The young man in there was incredibly patient with everything. He was the only one in there working when we went in. We were there today at 12:30, we didn’t ketch the mans name but he definitely deserves a raise. There was a line practically out the door and he still was cheerful and nice as he checked us out. Keep up the good work!

I have been dealing with this store for 2 months trying to get my money back for a return I sent back. I have disputed the charge on my credit card because god forbid customer service do anything to help and god forbid a manager call you back like you were told would happen. I have email confirmation of them receiving my return and that they returned my money, but it never appeared in my account. The card dispute continues because now they are saying they never got the return, but when I was on the phone with customer service they say they got the return and nothing they can do because it’s been refunded. The most infuriating situation I’ve ever had with any store. Will never shop here again nor recommend them anyone.

I came in for a return I bought online. The dress glitter was falling off everywhere so I didn’t want to keep it. The store wouldn’t give me a refund even with my online receipt and all packaging it came in. The reason was because I used Amazon Pay. Which is just my debit card. Why couldn’t I get a refund? The employee was rude and stated to look around and find something else. So I did. Paid the difference for an exchange. Then took it home and tried it on and it was absolutely way too small. So I took that back to the store and AGAIN with all receipts, they refused the refund. Both girls at the counter seemed extremely confused the entire time and barely even knew how to issue a refund. THIS WAS ALL WELL WITHIN THE 14 DAYS allowed for returns. I won’t be back. I essentially lost $25 trying to find a dress for my bridal shower. And have a gift card to this place I probably wont ever use after the service I received.

Everytime I come in here I receive great service. Im not always so girly so I have a hard time piecing together what I want it to look like outside of my head lol. Thank you for being so patient. Definitely reccomend them. They have tons of options for every occasion

Racist!! The store manager Alisha had security follow me around the store why? I didn’t ask. I spent about 20mins in this store looking for a birthday outfit and I guess I took too long. I’m an African American female who was by myself and had a extremely tall male security guard follow me around the whole store. I felt so uncomfortable I left and as soon as I left he left. I will never in my life go back here or to 12 oaks period! I am livid that ruined my entire Birthday mood it’s 2019 racial profiling still exist.

Rude service. Telling my girlfriend to “hurry up and put the dress back” wen she had multiple dresses to try on and she just got in the changing room. Also told me I couldn’t come near the back so I could at least see the dresses she tried on. Guess who isn’t getting business from her now.

Ladies, please inspect the items you purchase here thoroughly, for if there is some kind of flaw in the clothing (such as a tear that I noticed when I was about to wear it out) and you would like to return or exchange, prepare to be interrogated.I understand that there may be qualifying questions involved when it comes to return policies, but this was the utmost disrespectful experience I have ever had when it came to returning the defective piece of clothing. I still had the tags, but they were not attached and the manager Rachel decided to point this out, insisting that I was attempting to get over on them. ($30 shirt... yipee) She even had the odasity to question the fact that the shirt felt “wet and used”. I am sorry that mother nature decided to make it rain while walking into the mall and I threw away the bag prior. I shouldn’t have to be rediculed. Very upset with how the manager Rachel went about things, very unfair and unprofessional although she did finally accept the defective return... thats about the only good thing I could conclude.
