I have found the phone professional staff to be excellent. My Mother just started oxygen therapy and I’ve had some questions. Each time I call the person is professional, thoroughly explains (walks me through) the issue and answers each and every question I ask. The phone staff have been invaluable helping me navigate, understand and use the different oxygen products appropriately. It hasn’t been easy for either myself or my 81 year old Mom to navigate this new world involving oxygen therapy but we’re learning step-by-step thanks to the phone staff at Reliable Respiratory.
Because of this company and their shenanigans I was never able to properly treat my sleep apnea. Stay far away and if your doctor suggests you use them, ask to be seen by someone else.
Reliable claims insurance denied my wife’s prescribed CPAP supplies because she was “non compliant” but to know if the machine was being used they would have needed the memory card or the machine itself. They had neither and couldn’t be bothered to make sure they had accurate information before causing my wife unnecessary anxiety. Their answer was to try and sell us a new machine. They may have an “arrangement” with our HMO but that doesn’t mean we have to. Won’t ever deal with this outfit again.
Would rate it 0 stars if i could. Charged my card for $255 without my authorization, when I called i was promised for the transaction to be voided and that the money would go back. The very next day I wake up to another charge for $255! Now Im out $510 and they are giving me the run around. A man named ADAM said he would call me back in 15 min. with a solution, still waiting.Terrible customer service, I would rather go back to not breathing at night than deal with these people. Do not deal with them, find another company.
I was visited by Jennifer from Reliable Respiratory. She was amazing ! Solved all my mask fitting problems and provided me with the correct Mask. She also explained proper care for the machine and what I should expect as far as reordering disposables. Thank You Jennifer !
This company was recommended to me by Dexcom because they were no longer fulfilling supply order but outsourcing to DME companies. This company has been nothing but a headache. I submitted for a reorder of my supplies a week and a half before I ran out knowing there’s usually a delay or two. Just the reality of the situation with insurance, etc. Reordered and the delivery never showed up. Checked FedEx tracking, said the supplies had been delivered but signed by “Mmaintenace” well I live at a stand alone house with a spouse whose been working from home for the past year, checked all buildings in the local area…nothing…no idea who signed for this. Called Reliable, was told I need to open a investigation with FedEx but they could not send me supplies in the meantime to hold me over. So, I called Dexcom they were lovely as always and sent me a replacement supply for just a week but said Reliable should be doing this. After that I went an additional 2 weeks without my supplies because they refused to send any replacement supplies that were lost because of FedEx. Thank god I had an old meter and some test strips left. FINALLY after a couple weeks they sent me a 1 month supply of my supplies and had one of their drivers go to my house which I was so grateful for. Now, I have my next resupply order and they’ve reached to let me know that they WILL NOT be shipping my supplies to my home address again because FedEx lost the package last time. I do not have any family to send this to, nor will I send it to my job because I work at a Medical facility where it is more likely to get lost. They are withholding my supplies but it is not my problem if you have an unreliable delivery company.use UPS!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. This is absurd and unacceptable. I never had this problem with Dexcom.
This is the place to go for your respiratory needs. I had another company before this that was horrible. You could never reach someone and you would get a voicemail out in Texas. No one would ever call you back. Its a well know problem with this certain company. I refused to stay with a company that lacks the man power to get my supplies to me quickly and easily.Thats when I switched to Reliable Respiratory! They are great! Everything arrives on time, I get a call from them about every 6 months when my insurance allows me to have new equipment for my cpap. They no longer carried Resmeds, Swift FX mask. They were so kind in helping me find the right mask. They sent me one out to try and I didnt care for it. I sent it back and there second suggestion was just right. Im sleeping comfortable with a brand new mask I have never used before. This is a top notch company that takes care of their patients well!

I was dealing with another company for my cpap machines and supplies and thought they were the bestBut after dealing with reliable I am so happy my doctor put me in touch with them.Called at 2:00 pm. When a company schedules a delivery of oxygen tanks they should show up on the day promised, because people need to breathe. Order made a week ago, confirmed yesterday, not delivered today.
A great company to deal with very professional. I received my new cpap machine late afternoon and was contacted by steve the following morning. We went over on how to operate it, how it works, cleaning etc. and if I have any questions later to please call back. Thank you
They called me to see if I needed any supplies and went through the list of supplies and ordered everything I need and are shipping it right to my home address . I’ll write again when I receive everything and give 5 stars . Thanks
I FINALLY spoke with a technician who knows his stuff (LUCAS). Thanks Lucas bc Its been close to a year of staff suggesting my buying another CPAP machine I didnt need. Meanwhile, a retired nurse, I cant breathe properly. Terrible
Have been waiting since last month for my CPAP, after a few phone calls I was told that they were waiting on my doctor to respond. Except my doctor had responded a week before, called back and the excuse was the prescription wasnt signed. Called my doctor and they had sent. it over a second time signed. The girl on the phone was very blase about the whole thing and suggested I speak to my doctors office again, in fact the only reaction I got was when I said to her that chasing down the prescription isnt my job, especially when they had received it a day earlier and she admitted she hadnt gone through the emails. This was now a week ago and still nothing no phone calls nothing. Its been a month and I also work from home and can get things done better than them.
Had a few problems in the beginning, took a bit of back-and-forth, but in the end they did step up and make it right. Overall Im satisficed with their service.

They dont listen to or care about patients needs
The employees here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have no problems going over the what yo expect and as many times as needed until you feel comfortable. I have been a customer of theirs for over a year and they still treat me wonderful. They work around your schedule and are quick at getting the supplies you need usually by the next day. I wish more businesses were like them. If they were it would be some much for easier and stress free for us all.
Wonderful company to work with. They made sure was all set up and working properly.They made sure I understood all I needed to know. When I had a question a couple months later,they were knowledgeable, polite and helpful,making sure I had the correct answer. Service was pretty good until after I was set up with my equipment. I received a no contact after that until I lost my insurance. Collections agent was rude and had very little interest working with me. These folks are really only as reliable as your health coverage is, and honestly,who has reliable health coverage these days? TL;DR: Try to find another company to work with, these folks are more loan shark than medical proffesionals.
Customer Service at Reliable Respiratory? Dont hold your breath... Ill change this review when I get some. Technician dropped of the machine with instructions. So far, so good. Does the machine do what it is supposed to do? Nope. Any help on getting it to function the way its supposed to? Not yet. Make an appointment to get a call back at a specific time? Nope. Considering these are medical devices they are dealing with and peoples care is their business, youd think theyd be more professional. I get better service at my local Dunkin

Several of my friends with similar conditions have told me about their supplier and I have NEVER (in 5 years) had any problems or issues with Reliable Respiratory. The staff there is GREAT! They work fast to please you and make your experience with them comfortable. I enjoy working with this company and highly recommend them!
Only interested in collecting insurance money and not helping patients.I was transferred to reliable respiratory when Mt Auburn sleep clinic no longer supported devices. After initial outreach, I was unable to get either supplies or service on my machine through this supplier. I tried to order supplies online many times without response. I called for help with a non working machine and was told there is no option, as the machine is 3 years old and out of warranty and my insurance will not cover a replacement until 5 years. I finally chose another medical device supplier, and will contact the device manufacturer myself as well.
I have had such a wonderful experience dealing with Reliable Respiratory. From the initial setup of my cpap, to the coaching and finally determining I need a totally different style mask they’ve been SO helpful. I was struggling with the mask I had and finally called not knowing what to expect and they talked me through a new style and mailed it out immediately. I’m so impressed and grateful!

Have been dealing with Reliable for over six years with no complaints.They are always very timely & accurate with my replacement orders.On the rare occasions when Ive had to contact their customer service department, they were very informative & quickly resolved my issues.
I had been buying supplies here for the last two years. Most recently, when I got new supplies, they told me I have full insurance coverage, and I should get all the supplies.. which I did.. only a month later I realize a significant credit card charge on my card. I called them to cancel it and asked them to charge me on my health care savings account. In the meantime, they reported it to a collection agency... this is TOTAL lousy business practice. First, they gave a wrong estimate and charged me without consulting me; they reported to the collection agent. Terrible. I will have to talk to my doctor to see other suppliers than this UNReliable cheat agency
I received the product but was having issues with connecting the tubing for the mask. When contacting the representative, he preferred to troubleshoot over the phone when I was aware that something was missing. I requested an appointment to get it resolved. Finally getting it resolved in person I asked about the wax (sent to me through e-mail as an image) that connected the mask together and he stated that it was not needed.Head home to use the mask and noticed a large leak. Requested an appointment with the therapist but was told that the mask looked fine on their side. I mentioned that I reverted back to using the old mask because of this issue. Saw a therapist a few days later only to find out that wax was required.Use the mask for a week and felt that it didnt provide the seal needed so requested a more secure mask. Was told by representative that I would have to pay out of pocket even though it was within 30 day period. I mentioned the trial period and was informed that it could be exchanged.Overall experience with the representatives were horrible. They do not show empathy to your concerns as they try to find solutions that require the least amount of effort. They do not give you the benefit of the doubt and you have to emphasize what you need. My first conversation in getting the new mask was that it would be easy to exchange yet every step throughout this process was a headache.Tanya, the respiration therapist, has been wonderful throughout my time. She is attentive and understanding of my concerns and is proactive to addressing my needs. I dont have to repeat myself and be questioned when I need something.As someone who tries to be as optimistic knowing that I have sleep apnea, your representatives make it hard to be nice when things go wrong many times throughout a simple process to get a mask or exchange one. When you get a mask, always ask for an appointment with therapist. Do not listen to suggestions for a mask without trying different ones. You may be stuck with a mask you dont want for awhile.
This has been the best experience in obtaining c pap supplies since I started using my c pap more than 7 years ago. I have used at least three other providers and none of them can compare to the efficiency of Reliable Respiratory--the speed of service, accuracy, availability, and kindness. I wish I had switched earlier.
RR is a great Company. Their representative Brittany was very courteous, clear and informative.She went through all of the steps with me. I didnt like the full mask after wearing it for a week so i contacted her and she put the nose mask in the mail for me. I just received it. Great company! I have sleep apnea and when I first got my machine they came right to my house, set it up, explained everything and now whenever I have a question they are quick to respond. Never a problem getting my supplies! Everyone is very pleasant very pleased with them!!
Great customer service from coming to the home to set up and explain usage to sending replacement parts on regular basis. Easy to get through to on phone or can use email if preferred. Very patient with explaining something I was needlessly confused about. No complaints here.
My husband and I moved to the area ten months ago. We found a good sleep doctor for my husband but had trouble getting supplies. The first company we worked with was a total disaster and we finally gave up on them after four months of no supplies and limited communication. Looked on line to find another supplier and called Reliable. From the get go they have been wonderful, really nice people to work with and as the name says - RELIABLE. He got his first order yesterday and everything was exactly what he ordered. Looking forward to working with them in the years to come.

Ive had OSA for years and this business has remained the standard for my CPAP supplies. Ive had a couple issues with them, but nothing bad enough to count it against them in the long run. Whatever issue I had was pretty much immediately taken care of. I appreciate the service they offer and the ease of use they provide. The only area I think needs some work would be a place for immediate feedback or suggestions from clients. If Im missing something somewhere Ill gladly change this to 5 stars. Otherwise, cant complain!
This place is not reliable what-so-ever . Every time I order parts the ball gets dropped and I am days and even weeks without my CPAP machine. I get overbilled constantly and then straightening it all out becomes a terrible mess

They DONT return phone calls!! They are not doing anything to help me resolve the problem with my bipap that I have only had for a month.!! I There are holes in my hose? Defective ? Cant sleep because of the noise!! Ive had cpap & bipap the last 10 years and I have NEVER had a problem getting issues resolved!!

THEY DONT VERIFY YOUR INSURANCE FIRST AND SEND ITEMS AND BILLED YOU ONLY AFTER LONG TIME ALMOST AFTER 8 MONTHS ASKING FOR PAY MENTIONING THAT THE INSURANCE THAT THEY DONT COVER. WHY DONT THEY LET CUSTOMER KNOW RIGHT AWAY. BIG SCAM THAT I FELT. AND I TOO WAS INQUIRING AND GOT THEIR FINAL BILL YESTERDAY IN A MAIL. Used Baystate respiratory....I received more up to date equipment (same insurance) vs. older outdated equipment...Good service, On time ..Did not run thru explanation took the time to make sure u understood. For me most important was the up to date equipment!! Secondary it was nice when I called with questions was answered by very nice and helpful people. Baystate has nice people also but disappointed with the out of date older equipment that was my only choice....thrilled with my newest equipment from Reliable Respiratory!!

During my first evening using their cpap I had experienced several asthma attacks . When I called the agency the next day the respresentative was absolutely of no help, gave no support. I felt as though I am stuck with this very uncomfortable and scary side effect as she could care less!
