I live this place but if you dont like digging through clothing to find hidden gems this isnt for you. Great selection of clothing and housewares, only section that was lacking was lounge wear but its hard to get nice donations for that so I understand. Helpful staff. I found a Prisilla of Boston 100% linen wedding dress and a very early vintage Betsey Johnson and paid less then $80 for both of them.Ive also been to other locations and they are prettymuch all the same.

The store is very busy and very organized. Its a little hit and miss as to the quality of the stuff.

Walmart is cheaper. Not only are all these used clothes disorganized, theyre priced as if New. Who is paying $12 for a used pair of jeans? Right down the street you can get the same ones, brand new, for $12. But I get it, you have money and you dont want it, so you need to donate it to Savers, to get what gets donated to them.Theres no returns, and the Changing Rooms are temporarily closed. The clothes arent washed, just sprayed with Fabreeze. I came looking for a flexfit hat but of course the 100 they had were straps, with Golf club logos on them. Im shopping at Savers why would I wear a golf hat?

Staff are super nice and it’s clean. I shop here all the time. It’s a hit or miss. The disappointing part is the prices have gone crazy up. Last year I was able to buy pie dishes for $1.99 now they are $3.99 or up!!! Used candles are at the price TJMaxx sells them for new. Used towels are at $3.99-$5.99 why that’s the same price for new at Ocean State Job Lot. Can the people running this place take note we shop here because we can’t shop at department stores. We shop here because we are people on a budget. Please stop the madness and lower your prices.

It took a 30-minute walk to get from Subway of Norwood to Savers. Adjacent to Sayar Market that sells halal-certified food.

Awesome 2nd hand store, always finding new amazing outfits for work here! I will say since i 1st started coming to Savers, Ive noticed that they have went up QUITE a bit on thier prices, the most expensive piece I USED TO BUY would be maybe $7 at most, within the Last year or so, now most clothing items are $12 & up! dont understand how a 2nd hand store (who takes donations onLy) can just raise thier prices out of the bLue Like that, but stiLL a great store w/some great finds! donate anything & receive a 20% off coupon.

Love this place, sometimes you can find antiques like plates, bottles etc. Have second hand clothes, that are wash on site .Ive found a couple of pairs of jeans cheap.to wear out in yard doing yard work. So I dont ruin my $30.00 jeans

This is a big store! They have alot to choose from,if you cant find anything here chances are there is nothing out there for you. So much variety to pick from, Mens wear,Womens wear,all sorts of home goods. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could,Not as much variety in clothing compared to other savers, it’s kind of pricey for used materials(in comparison to their fellow stores) and the manager on duty was very rude to me about my mask which was on my face just below my mouth temporarily so I could speak to my boss who was having a hard time understanding me. Then he proceeded to talk about me to other customers about my mask after the issue was resolved

THEY DONT TAKE RETURNS.Also, Manager needs to be replaced.Came into store Sunday 8/23 with returns. Was told there arent any. Their signage about this is lacking and should be VERY clear at checkout in a way that is HONEST. Instead, it is very obviously manipulative, buried in with small print on your receipt (after you pay) and as a 2nd bullet point under a much less important fact on a small sign that stands on registers, often tossed this way or that.The company knows it is being dishonest by not wanting customers to see this. Its simple greed.This should ALSO be a VERBALLY PRESENTED FACT at checkout.Especially with the dressing rooms closed during Covid-19, people who arent aware of this no-return policy (like me), and are manipulated at checkout with the lack of sufficient transparency, will think they can purchase many items and return what doesnt fit.I talked with the young store manager about my disappointment. I was met with competition, argument, further manipulation and lies. She said, I cant win with you. Being a manager in customer service is NOT a contest. It is NOT about YOU. it is about listening and resolving. She stood there for 20 minutes refusing to have the humility or maturity to just acknowledge with kindness what I was saying. She was actually abusive, arguing to the end as I walked away, in her arrogance, mocking.On my way out, I expressed my disappointment to the Supervisor - who is under the Manager - but older. I received the best response I couldve: The Corporation decides all of that. She listened and acknowledged my frustration and worry about my finances, as I had unknowingly spent $100 on clothes I cant use, just because the dressing rooms are closed.That was all I was looking for.

Not sure what happened. I’m a regular at multiple savers locations, and at this location i usually always walk out empty handed. The CD section is very scarce. And now there’s less and less books. DVDs here are more than at other savers too it seems

The store was great the first 2 years it opened. I loved going. Unfortunately, it went down hill(even before COVID) I won’t be going or even donating anymore. I’ve witnessed multiple front end managers be extremely rude to customers. (mocking them when they’re not looking, chatting with other associates about customers earlier in the day, just the tone of voice in general when speaking to them. This has been the case over a period of time with different managers) I get the feeling that because we are thrift shoppers, we are looked down upon us. The store used to be organized and kept up well. Prices used to be fair for thrift store items. None of that is true anymore. Way over priced now. Walmart and TJ Maxx can beat the prices. Covid policies are odd. Bathrooms are now closed so you will find bottles of urine in their parking lot. When dropping off donations they tend to have the attitude that they are doing you a favor by excepting them.

Traveled 50 minutes to this store and was disappointed with the choice of quality products compare to other Saver Stores. Also restrooms are closed to the public which is a significant inconvenience to the disabled.

Based on the customer service I received today, I would give a 0 rating.I went to the checkout with 1 item (a blouse). The cashier was finishing up a sale, and told me she was closed. I asked nicely, saying I had only 1 item. She refused again saying her manager had just told her to go with her....I looked at the only other open register and a lady was just starting to checkout with seriously at least 50 items!Since I was running late for a PT appointment, I had to leave the cart and go.I do not understand why that cashier refused to help me!

I have always loved Savers: good items do not fill up the DUMPS like they use to, I have redesigned the interior of my home and yard with GREAT things from Savers, I LOVE the prices of the merchandise, AND every time I go to shop at Savers I feel as though I am on an adventure...I just never know what I shall find. Skip this savers. I tried to talk to a manager about a piece of furniture that had 2 prices on it (9.99, and $12.99) he said oh theyre 2 separate pieces, and I said but theyre put together.. its a set and he rudely said Im going to lunch and walked away, dismissing me. Disgusting.

Most of the female employees are not friendly and sneaky, due to the fact they could be so sarcastic. I feel the manager name Josh is the only friendly one there, since he is down to earth and professional. That young African American young female act like she own the place.. Nothing like the staff at West Roxbury.

One of my favorite Savers locations in the Boston area. I donate frequently and always appreciate the store coupon and receipt for tax deduction. I love their used vinyl section, I have found some rare records here! Kitchen section is also great to pick up small appliances like a strainer or Mason jar for extremely low prices.

This is a busy Savers. My wife got a really nice chair for $15 to go in my man cave. We hit it up every weekend looking for great stuff.

At least so many unique things here.And so much less than new!(Yeah, sometimes we have to clean them up a little bit… But oftentimes I can find brand-new things here also!…Like one time, laptop printer!… Unopened… Brand-new! $20.)

This is by far my favorite Savers. They tend to get in pretty good quality stuff, and the store is always very clean (even on busy sale days its really quite good). The staff here is dedicated and helpful too.

Didnt appreciate the woman manager that claims to be a man at the Norwood store we asked about a painting picture and she kept insisting that the painting was price because of the picture and the frame on it should just be one price it was 14.99 but we saw online for 9.00 she kept cutting out our conversation. Refused to satisfy customer the stuff there is donation. Either way we were going to pay for the painting but they dont have to make the prices so high for something that was donated to people that cant afford to buy

Savers is great. I always find something excellent, and for a great price. Used-schmused. Most everything is in great shape.

The store was well organized, easy to find items wanted. Prices were reasonable. Employees were helpful, as a result the store will go very far.

Pretty clean, theres always people there to help you. Some people are better than others. The employee who began our exchange today was incredibly rude, though Everett (who we have seennmany times) was professional as always

Norwood savers is great. I donated a lot of books and I get a lot of books for almost nothing its very clean and the people are very nice. Also picked up a couple of unused DVDs not even opened for two bucks.

It wasnt the most pleasing location. They didnt have many of the things I hoped to find. Although I picked up a good pair of used Vans, the store was crowded, and attracted a strange crowd, the employees were okay, and prices were good.

I love every savers, you never know what you will find. It could be anything. Great place for treasure hunters.

I typically dont find a ton of name brands here, but you do occasionally find some gems. The store is usually a little messy, but overall in better shape than some other nearby Savers locations.

Why does it seem like there is always the same thing on they shelf and only maybe 12 things spread out to look like more. This place is so gross and the furniture floor is so so bad. This is not the case in West Roxbury savers always so clean. Ppl at this savers have to be the rudest and worst customer service ever! Go to West Roxbury better staff and much much more selection.

Nice and well organized place to find unique things for a good price. Really came in handy when we were looking for old books to use as decor for a school event.

A good thrift store not far from I-95 in Norwood. Ironically it is located near a Jaguar and a Ferarri dealership. The selection in this store is top notch and it has many clothing articles, furniture, and books are even sorted by genre. You will find Engelbert Humperdinck LPs and Jesus paintings just like any other thrift store.I have taken one star away for prices. The prices are simply high for a thrift store, $2-3 higher than stores in Quincy and Stoughton. I dont have infinite amounts of disposable income; which is difficult in the increasingly affluent Northeast. If I was, perhaps Id trade in my beloved 1986 Foxbody Mustang for a Ferrari at the dealership up the street? Never! Besides, Id need about 50 of them.

Their pricing model is going to be its downfall. There must be more demand to sell secondary branded items like used Nike or LLBean, etc. noticing branded items show up w/an unnecessary bump. Few of these selections have any better configuration than unbranded items. But people pay for a name on their clothing! (roll eyes)It seems all standard 3.49 TEE SHIRTS, unless it says LLBean, Nike, etc.!Taxing my 1.49 pair of socks .09 is back room costs?I thought clothing over 175.00 ONLY got taxed?If you research their business models operation (I did) they initially claimed to be a Non-profit, got taken to court, fined, and are now still the same operation.A great upscale flea market imo.Good Luck!

This visit was horrible. I dropped off a donation, then decided to look around inside. It was very busy n when I got to the register the girl told my daughter n me to get in another line. I was so startled I yelled are u kidding me? Whereupon I was loudly lectured by another employee, named Ashley Winslow about how its not the cashiers fault n how I shouldnt yell at her n just escalated the whole situation, n talking to the mgrs: Detek n Josh, didnt help as they just generally backed her up saying it mustve been a miscommunication, their cashiers woyld never send someone to the back of the line- yet thats what happened. My daughter got at the end of another line while I listened to rmpty platitudes. Dismal customer service. Will complain to corporate come monday. Dont know if Ill ever go back.

They constantly overprice things that are worthless but also constantly under price great items. Brioni suit for $4.99? Sure! Calvin Klein suit for $84.00? Why? Unless you go there almost daily, you wont find anything good.

The Norwood Savers is not that great. Not as much merchandise as the one in N Attleboro, even though the stock room looks full! The people who work there are not very friendly.. especially the cashiers.
