Eddie was great--easy going and understood what I wanted. Some of the pictures I brought in were well loved/damaged and they did a great job making them look as good as they possibly could.I will definitely use them again in the future.

Natalie was amazing. I had a drawing that I needed framed immediately which was pretty stressful. The framing that I wanted was very complicated but Natalie was able to do exactly what I described. Thank you, I hope to come back again as I complete more work!!!

My paintings have been sitting there for three weeks and he is just now telling me my frames are back ordered. He should have checked with the manufacturer before he took $1,700 from me!! Three weeks, just sitting there when I could have taken them to another framer.

A bit pricy, but they do excellent work. For special items, its worth it. The customer service is very good. They didnt rush me as I was making design decisions for a specific framing project. One of their services is fun; they will take any vinyl album cover and make it into a frame.

Excellent customer service, great suggestions and ideas, thoughtful and well mannered. Most of all a very good end result with great attention to detail.
