Absolutely wonderful! The staff was very helpful. Dominic told me exactly what needed to be done. Ashleigh kept me up to date with my repairs. When a part didn’t come in on time, (due to shipping company- not Varsity Lincoln) she called me right away. When I picked up my car it was such a breeze. They helped me set up a rental car. Only took one week for Varsity Lincoln to get the job done. It looks like there was never any damage. Thank you for getting my Jeep back to me so fast.

Worst customer service experience! Will never go back and advising my insurance company to not send anymore client there. We took our car for repairs due to a minor accident. The girl at the counter was extremely rude! She even answered a phone call that obviously was not a customer in front of us while we were in the middle of asking her a question and she took her time. She also didnt tell us that the enterprise was connected we.drove to Farmington for a rental but they told us our reservation was at the Varsity Lincoln dealership. The Enterprise there had even worse customer service. There was no one at the counter but a sign stating to call the number an press * for assistance since they stepped away from the desk. The person who answered the phone was RUDE and had a horrible attitude. She kept saying she didnt see anyone at her desk and asking where was I and I had to describe that I was at the enterprise Counter directly under the sign. She then said there was no reservation under my name. Gave her my code after going back and forth with her and guess what she found me. But only 2 cars available and they were Dirty and damaged including white stuff on the seats we refused and they offered a different car also Damaged missing pieces and scuff Marks. And to top it off they are charging us for the increase. We have never been charged the increase when they dont have vehicles available. I do not recommend going here. I cant wait to get my car back and out of this horrible rental. Never will I ever. Definitely My Worst Customer Service experience back to back in the same place.

He saved me from having a very bad day stuck on the side of the road. Bill has been my service advisor for years and this is one example of how he takes care of me. They had my vehicle for 4 days before even looking at it to tell me the part was covered under warranty. The best part is I brought it in the night before my appointment...whats the use of setting an appointment?

I took my Corsair in for a full service oil change at 1:00pm on lunch and got a ride back to work. I got out of work late and arrived at the dealership 20 minutes after the service closed. I noticed a gentleman wearing a Varsity hat near a black pickup. I asked if there was any way I could get my car as it was parked by the service entrance. He said he was locking the gate but that he’d try. He dropped everything and went into the service area and called a fellow employee. Within minutes he had the computer work all finished and went to the cashier desk and got my keys. He saved me having to take time off work tomorrow to take care of this. His name is Chris and I will never forget the outstanding customer service I received from Chris and would highly recommend Varsity Lincoln of Novi to everyone.

A year ago I purchased a vehicle from Varisty Ford and was verbally promised tow mirrors with the vehicle. Only a $250 value. A year later I have not and will most likely never receive them. I took them for their word, which was a mistake on my part. If you do business with this awful deal, please get everything in writing, because they have no ethics. Have an amazing day Ford family.

We loved our salesman Jim Montroy. We liked him and still do. This review is NO reflection on him what so ever. ......NO as in NO pre inspection was done at all, coolant was below the low mark, brake fluid was low, tires not rotated nor proper inflation pressure per tire. I could not detect oil change by oil appearance nor fresh filter install, small leak detected. Car was not vacuumed just new paper mats. Broken glove box very obvious to anyone. NO record of service visits seen in any manual or paperwork (manual dealer work or stamp)... Wife and I ushered out at paperwork closing and door locked behind us.,,(Dinner Time ?)... Rude felt treatment by us both. Original window sticker no where in vehicle found, Provided later (not the original) Iam sad to report all of these things...I take no pleasure in reporting them. We expected better. And am sad at this report. Jim... You were great, however inspection was bad at best. Regards Jim... Don and Diana

Tim and the entire team were amazing. I arrived frustrated and with a complex problem that involved other dealerships and a non Lincoln automobile. He gave me confidence and relief from the get go that they could handle this and take care of the issue permanently. He did. Originally the vehicle had sat at another dealerships service department for 11 days and they gave it back to me and said nothing we can do. I left confused and frustrated why it took so long for this result and why a dealership that sells this exact vehicle couldnt do anything to help. So I reached out to the Manager of the Service Department at Varsity Lincoln. He was confident, professional and escalated my situation immediately to Tim at the body shop. Tim reached out within the hour and we set up an appointment for the next morning. The friendly tandem at the front desk had a FREE loaner vehicle (a beautiful Lincoln I might add) waiting for me when I arrived. Tim said he would have a diagnosis within 24 hours. He did. They new exactly what was wrong and time line to fix it. They ordered the correct parts had them installed and even gave the vehicle an alignment and a full detail of the vehicle inside and out. I received my vehicle back when he said it would, looking and running perfectly. In a time when I literally had no place to turn with a problem I didnt know how to solve Tim and the entire team at Varsity Lincoln treated me like family and did an amazing job. I wont even consider another dealership for any and all things automotive related. Varsity Lincoln Collision, Service and Sales are simply the gold standard.

I was just at this dealership, I went to check out a tesla model S they have. I was shown to the vehicle, in their garage charging in the corner by Judd Stevens. He said bear with me then disappeared. I waited 25 minutes by the vehicle all alone without anyone around. No one checked on me or said anything, I went to the bathroom then walked back to the car just in case the salesmen was waiting. There was still no one there so I left. I will never shop here again

My wife and I were at Varcity today to shop for another vehicle, by the looks of it we showed up at the wrong time as we witnessed an employee yelling and throwing keys at another employee. Not sure what was happening, but we felt uncomfortable and decided to just leave.

Reply to request for more info: We had an appointment at 10am in the Quick Lane for an oil change. I expected something like a 30-40 wait. Shortly before 11am we called to see when the car would be ready. We were told 20 - 25 minutes. At ~11:40am I went in to see what the continuous delay was. Our vehicle was just finished.

I called to get service done for a recall notice I received. Because I did not purchase the car there they wouldnt do it. What? What happens if this recall causes an accident? I thought they had to handle recalls regardless of whether I bought the car there or not. Never evr would I purchase a car through them.

Mario Seman in CPO sold me my 2017 Lincoln MKC (which I love so much) and was very kind and professional throughout the whole buying process. The finance guy was also very very nice and helpful when explaining all of my payment questions, benefits of CPO and tire/rim protection. Carl In service went above and beyond when I needed to have my radio updated and provided me with a rental vehicle since I live 55-60 minutes away from the dealership while they worked on my car for a few days. Mike who is also in Service was so kind, helpful and provided fantastic service when I came in to get my oil changed. These individuals all worked so hard to help me and made sure I was taken care of. I cant thank them enough for all that this dealership does. As I approached the first service desk - the man sitting there did - then - put on his mask. What is the point of wearing a mask - when you only put it on occasionally? Not wearing a mask pollutes the air - so wearing it occasionally defeats the purpose of catching COVID. The porter who delivered my car tome also had his mask around his chin - exposing his mouth and nose. Everyone was very helpful - but Id give this dealership a ZERO when it comes to public safety.

To be Ethically Honest, This was my 2nd visit as the Genesis visit, I wasnt addressed by anyone.I was most disappointed. Jim was professional and kept in contact through the process of buying the vehicle. Even though the Navigator was used, he addressed my concerns about a few minor fixes. Overall it was a great experience. I even ordered some additional accessories from their parts department and had them shipped to me. They arrived on time and well packaged.
