely shop here again when the time comes to replace it, and will continue to have it serviced here in the meantime.

I recently leased a QP from Boch Maserati of New England although I live in Los Angeles! Unlike my local, Boch Maserati was very interested to have my business. The service I received from the General Sales Manager of the dealership, Sherine Dacamara, was truly exceptional. Sherine handled everything professionally with determination and care. Throughout the process of the deal, she had a great attitude, an easy and reassuring style, exerted tremendous effort and dedicated as much time as was needed to make sure my requirements are taken care of. She undoubtedly understands what it takes to service her clients and that is rather rare in this day and age. I am very impressed with Boch Maserati and it takes a lot to impress me. On my way to the casino, I noticed the tire pressure was dropping quickly, I pulled into a rest area and discovered I have flat. No worries I say, I have roadside assistance. I make a call to Maserati roadside assistance brief conversation with the agent, and they assured me that someone would be at the rest area in an hour. An hour and a half pass and no tow truck so I make another call, I was left on hold for about 20 minutes before an agent picked up. I mentioned that I was still waiting for roadside which they said they were on their way. After another 20minutes I call again, this time no answer I get a personal message stating that they have an unusual amount of calls and will be with me shortly. A friend that was meeting me a Foxwoods decided to come by to make sure I didnt need any help, thank goodness he did. My friend took upon himself to call Maserati Roadside with amazement they picked up his call while I was on hold. I was floored that I was on hold for 15 minutes and the agent picked up his call before mine (per message calls are answered as they come). I began to let my frustration out on how long the process is taking and the length of time on the phone to get a hold of someone. After a couple more minutes on the phone with the agent, roadside shows up. Its a pickup truck, not a tow truck and making things worse doesnt even have the proper equipment for a tow. So I, the customer jacked the car up and took lugs nut off. After about 20minutes the tech realized that we would need a tow, he couldnt take the tire off. The tech is now trying to call dispatch but cant get an answer. Few attempts later tech is asking me to call Maserati roadside assistance. With hesitation, I called Maserati roadside service once again and on hold for 15min waiting for a representative to pick up. Once the representative picked up, I was informed by the agent that there was no tow available at the moment and the earliest arrival would be 8 am in the morning. It was infuriating that after being on the side of the road for almost for 4 hrs and after going back and forth with the agent that had a careless approach on the whole matter we finally came to decision that I would leave my vehicle unattended with keys inside the vehicle for pickup. I left the car in the rest area with assurance from the agent that she would have a tow there in a few hrs. I was on my way to Foxwoods arriving around midnight missing my spa and dinner reservations. Disappointed and frustrated I went to bed hoping to feel better in the a.m. Once I woke up, I called Boch Maserati service to see status to my vehicle, and with complete amazement, I was told my vehicle was not there. I then called Maserati roadside assistance and was told that the vehicle was delivered to Boch Maserati dealership. Now Im confused and frustrated not knowing exactly where my vehicle is. After a half hr. of investigating the agent for roadside assistance figured out that my vehicle was still and the rest area with keys. It was never towed out until about 4 pm the next day. I then called Boch Maserati and informed them that my vehicle was being towed in and to call me once the vehicle is physically on the lot. A rep from Boch called telling me that my vehicle was on the property. At that moment I informed the agent that there were other issues I wanted to get addressed. The service agent told me that he would call or email me the cost of the tires and address my concerns. That call or email never came. Now my first call to Boch services was June 3rd around 10 am and didnt receive a call back until I sent an Email request asking for Maserati of USA representative. Between me being abandoned on the side of the road by Maserati and ignored by Boch Maserati I dont feel Im a valuable customer. When I leased this vehicle, I believed I would get the Ritz Carlton gold standard customer service. Boch service has had my vehicle since June 3rd. Its June 27th and I dont have possession on my vehicle. This whole process has been disappointing.
Poor experience purchasing a car here, from what I expected to be a premium buying experience. I fly up on a Thursday from DC to buy a Jaguar F-type R coupe from Bill Varkas, and write a check that day.First, my address is incorrect on the bill of sale, which would have caused me to not receive the title in the mail. Luckily I caught it before I left.After purchasing, Bill tells me the car can be shipped down that weekend. Later he changes that to Wed/Thurs of next week due to high backlog of cars to ship.On Wednesday Bill emails, The car has been picked up. He will be leaving Mass about 8PM this evening.Wednesday night the shipper calls and says they wont ship the car tonight or tomorrow because its just my car being delivered and they wont make any money. What happened to the large backlog of vehicles? First my car was delayed due to *too many cars to ship*, now my car is being delayed because there are *not enough cars to ship*.Thursday I take the title I was sent to the VA DMV. They see it has a stamp from another dealership that makes it look like its still under a lien(!). The DMV refuses to process it without paperwork showing the lien has been satisfied, costing me wasted time at the DMV and on the phone with another salesperson trying to fix this debacle. Was told a memo would be sent by Saturday to correct this.Thursday afternoon I was told by another salesperson I would get a solid answer of when my vehicle will be leaving Mass that night. That turned into Friday morning.Friday I get a call stating that my car is now supposed to be leaving next *Monday*, with no reason given. Was told Bill would call me back about this with answers. No call.No communication from Bill since Wednesday. Left voicemail for the general manager of the dealership. No callback.Monday will be 11 days since I purchased the car, and I still have nothing.
