Went there on 9/14/21 cause their website said they had an item in stock that i was looking for. Guy at the front directed me to the section of the store where it was at. I didnt see if so i asked a worker who was sticking shelves in the Halloween section around 8pm. I asked him about it he looked at it on his scanner thing and said they had it in the back but told me to come back next week. Well its now next week and its out of stock. Impeccable customer service. I used to work in a grocery store and if we had an item in the back it didnt matter we dug through pallets to get that item for the customer. Instead he continued to play on his personal phone. Weak.

Great store to get everything from books, toys, clothing and electronics. I especially like their home goods such as dinner wear and small furniture and beddings & linens.I’ve been buying kids & women’s clothes a lot as well since their selection is stylish and often reasonably priced.Novato Target has been nicely renovated with nicer looking front door.I think drive up service is going to be popular for busy mothers who may not want to get out of their vehicles with their little ones when they need a handful items to purchase.Season display of small furniture section is always enticing to look.

The guy working the front door was not paying attention at all I wasnt sure if the baskets were clean so I grabbed the equipment that was provided to clean my own basket then the man gave me an attitude and got mad . This place was very crowded and not following all covid precautions I highly suggest ordering online and staying home. Avoid this place if at all possible and shop online. Stay covid Free.

Its really one-stop shopping. I was tired, hungry and in a rush to go home, not wanting to make another stop at the grocery store or to eat at a fast food place. I was able to buy frozen chicken breasts, sourdough bread and cherries for desert. Very happy.

Waited in line for 20 minutes. Wanted to purchase my item but the lady at the register scanned it and someone overpriced the item, maybe by mistake? I asked for a manager but the lady ignored me and told me what it scans is what you pay. Really?! After all that, horrible service for Target. Managers everywhere but the employees choose to ignore the customer.

I love how i can order online for pickup and my items are always ready in a timely manner and my order is always perfect. There is rarely a time when an item is not in stock and if i do need to have it delivered to my store i usually get an email saying it is available for pickup a day before.

Super convenient for me to shop for everything I need. It’s also very clean.

The Associates outside controlling the line this morning were very informative. Kept us updated as supplies ran low or out . . . (i.e. limited quantities of toilet paper, out of sanitaziers, bleach and paper towels).

We recently moved to Novato California from another state. We have lived in 4 states total and in every other place we have lived I have absolutely loved Target.However, I do not love this target. Actually I hate this target. I can NEVER find what I need, things are constantly out of stock. Twice I have been lost and confused in the store, because its set up differently then previous Targets I am familiar with and when I FINALLY found a store employee to ask for help, they didnt speak English. Which was really frustrating, because I really needed help and I ended up just going home and ordering something from Amazon instead.This target gives me anxiety and I avoid going to it.Target used to be my happy place. Im so disappointed.

For the first time, I ordered some items online for in-store pick up rather than delivery because I needed the items like yesterday.When I went to pick up, there was no line, no mix up and I had my items in my hands within a couple of minutes. Not like W***t, where Ive had to wait 15-20 min while someone goes rummaging in the back. This was streamlined and easy.I should do all of my shopping this way!

Stop on the way home a few times but everytime they dont have any shopping karts inside they have those bazkets everywhere like they dont want you to buy much? my last visit since i had intended to buy quite a lot went to the parking lot for a kart but then decide to go to the target by home.

Products are always available, the store is clean and the employees are helpful. Also, the checkout lines are short.

Wish there were more gardening tools and purchases, but otherwise always has whatever it is Im looking for and more.

Clean and quiet, and easier to access and leave than the San Rafael location. Shopping complex has other box stores and a few food options to help with one-stop shopping. If youre north of San Rafael downtown, I recommend this location over the other.

Id like to give a shoutout to the guys working in the electronics department, they were super polite and helpful. I went to this Target a couple days before Christmas, and it was busy as one might expect. I saw two or three VERY rude customers give these guys a hard time for reasons that were completely out of their control (one customer wanted a particular cell phone that Target doesnt carry, another wanted a fitbit but they were sold out of the specific color she wanted) and these Target employees stayed 100% polite and tried to help offer solutions.

Its kind of lame reviewing a Target, right? However, the staff at this location I have found always to be very very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. I have never had a reason to not want to go to this location.

Store manager Preston is super unprofessional. How he even got the job is beyond me. Havent worked for him for 4 years and to this day he remembers me by First and Last name and talks smack to other employees about me? And talks smack about other stores. Whats targets moto? One Team One Goal?! I think you missed that page in the employee handbook. I would never give this Target my business being ran by someone like that . This target is a great location, its clean and the the employees are very friendly. The layout is organized. I only wish that the pharmacy had longer hours.

It was a awful experience. I do not recommend online order/pick up. I was at Toyota Novato getting my car serviced and conveniently Target is just minutes away, so I decide since I have a dinner engagement that night at a high end restaurant. I’d like to try out their new men’s brand clothing. I order them online the day before for pick up. Tried them on and two items didn’t fit, so I went back, got the right sizes went to guest services to exchange them and after 40+ minutes of being there they finally could tell me I need a emailed receipt number to exchange/return them. So I had to leave and wait for it to come. Now remind you I have a demanding work schedule and rarely have Time to treat me myself for a nice outfit. Waste of $100, waste of time. It’s supposed to be convenient not time consuming.

Had to write about the Novato branch Target. I was so impressed with the high level of retail excellence. Every clothing rack and display was in perfect order. Racks were organized. Shelves were stocked. Frozen Food ws organized...every dept I cruised through was in order. Very Very impressed. My new favorire Target.

Love this service especially around the holidays.

This target has a rodent problem. A mouse ran across my path towards the food aisle! I pointed it out with an employee standing nearby stocking food shelves and he didnt even flinch. The restrooms are always filthy and the ladies section is very disorganized. The employees often stand around in the dressing rooms complaining about their jobs instead of tidying up the clothes. Lines are very long at checkout.

They wont give hard workers a first job

This is by far the worst target I have ever been too, and unfortunately its my home town store. Its always messy, the shelfa arent stocked and the staff is extremely rude. Amy, one of the store manager has no business being a manager as she has zero people skills, and apparently bo authority to honor discounts that are plastered all over the holiday section. I guess I will be driving to either the Petaluma or San Rafeal stores from now on!

I`ve been buying at Target at San Rafael for a quite time, and this week I have decided to deal with a different Target. What a surprise, this one is even better, at least bigger, and more organized even thought the size.

Spent quite some time looking for W40 but couldnt find it. Then spent much more time looking for help. One target helper was completely clueless; one told me completely wrong section; one pointed me to a completely wrong direction. Eventually I got it. Yay!

Im actually rating the Starbucks inside the Target at Vintage Oaks. If there is an option to give 0 stars I would. They are literally the worst, have no idea what they are going, if i ask for very little milk in my latte they will put no milk at all, if i ask for little whipped cream they will add the half of the bottle. The tables are Always dirty, every time we have to bring our wet wipes to clean before we sit. Never coming back there!
