Picked up a hockey helmet for my 6 year old. The gentleman working was extremely helpful and took a great deal of time to assist in helmet adjustment. I wish I would have asked his name. We have been there multiple times. Always a helpful staff.

The staff was terrific and very helpful. They did everything they could to make sure we walked out of there happy and with what we needed. We will definitely be back!

Great Customer ServiceThis year we bought Brand New Skis, Bindings and Ski Boots. They were lowest price available, after an extensive price search. After, a few ski trips and at 100 days from purchase, my son experience a failure of the binding causing it to break.Contacted Play It Again Sports - Novi, MI and was connected to the owner. I did not have to provide a receipt as he found my purchase in the system. He advised that he would pursue a warranty claim through Fischer Ski. He also assured me that If Fischer did not stand behind their warranty, he would. Within two weeks, Fischer sent a brand new binding and he was able to install it one day before our next ski outing.Great experience in customer satisfaction, communication and taking ownership.Thank You!

My go-to place for buying discs for disc golfing. I always find high quality discs for very reasonable prices, and the fact that they are used is really no concern to me. Just as long as they can fly and land in a basket Im a happy man! RIP my Prodigy X, shortly after the first picture was taken it rolled into the rough at Hudson Mills in Dexter and was never heard from again.

With 3 kids in sports & constantly growing this place is awesome. Went there a few years back & got a fabulous deal on golf clubs for my young son. I thought I’d just got lucky. Went there today & got another massive deal. Complete set of softball catchers gear, plus adult mitt & golf bag for $250! Most of our purchase was brand new & with the 50% sale (off of MSRP) the prices were unbeatable online. Highly recommended.

Bought a pair of goggles for 135. They were scratched right out of the box and when I tried to exchange they threw the book at me. A 2 week return policy should be void if you sell me something damaged that I didnt notice in time. I apologize I didnt open it in time but thats major B.S. Couldnt exchange them or get my money back. Terribly unprofessional and Ill never be back again.

Refused service due to medical exemption requiring me by doctors orders to wear no mask.ckaimed they coukd bring products outside for me to look at and it was raining at the time.the nature of the business is used products you basically dont know what is in the store without being in it.

Such a huge variety of equipment!!! Never a bad experience here, staff is always friendly and helpful. Also beware, theres a very adorable dog that is sometimes in the store (owners dog, I was told). I walked out of the bathroom and all of a sudden he was sitting right outside the door. Spooked me a little, but he was so darn friendly and calm. Five stars for him too, for being a good boy :)

Went there tonight for the first time and had an excellent experience! I lost my wedges on the course this weekend and decided to come here for a replacement. Im so glad that I did! I was greeted by two very helpful and down-to-earth guys. There were a lot of clubs to choose from, both men/women and new/used. The prices were extremely reasonable ($15-40). I also needed some more golf balls and was thrilled to find you-pick used balls. They ranged from 29 to 99 cents per ball. I had a great time picking through their selection. I will certainly be back for future golf needs!

The staff was great with helping get skate sizes for my son. They took time to look for different sizing options for hockey gear as well. I am very pleased with the attention and help I received.

So happy a place like this exists! I have a 3 year old niece starting soccer but didnt want to spend a lot of money on cleats and equipment considering shell grow out of it all pretty much overnight. Great prices and selection. Highly recommend!

Great place for inexpensive and lightly used sporting gear! Great prices on new and used disc golf discs. Staff is excellently trained and friendly. Fantastic place to size the whole family up in gear.

Tremendous selection of used sporting goods such as hockey skates and pads, weightlifting equip, golf. We turned in some used equipment. You wont get very much money for your used equipment. But if you plan on buying some other piece of equipment, then opt for the store credit instead of cash for your old stuff, you will get a slightly better return.

Each time I go in here I have a good experience. They are helpful and attentive. Plus, my kids kind of go nuts in the store (its exciting and a little overwhelming) and theyre always patient with us and put up with my sons constant barrage of questions like good sports :) Very appreciative.

I did not find what I was looking for, which was soccer cleats, because it was later in the season and they were sold out, but the staff were very helpful and they had everything else I needed for soccer. I would definitely encourage you to go if you are looking for any sports equipment, just go before the season starts so they have what youre looking for.
