They have the best guy working for technology issues, his name is Jarrett. He was very very helpful with my computer issues and very knowledgeable. As he was helping me with my computer he was basically running the whole store and knew everything on the back of his hand...anytime I go to Staples I ask for him and anytime I have computer issues I will takeIt to him, hopefully he works there forever!So many other places had turned me away, including other Staples. Jarrett knee what he was doing and now my computer runs like new. So glad I found him.
Print shop is a waste of time. Just weak. Frustrating experience. What you dont want it to be.

Had to print something out for a rmv appointment. My printer at home wasnt doing the job. Quick Cheap Easy.
The print center is excellent. They have the supplies available all in one place to complete your job (scissors, paper cutter, stapler, tape, white out, fax machine etc.) and more importantly the staff member Lea is on top of it! She is wonderful about customer service, quality, multi-tasking, providing clients all the options, and even directing and organizing the printing team members. She is generous and patient as she gives the same instructions repeatedly to customer after customer - all during the busy pre-holiday season. Thank you.
Excellent and friendly staff here, I can almost always find what I want in store, and if not can order it online and have it shipped. Printing staff is very knowledgeable and quick, and the tech services are, too. The only downside is that candy is placed right by the cash register wait line.
I had great experience yesterday when I brought a project to the staple and the guys behind the counter on the printing department they were awesome.
Cant always find what you need because all stores cut back on what they carry. Seem to run low on basic cables, cords, connectors. Staff is always helpful. Call in advance for items you need other than stationery type products.
The staff is nice and helpful at STAPLES Prodence Hwy Norwood, even outside the store. After using the stores photocopier and buying items, my car could not start. It was 8:45 pm. Unfortunately I had left the light on when I was shopping and the car cannot start. Two staff members helped me. Guys, I really appreciate and I will never forget your help.
Went there for ups drop offs. Big boxes spread across several days. The staff (zoey and Jordan) were extremely helpful and patient, great service
Very unfortunate that I work close to this Staples and that this is the only one I can access from my job. I always have good experience at other Staples but this specific one needs their management reviewed. One of the copy machines credit card machine has been down forever so we have to wait in line for only one working copy machine. As I wait frustrated for the working machine trying not to show it, the person before me is working faster to free up the machine for me to use. Once I get on it, theres a person waiting for me, also frustrated, and I have to rush not knowing if Im making any mistakes. Its a very unpleasant feeling. The fax machine runs much slower than other Staples fax machines (and there is only one fax machine). Every time I go to the fax machine, theres always a message that says replace drum and sometimes theres only 1 or 2 service reps behind the desk but theyre busy with a line of customers. Im sure they work hard and are overworked. The Indian lady is very nice. Sometimes if I need access to the computers I have to wait a while since they only have 2. Other Staples have 4. Ive been to this place numerous times and usually have to spend a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour each time. I cant simply come and go. I dread coming here but sometimes I have to. I urge the DM to review this store and to make necessary changes by adding more employees and updating their outdated equipment. This store is not a good reflection of real Staples stores.
The new management for the print center is horrible. No cutomer srrvice at all. I have been going there for 2 years the past manager becky was amazing. This new manager does not try to solve a problem if you vome to him and ask complain if he answers he will say well this is how it is. Very bad experience in the past month im thinking of driving more to another print center
They were every helpful/courteous and had very professional customer service.

I have had multiple visits and had a sub part experience. The natick problem is understaffed. There always seem to be a 10-15 wait to get anyone else willing to answer computer or copy questions. Last time 2 management looking people refused to help as the staff struggle to keep up. I was,also given bad info from the easy tech employee

This store was once very helpful but it now employs a bunch of people in the print shop that have no customer service skills. They have no idea how to interact with a customer or how to check on the status of jobs. I have had 2 jobs lost in the last month. Unacceptable!!!
Copy center is routinely grossly understaffed, disorganized and incompetent. Bizarrely, there seems to be no system of how to organize finished products. Every time (and there wont be any more for me) that I go to pick something up: The staff is always like, OK, let me look for it. Then the forage around like Cub Scouts learning orienteering for the first time. Maybe it is this way? Maybe it is under here? How does the compass even work?TWICE recently the staff has had to call, on their cell, the person that did the job to figure out where they might have put it.They may or may not find it and you may or may not have to return at a later time. It is very frustrating going into this store.
Great to have printing done and shop electronics
Theyve messed up two jobs for me. The hole punching was off for half the document. Half! Why half? They must have figured it out and corrected it half way through. And, the labels were printed with the first letter off the label. In each case it wasnt a big deal, but I had to find out about it at home and deal with it.
Not impressed with Carlos the Easy Tech, states he does not have a certain laptop in stock, and doesnt bother to check, even when we explain that the Avon store just called 15 mins earlier and web says the store has 4. When Manager is contacted its there and Carlos states its there by mistake, we never sell Windows 7 machines.

Recently renovated and new staff, very nice place.
Very small store. They didnt have a simple white board in stock. Had to drive to Dedham Mass to find what I needed. Dedham has a much bigger selection.
Ron is rocking the copy and print area. Excellent service, very kind and friendly.
Absolutely terrible. I asked someone if they had any of a certain chair left, and waited around 15 minutes for him. Nobody came back. There were less than 5 customers in the store. Absolutely horrible.
