I just popped in because I needed a piece replaced on my glasses and I was nearby. I am so happy that my path took me there because they could not have been nicer or more professionally adept. I was out of there in moments with a smile on my face. I highly recommend Site for Sore Eyes in the Vintage Oaks in Novato.

Dr. Jasmine Chen has been taking care of my eyes for over 7 years now. I cant recommend her highly enough. Even though she has a busy schedule, you can book her online really easily so its always convenient to get an appointment. Marin is lucky to have this talent in the area. I wear CRT lenses and she is one of the few doctors with specialty lens knowledge in the county. On top of that, she really is the best at what she does.

I had a busy schedule and needed to make a last minute appointment. Fortunately, I was able to call and they were able to accommodate my appointment same day.When I arrived they had my insurance figured out and I was able to see Dr. Jasmine Chen right away. She was knowledgeable and patient. I can tell you from my experience that I’ve been to multiple optometrists in the past, but this location surpasses the others in attentive care.

I had to get a prescription for new glasses and dropped into the store one weekend. Dr Chen gave me my exam. I was impressed by her professionalism and ability to make you feel at ease. I’ve always felt anxious during medical checkups but Dr Chen’s easy going nature made the appointment go by smoothly. The prescription was spot on as well!

Shocked to see a couple negative reviews. The doctor on staff there is very thorough and knowledgeable. Detected I had a torn retina and urged me to get surgery immediately. Quite possibly saved my vision. I really recommend you get the scan of your retina done. They have a slick machine that gives super detailed images.Selection of glasses were good and prices were what you would expect anywhere. After the experience with the doctor, I was happy to spend money there.

Dr. Chen is one of Bay Areas best. I have been a patient for over 2 years now and my entire family, husband and teenage kids see her as well. Dr. Chen is so smart, knowledgeable, patient and is very attentive. We love Dr. Chen!

I went to this location for a very minor frame adjustment. There was NO ONE else in the business. They said it would be 5 dollars for an adjustment. Horrible!!! They had nothing else to do. Most places will do a courtesy adjustment. Never going to one of these locations ever again.

The doctor at this location is super thorough and knowledgeable. I am SO HAPPY we came here for an eye exam!
