We were looking for storage to place on top of our car to drive my son to college. The website said d the item was in stock. My husband went down to Novato store . Guy behind counter, unfriendly, told my husband they didn’t have it, he’d have to go to San Rafael . My husband drove down to San Rafael and was told they didn’t have, but they told my husband they have it in Novato, place an order on line to pick up in Novato, so he did. Oh Gee they did have it in Novato. When my husband went to pick up and pointed it out to “the guy” he walked away and let the female sales person deal with it. No apology, no nothing!! unbelievable!! Sales people and manager, you should be ashamed of yourselves

An absolutely superior experience. They teach you about who is making the parts, how they work, how they apply to your issue and what options you have. They even charged a battery for me for free and offered to test my electrical charging system to see if a drain caused the battery to get drained. They simply could not have been nicer or more helpful

This is a store that gives service the way it should be. I cant say enough about the owner and his staff going out of their way to research the best part and price for my car,truck, boat and quad (Im not kidding). I came in with a battery that I thought needed to be replaced. They looked at it, tested it and told me it wasnt very old and should still be ok.They recommended a brand of charger and I still have the battery two years later, working fine.This is where professionals and the public should go for their vehicles needs. Far superior to the pep boys type store

Im no car expert. I need the basics, like wipers when the rain is coming. This shop has everything I need and they are generous with advice. Theyll even help you with your wipers.Support local businesses that deserve your support.
