Call Kris- she’s the best! She took measurements and made what we wanted fit the area. She also took the time to pick out fabric. Friendly and committed to customer satisfaction. It’s worth the extra money to get nice outdoor furniture. Not only does it dry fast but it’s so much better quality, way more comfortable. Our Wayfair furniture fell apart in less than a year and you might as well not use cushions at all.

While the delivery date was pushed a few times we did finally receive all our patio furniture. The crew that came to assemble and install were courteous and professional. There are a couple pieces that need to be replaced by the manufacturer due to scratches. An Allstate rep documented this and assured us we will receive new pieces closer to fall. But otherwise we are very happy with quality and style of the furniture we received. Love the fire table especially!!! Special thanks to Novi sales rep Denise for educating us on all our options and for being a good communicator. Overall I would recommend Allstate leisure to friends in needUpdate: today 8/31 the two scratched pieces were delivered, assembled and replaced as was communicated by Nancy. I received a 3hour window the day before delivery. A day of text alerted me the delivery would arrive in a half hour. The crew arrived as promised. Very professional group. I would highly recommend.

I bought my hot tub from the Livonia location but have gone to this store a few times. Amy, the manager at Novi, was so Informative and Friendly. Jean was very sweet and helpful too. My Allstate Jacuzzi is awesome. Also Allstates service team was quick to assist with an issue and very professional too. I would highly recommend Allstate Home and Leisure Novi. Their sales people are amazing and still would have Tony to back you up if any issue.

I wish I could give more stars! Allstate staff has been incredibly helpful as we are new hot tub owners. Denise has been incredible to work with for getting the tub and furniture and another staff member helped with the layout of the furniture on our new deck! Cannot say enough about how friendly and supportive the team is.

Cant be more happy with the quality of these two pieces! The team at Allstate worked diligently to make sure all my needs were met and made suggestions that I didnt think of which resulted in a better experience for me. Despite it being in Covid times the pieces came in a standard time frame which is rare. I will be back for more furniture pieces soon!

Allstate has always been helpful with educating us on maintaining our tub. Service department is always prompt and on time with appointments.

They didnt really have what were looking for but since Ive never been here I thought Id look around ended up buying new glass for the glass fireplace theyve a lot more colors and selections the most places they also sell pool tables as well as other things Id check them out I got some cool stuff

First, I NEVER write reviews....But had to make an exception here.Overall....EXCELLENT experience!!! Kris Blunk was our main sales contact who was very helpful and not at all pushy which we really appreciated (Amy also assisted with a few emails/phone calls who was also really great and easy to work with). We did not feel any pressure of being upsold like other places we visited with special filters, and features, and some other gimmicky type stuff. Everything was simple and easy to understand (the spa itself, delivery timing, and start up and maintenance). As a first time spa buyer it made us appreciate the honesty as well as knowing they have been around for a long time and will continue (to honor warranties, service, etc). Once they get dry saunas we will definitely go back and check them out. Highly recommend!!

From the moment we entered the store, through the delivery, our experience purchasing from Denise at the Novi store was excellent. She took the time to educate us, was always available for questions, and not only knew her products, but the competitor products as well. It was this excellent service that made All State and easy decision for our purchase.

A few days ago we received delivery of our new hot tub. So far we’ve had a great experience! Kris Blunk was our salesperson at the Novi store. She helped us select the perfect tub for our family. We were pleasantly surprised to receive our tub about two weeks earlier than the expected delivery date. Since the delivery of our tub we have had several questions with regards to the basic setup. Kris continues to be there for us to answer all of our questions and goes out of her way to be helpful! Allstate is a class operation and I highly recommend them.

Very dissappointed in their level of customer service. I ordered furtiture back in March, they had some pieces in stock but would order the rest. They kept saying the end of April the order would arrive. Then I got an voicemail on May 6th saying it would not be until the end of July. I called May 7 to cancel and they said no that was wrong it would be here by the end of the next week (May 14), it was on the truck in transit. I called yesterday and we are back to it is delayed. So Im guessing it was never on the truck. It would have been nice to hear some kind of communication between March and May without me having to check and then get inaccurate information.After being contacted by Tony, the Sales Manager, I would like to update my review. Tony listened and understood my concerns. After an opoen conversation, I reordered the furniture and ended up adding a fire pit!

Denise Saylor was really helpful on helping us choose our spa. We ended up changing to a nicer model and we were happy we did! Great product Jucuzzi makes and everyone in the store was great!!

In the summer of 2015, we purchased a pool, hot tub, grill, patio furniture, and fire table. We were a little intimidated by the prospect of pool and hot tub maintenance. Allstate helped us.......and continues to help us. Great customer support, timely service, friendly faces, and good advice. Highly recommend.

We just purchased new deck furniture from Allstate Home Leisure in Novi and had a great experience with Designer/Sales Associate Kris Blunk. Even though the store was busy, Kris never made us feel rushed. She provided great customer service and made great suggestions. Her attention to detail was especially helpful. It is clear that she enjoys what she does. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for new outdoor furniture!

We purchases a new hot tub through Allstate recently, to start the tub arrived 2 months late, I get that things happen due to COVID this is not the reason for the 2 stars. Next I was promised by the manger that the tub is very well insulated and that our heating bill would not jump too high, On average $25 a month in the winter as long as we limit the time with the cover off. Our bill has increased by roughly $70- $80 a month from the tub, we use it on average 3-4 times a week for 20 to 40 minutes at a time, personally i feel this is excessive and probably well known by them.After we received our tub I went in for the water inspection, I was told I would be getting the first YEAR chemicals covered, another lie, after 3 months of having the tub I need more chemicals. On top of lying about the amount of chemicals I would get they offered almost no help with how to apply or when to apply the chemicals, the woman behind the counter was visibly annoyed because I asked her questions about when to add chemicals and questions about cleaning the tub, She said to google it!My opinion, buy a Hot springs, work with another company. the service I was given at the store was very discouraging and left me with major buyers remorse. The tub is nice, the lies and in store service is the reason for the 2 stars, I wish I would have purchased the Hot Springs spa.

Shopping for a new billiard cue and unfortunately the Lansing store did not have the specific color and weight that I preferred, but this Novi store had it and the staff was wonderful in both locations. I could have waited and ordered, but I was impatient and they were tremendously helpful!
