Biggest headache with this company. Customer service, communication and coordination was great. Technician was awful. Installed a remote starter, failed once, repaired and failed again. Finally, I wanted my money back. You shouldnt have to go through this from a design thats been out for years. Went to another installation in Medford, installed, NO PROBLEM! Go somewhere with more experience. The office did their best to help. But, its not their fault if their people cannot install their products.

Not a bad little place. I had a great experience here. I had purchased a remote car starter when I purchased my car at Boch Honda. It never worked right. I brought it back to Boch several times with no improvement. After bringing it here once for about 10 minutes at no charge, they were able to reprogram the remote starter and it has worked perfectly since!

Excellent customer service!

I had a remote starter installed after I lost my old one in September of 2017. The remote starter stoped working twice from October 11th to December 18th. The first time in November, they were able to send a tech to my house to come and fix it which was great. I was reassured that everything will be fine. On December 10th the remote starter stoped working again. When i called to have them fix it or replace it, on December 18th, The customer service person person was not pleasant or help at all. I asked to speak to a manager but I have a very strong feeling that the manager will have the same attitude. I guess I will have to figure out a way to get it fixed somewhere else. I do not recommend anyone to go to Micorp. for a remote starter.
