They are now not open til even 5, i called and the rude manager says they do NOT have set hours and base them on who can work. Today (Thursday) closed at 1 pm! Yesterday 2 pm! Unacceptable! The store is ALWAYS filthy, even pre pandemic and employees are so rude. Close the store permanently at this point

They are closing early until further notice due to staff shortage per sign on the door. I am thankful they had the courtesy to explain what is going on. I gave 3 stars for that but if they need more workers and struggle to attract or keep them then maybe it is time to review how employees are treated.

I went to dollar tree in walled Lake a couple days ago the store was absolutely filthy no one was manning the register and five people were in line just waiting with 3 employees in the aisles. Poor management, poor leadership. Dollar tree you are creating your own destiny.

We arrived at 8:40 on a Thursday night to run in and grab a few things really quickly. The employee just yelled out the door at us that they were closed… on the website it says you close at 9pm… why are you just randomly closing 20 minutes early?

I love the store, but for whatever reason they are severely short staffed. The store was closed on Sunday(not sure why) so I stopped by the next day. When I walked in the door the cashier said he had to reboot the register to the customer that was standing at the register and walked away. There was a line starting to form and he was gone for about 10 minutes but when he came back to the register he was able to ring the line up slowly. No one was irritated or anything, but an older customer walking up saw the line and asked if he could open another register and he said he couldnt. They just need more reliable staff. The store isnt bad, but due to COVID they probably arent able to keep people.

I always find what I need and then some. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes you have boxes in the isles, but nothing you cannot manage. Always great for my budget with little kiddos school and craft supplies, and other things we need for our home

They allow party store owners to come in and clean off the shelves so the people that might want some cant get any. The African American woman with the pink hair is lazy, rude and seems to only pick certain people to wait on almost seems racis?.

Only one shopping cart available, which was all I needed. When I walked in there were @5 people in there. As I was leaving more like 25.They did a good job opening registers and moving us along.

Arrived at Dollar Tree around 7:30pm to an empty lot and a small sign on the door that said they closed at 2pm today! I was really disappointed!

Dollar tree has a lot of nice little items for a low price. Things they offer can be 3 to five times the cost elsewhere. Good variety of useful things as well.

They close at 5 but Im here at 4:15. :/

Online it shows closes at 9:00 pm. After reaching at 7:30 the store was already closed. Need to update the timings

I always shop at this store. I work in home health care and I make activity bags for our patients to help keep them stimulated. During this pandemic we are making over 400 to donate to isolated seniors in facilities. Sarayh the manager went above and beyond to help facilitate my large purchase of over $1200. She is continuing to support this endeavor and facilitating the remainder of my purchases. She is a definite asset to this store and an amazing and caring person. I would highly recommend this location. The employees work hard and care. Sarayh is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!

Always new things and the staff are amazing!

The store was neat and organized. The two employees that were stocking the shelves had there masks hanging below their nose and chin. They apparently have no respect for the health of customers.

I LOVE this Dollar Tree! They constantly have new and IMPROVED products that they get in. The staff is always friendly and you can tell it’s a well-liked store because it’s busy during all hours. I shop here probably once a week for random little things that I need- Tupperware, index cards, gift bags and wrapping paper, etc. Highly recommend :)

Clean location, good variety, face coverings/masks are required to enter the building, but staff are not enforcing/wearing one.

Fine. No oval or metal trays as of this posting lol. Must wear a mask. Still cluttered with stock. Floors are marked for 6ft.customer service was nice the lady with the flawless nails. They have godiva bars at the register lots of yugioh cards. The do have toilet paper

We go into dollar tree a lot. This is the first store we have ever enjoyed shopping at. Clean, stocked and the employees are super. The woman (Debbie) was so enjoyable and friendly. We will come here from now on.

I work with Middle School & very young kids, and Dollar Tree is my favorite way to make my budget spread well over an entire school year. Dollar Tree & Pinterest are always on my mind when I am planning most of my activities and almost all of my crafts! They even have a nice selection of supplies for Science Demonstrations.

This is a Dollar Tree, where everything is a dollar. You cant go wrong there. The employees were nice. Everything was stocked, the store looked good, and the service checking out was fast.

Usually busy during lunchtime on weekdays. Long lines. Its hit or miss at this store. Sometimes they are well stocked, other times not so much. I visit here frequently for team goody bag stuff, seasonal items, gift bags, etc.

Stopped in today between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. -was quietly told to step to the other register by the cashier while they were cashing out the customer in front of me. There was no closed sign in the lane, no reason given, yet they proceeded to take care of the customer behind me when I looked back. Did my phone conversation offend you ? Were you friendly with the person behind me? Whatever prompted your rudeness, it was disrespectful.

Pretty standard Dollar Tree, some cool things, some junk, a good place for a kid to buy something simple. Also a few items I see for much more at other stores: notebooks, calculators, balls, etc.

While the store is about par for the course, the people working at this particular store seem to be sub par, dont leave your items in your basket unless you dont mind the cashier picking up and dumping everything out like a box of childrens toys.Wont be using this branch any longer.
