123 Cabinets Direct was recommended to us by a friend that recently renovated their kitchen. I walked in and met with Debbie and we came up with a plan for what I was looking for. I was worried that what I wanted was WAY out of my budget but when she presented a quote I was happily surprised that it was SO affordable. She was able to even help me slightly reconfigure my kitchen so I could add more cabinets without changing the footprint. We ordered our cabinets and had them within four weeks! This is beyond exceptional in my opinion. Debbie and Nick were both fantastic to work with and we are looking forward to working with them again! 10/10 would recommend!

From the moment we sat down with Debbie and Nick, we felt very comfortable with them and trusted them and didn’t want to go anywhere else! Superb customer service and they worked with me for a long time to get the perfect design for my custom kitchen. I was hesitant towards a color but they steered me in the right direction and I am so pleased with the outcome. The delivery was great came faster than we expected and all of the employees were phenomenal. Very good job and I recommend anyone to go with them, bathrooms, kitchen and counters. We worked with these folks on our kitchen remodel for cabinets and were glad we did. After looking at the plans we brought in they made suggestions for changes that really improved and opened up the space from originally conceived. Their costs and quality were very competitive. The install was well done and the detail was spot on. Some trim required very careful cutting with the angles involved and it turned out great. Happy to have picked them and recommend them without hesitation.

Absolutely will NEVER use this business. Came in ready to spend thousands on our bathroom remodel. Not only did no one have masks on even though its required by law, but upon walking in we were greeted by someone saying, Why are you here? In my book, that is a very unprofessional way to greet someone coming into your business. Then, after looking at our specs, we were told they cannot make cabinets at our required depth. While we understood that, no option was offered up in its place - just a flat, No, its not possible. We left feeling dismissed and disgusted by how we were treated.

I have never experienced anything like this. I am very disappointed. I saw the reviews and that’s why I went with this company. I went in and spent an hour designing a custom vanity for my bathroom. I wanted a tilt and deep drawers to add outlets. It took three months for it to come back wrong. The sales person stated that I ordered a regular cabinet. She was not trying to make it right in any way. So now I’m stuck with a 1500.00 cabinet that I don’t want. Please go somewhere else this place does not value their customers.

Great salesman. Cheap product. Hostile and delayed customer service from Dan if you have an issue. It has been only 4 years and I would not recommend this place ever because it looks like we had it installed 10 years ago. Wish we spent more time and money for quality elsewhere.

Dan helped us pick cabinets that were high quality within our budget and never pushed us to make any purchases. We also went through 123 for our granite counter tops where we were able to pick our slabs and know what was being installed. My experience with 1-2-3 Cabinets left me with utter satisfaction and gratitude.From day one they were not only extremely helpful and easy to work with, but so kind and warm-hearted towards my family and I. Right from the start I needed to make changes to my order after it had been finalized, and they didnt hesitate to accommodate to my needs. Moving forward, I wanted to hire outside help to install my new cabinets so I could stick to my budget. The employees at 1-2-3 cabinets told me several times that installing cabinets is finished carpentry work, and that I should be cautious in who I give the responsibility to. While this may seem to others to be an advertising or business ploy, I realized the hard way they were only trying to warn me of the errors that could occur. I did buy my cabinets from this store and it was truly a painful experience for me personally.I had late on delivery.Incomplete parts I had to order extra trim from them, I was short in trims when I got the order and I had to wait long time for it.Damaged parts.They never fixed the damaged partAlso had to cut one cabinet to make it fit.I am simply not happy with my order and cabinets.

We walked in without an appointment a week before Christmas, the designer graciously spent the better part of an hour with us, came out to our house a few days later, and two months later our kitchen was done. My husband did a lot of the work himself (demo, tiling, some of the electrical, plumbing) which saved a lot of money. Could not be happier. All of the artisans who worked on our project were true professionals, from the cabinet delivery (the owner of this company was one of the delivery guys) right down to the install of the granite. A little hiccup with the kitchen faucet was quickly fixed with the manufacturer. Will highly recommend 123 Cabinets Direct, in fact, I already have. Her name is Janet. If she calls, you owe me one!!! ;)

3 stars because the cabinets were constructed very well and with wood not particle board. I was impressed by both quality and price. They only required half down but we did more. Lost 2 stars for cUstomer service and install. There were major cabinets, pantry, missing from the order and nothing was said until the showed up for delivery even though they had been at the house removing the old cabinets the week before. Insert for the corner base had the wrong size delivered again nothing said until delivery. Half of the uppers shelves were the wrong size. The installer (1) was good at his trade but in 3 days not even 8 hours had been spent onsite. The staff; owner, sales, receptionist, only blamed each other for any issues. My take on this is... Sales sells it to me, ensures everything they ordered is received and then turns job over to install. Install makesmsure they have everything with them when they deliver and puts a days work in. Receptionist supports both by making calls as asked. Owner makes sure this all happens.I would recommend buying your cabinets here and using your own installer if you know one.

They dont deserve even one star! Worst service ever! The cabinets were on par with any ready-to-build cabinets (Ikea). They make you pay in advance, then string you along when their product shows up damaged, because hey, they already got paid. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I dont need to be in your system, Floren, to know how you operate.

Quoted us just enough to get our business and said they would include free measure. Came out and measured and said layout would work but did not even consider placement of plumbing so we had to relocate plumbing to accomodate layout which was not cheap. Then told us he gave us best deal only to find out from his own employee that a pair of cabinets we liked better were cheaper and also he quoted a referral of mine even better pricing. They are pretty quick on delivery but do not tell them how much you are willing to pay or a quote to compare as they will magically price it only 100 below whatever you show or tell them. Also double check their work because their measurements are only that cabinets will fit in the room but they did not take in account location of electrical, plumbing, outlets and the ceiling fan. They ended up costing us more than 500more than Home Depot. I would recommend cabinets to go or midwest if you want good quality that is fast and cheap.

Buy from here only if you have the time to triple check every detail. Unorganized & poorly managed. Get everything in writing, trust nothing verbal and check everything very closely. Expect minimum effort possible for them to get paid.
