The pharmacist, Jeffrey, was extremely rude and degrading. (Note: I was not asked if I had any questions about my new medications when I picked up my new prescriptions.) I had to return an unusable inhaler 20 minutes after my visit. He could not have cared less that I was having trouble breathing (while finishing his Diet Coke), and refused to give me a new inhaler. He walked away while I was trying to explain the problem, then returned with an unnecessary attitude. I told him thanks for walking away when it is already difficult to breath and talk. He said if I wanted his help I should stop talking. He then said I was dumb. I was shocked! I told him I needed one that works. He looked at me angrily and said if I spoke again, he would have me removed. He then picked up a garbage can, (with my inhaler in his hands as well), then said it worked fine for him, to take it and leave. He only put a mask on when I told him I wanted an apology and attempted take his picture for my corporate complaint. Ive been a good customer there for 20 years, but no more. He caused me to have a panic attack due to his hostile actions. I expect an in person apology from him. Attempting to contact someone at corporate customer service who cares was very frustrating as well. They seem to have hired all the leftovers.

Inside the staff is a very helpful outside the place looks like trash I called up and asked about that they At first she told me someone cleans once a week then she changed it to someone claims three times a week but if it was clean 3 times a week there is no way that that parking lot would look like a dumpster that it looks like right now

Do not use their passport photo services. The passport photo I paid $10+ was not the right size and was rejected by the Dept. of State. What a waste of time and money. Otherwise the staff was courteous and nice.

I love that this location is 24 hours! Its convenient to stop in if you have to run and pick something up late at night. I recommend trying the products in Walgreens store brand, Nice, if you havent. Youd be surprised, a lot of of their products are better than the name brands!

24 hour pharmacy with very friendly pharm techs. Centrally located and easy walking distance to Surrey Square. Out front is a nice recognition of 19th century pharmacy pioneer and former Norwood resident John Uri Lloyd - one of the three Lloyd brothers behind the small but fascinating Lloyd Library in downtown Cincinnat.

The Pharmacists that Work here along with a Majority of Their Staff are Genuinely Nice and Helpful, but Walgreens Corporate Decision to Drastically Cutback on The Operating Hours of The Actual Pharmacy is Terrible for The Surrounding Community and Its Long Time Customers of Which Im One!,But Unfortunately Not For Much Longer!Please Corporate Walgreens Open The Pharmacy back Up For 24 Hour Operation!

One of the worst Walgreens pharmacies Ive had to deal with. Received multiple emails/phone calls my prescription was ready to be refilled/picked up only to arrive to a confused staff saying they had no idea what I was talking about. I went to my doctor two weeks before, confirmed the pharmacy, and have been picking up the same prescription the last year. Now I have to go without my medication just to have them confirm it with my doctor again and have to drive back. Consider going anywhere else if you can.

Every time my dr calls in my medications this place is always a hassle, I have to ask for the manager that’s on shift at the time or I wouldn’t get anywhere. I’m switching to another location where the staff are actually trained & know what they’re doing!

2 times in a row, I arrived to pick up 2 different prescriptions and was told they were out of stock. I never received a phone call or notification for either occasion. Thankful that Deer Park is 24hrs and nearby. I will likely transfer back there because I always had fantastic service.

I saw the above reviews and I couldnt disagree more! Every time I have come to this walgreens they always great me and have been in store a few times counting out change and they gladly accepted.The pharmacy also courteous and always has my scripts ready. Now with that being said, Norwood McDonalds the worse. Lol

I like this store and the employees are always professional and friendly.The outside of the building is starting to look very run down. The awnings are torn and falling apart. The metal fence near the entrance of the store is looking rusty and is need of a coat of paint. The base of theWalgreens sign outside of the store is brick and it looks like it is falling apart.I really hope that something is done to improve the appearance of the building.I also hope that this is not a sign that this store is on the way out.Since my last post the awnings have been replaced and they look great.The metal fence near the Entrance has been painted and looks good 👍.Im glad to see the store looking nice again.

Pharmacy techs should be trained better. I was shocked that when picking up my moms pain post op prescriptions that included opioids, that no ID or date or birth was questioned.

I went to this pharmacy because it was one of the few pharmacies in Cincinnati that carry a generic brand of what is literally a life-saving medication for me. They started to prepare it as I waited, only to be told 20 minutes later that the pharmacist suddenly didnt feel comfortable filling it, which is odd because its not a narcotic. When I asked why, the pharmacist told me its because my doctor (one of the top specialists in the state of Ohio) is in Dayton, so he didnt feel comfortable filling it 40 minutes south in Cincinnati, and that I needed to get it filled in Dayton or find a new doctor in Cincinnati (which is silly, Im not going to give up a great specialist Ive been seeing for almost 10 years just because I moved to a nearby town, especially when it can take a full day or even two for insurance to approve the fill). I talked to a manager who asked the pharmacist why he wouldnt fill it. Turns out, the real reason is because the pharmacist felt like asking my doctor a bunch of nosy questions about why I was on the medication and the dose, and why I was getting it filled in Cincinnati, and according to the pharmacist, my doctor was rude to him about answering the questions. When I spoke to my doctor later to ask what he said that was considered so rude, he merely told the pharmacist that he wasnt going to violate HIPAA by going into detail about my diagnosis and that he didnt feel comfortable answering a dozen detailed questions about my medical history.So essentially because my doctor was rude to him by abiding by HIPAA, he wouldnt fill a life-saving medication. The manager then advised me to try another Walgreens even further away, and to call my doctor and tell them not to be rude when the pharmacist calls. I am absolutely shocked. I was on that medication for 5 years in Dayton and never once had a problem filling it at ANY location. Totally inappropriate and irresponsible, you cant play with someones medications like that based on whether or not you like how a doctor speaks to you.

The store itself is always stocked with what I need. The Pharmacy staff is always helpful, however no matter what time of day there is always a ridiculous amount of wait time to pick up RX be it in store or th e drive-thru AND the store is a little dingy, and dated.

Terrible service from the manager himself! Had an issue with a missing photo item and he was so rude to me, I walked out of there feeling degraded. What happened to the cute, blonde manager that used to be there? Not that it was based on looks but he was so courteous and respectful, he used to always come up to me and hand me a basket for my stuff. Now theres this big guy who gets so angry if you simply ASK HIM QUESTIONS! Walgreens corporate has really got to train their employees and especially MANAGERS on providing solutions to their customers as well as provided top customer service. This big burly guy was awful even though I PAID for something I didnt get! Grrrr... I will call corporate over and over until he gets reprimanded.
