I just want to say they are literally the BEST auto body shop I’ve ever gone to. My insurance company brought my car here when I had my accident and from there it was a journey of going back and forth, but it was all worth it. My car looks brand new again! I took my car here after an accident to have repairs done through my insurance. They don’t care about you, your time or your vehicle. They just want to get paid and they charge you ridiculously high prices for aftermarket parts! I had to bring my vehicle back 3 times for them to do work that should’ve been done right the first time!! Staff is very rude and disrespectful. They used the same damaged parts and charged as if they weren’t. When looking for a vehicle repair shop, this is not the one. I witnessed my car going and coming a total different car. While waiting at the shop, I witnessed them crash a vehicle that was in their possession. I keep asking them to show the old parts and show what they’ve done and all they do is give you a printout of what “work” was done. They’re very fast talkers and they’re going to “entertain” your conversation just to get your money.Even after complaining about my car not being fixed, they still wouldn’t fix THEIR error!! I got tired of fighting it and just let the financing company come take my car back… This is unbelievable and unacceptable that this is how they treat their customers. They got every dime they asked for from my insurance and wouldn’t so the work they were paid for!!

Parkway Auto Body did a fantastic job on my car. The clear/top coat was peeling on my 12 year-old Lexus; it wasn’t covered by insurance and past its 10 year warranty. This is not supposed to happen though, nor is it normal wear and tear, but the original car dealership wouldn’t have anything to do with it. Needless to say I felt hopeless until I brought it here. They gave me a competitive and fair quote, along with very high quality workmanship. I cannot tell the difference where the damage was before versus the other parts of my vehicle that wasn’t touched.I took my car in on Tuesday and it was ready by Saturday; my baby looks amazing! The paint job is also covered for the life of my car. Thank You to Jay, Alisa and Bonnie for their excellent customer service! They do detailing here too so I’m looking forward to coming back for the recommended care so that my car exterior stays in good shape. Highly Recommended!

The ladies at the front desk, particularly Alisa, were extremely professional, polite and competent and found out all the details from my insurance company for the repair. My car came back in flawless condition, as if nothing ever happened. The car was washed and the inside was cleaned and vacuumed. Also, my side view mirror was popping out from the hit and run; insurance wouldn’t cover, so I told Parkway Auto Body not to worry about it. When I got the car back, the mirror was in place and no longer wobbling. It was perfectly glued. Thank you for a wonderful service!

It’s been over a decade since I wrecked a car and was very nervous about the process. Parkway Autobody made everything so easy and they were so wonderful to work with. I went to get an estimate and was able to leave my car there that day and rent one of theirs (much more affordable) and the car was ready and looking brand new in less than a week. Cannot recommend enough.

Parkway Auto Body did an amazing job in a very short amount of time. I assumed the work would have taken at least a month to get done. But it turned out to be days. The vehicle looks just as good as it did on the day I drove it off the dealers lot. They even washed it! Ive never had that type of service. Thank you Parkway for your help and attention to detail.

While the receptionists and the gentleman who quoted my repair work job were very nice and welcoming, the quoted price for the service I needed was outrageously high and I immediately felt like I was trying to be taken. It was truly a minor problem and i was quoted $1,250 to do the job by them. And $888 for slightly less of a job which didnt include painting. I went to another very reputable auto body shop less then a mile away and had the job done for $40 and it looks like new. (The car is only 3 weeks old) My advice is to be aware of your options before committing to work being done. Not only there, but anywhere. Before and after pics attached of the damage and repaired work elsewhere. (Adjusted my review after thinking further about the fact the the gentleman was in fact very nice and realized its not his personal pricing but rather that of the company he works for.)

The work on my front bumper was done efficiently and for the right price. They were fair with their rates and super transparent about their process. My Subaru looks as good as new... no dents, cracks or scratches anymore :) Nice work Parkway Auto Body!

I’m never one to leave a review but I do if it’s literally necessary and this was a must ! So a few months ago I was in a rear end accident on a car I only owned for 2 months just bought it brand new off the lot so I decided to go with parkway auto body since a lot of people supposedly use them for newer model cars when my car was towed there my insurance was quoted $5,500 in damaged so we agreed and they did the work after 2 weeks I called to see how much longer it would take for my car to be finished I was told some parts are delayed due to a national back order so they are waiting to get all the parts to start the process I was frustrated but totally understood after another week I called back and was told they have most the parts but still waiting on my bumper since it was newer make that exact bumper was still on a back order and there was absolutely none in the whole country so it was still a waiting game after 30 days I received a call and was told they had all my parts and were working on my car and that it should be ready in about a week after almost a month and 2 weeks I got the call it was ready to be picked up as I arrived my car was parked right outside in front so I immediately began inspecting the work that was done and noticed scratches on the back bumper front bumper on my right back door drivers door handle the inside of my car was all filthy scuff marks everywhere dirt on my seats the roof completely filthy so when I went inside to pay my deductible I asked to speak to a manager so a man named Dave came out I showed him the scratches he told me he could fix the one on the back bumper and but I’d have to contact my insurance about the rest so I let him fix was they could extremely frustrated once they gave me back my car I started driving and noticed my car was much louder than normal but I didn’t hear how much louder it was until the next day when I was on the parkway going at a faster speed so I pulled over and noticed that (MY CAR LITERALLY HAD NO EXHAUST THEY GAVE ME MY CAR BACK WITH NO EXHAUST) so I called them and immediately went back this time a manager named Adolfo came out and apologized and took my car back in and put the exhaust back on was extremely sorry and understood my frustration and told me to bring the car back to fix the scratches I decided completely against ever going back here so I’m going to do it somewhere else ! I wouldn’t recommend ever dealing with this place it’s horrible I felt completely taken advantage of -

Stay Far Away From This Shop! The looks on the outside are very deceiving. I came to this shop through my insurance which I should have done research on. I came here after an accident which required a new rear right door. After repair I was satisfied with the work until I saw my interior!My car has gray upholstered seats which were in almost brand new condition, only owned for a month. The day of pickup there was dirt and gunk all over my car seats as well as the inside handle. I told the gentleman Dan about the issue and he apologized and insisted on keeping the car longer to have the seats shampooed clean and they would cover my rental for the extra days. Upon pickup the second time i realized the gunk left stains. I made a complaint to the front desk which they then provided pictures they said they had when I dropped the car off which they didn’t have but they gave me a picture of the parts sitting on the seats before repair. As I was pointing out that my seats were supposed to be covered Dan came out of the back room completely rude insisting I pay and leave or else the cops would be called. There is nothing that can be done aside from me saving someone else this nightmare. Please stay away from this shop.

What a pleasure to do business with Parkway Auto Body! The staff is friendly and the work is top quality.

Run away as fast as you can from Parkway Autobody. It is because of a business like this that insurance premiums are so high. Parkway Autobody is a total scam shop, their only goal is to skim money out of the insurance companies without any connection to the actual repair work needed. In my case, the car was rear ended and needed a new bumper. To my shock, they came up with an estimate of around $9000 which was 300% of the actual needed. As a result of their inflated estimate the insurance wanted to total my car. Parkway autobody even tried to force me to just sign over my cars papers to them. When I reached their facility they had already stripped out the rubber tubing in places not related to the damage just to make it look like worse. I refused their repair, demanded my car back. I had to literally forcefully take my own car from their lot (shocking!). I ended up taking it to a smaller shop and they fixed it for $2700. Where do you think the insurance company will get the extra $6300 from - of course from other insurance customers, so everyone loses ! Please understand that even if they end up fixing your car properly, they are still causing immense damage to the trust system that all other businesses rely on. I am now reaching out to my lawyer for a lawsuit against Parkway Autobody. Stay away please from these guys, give some honest business your money. This is an honest account of my direct experience with Parkway Autobody of Nutley NJ.

I would definitely recommend this auto body shop to everyone I know. They did an excellent job of repairing my car after a recent accident. My car looks better than it did when I drove it home from the dealer. They washed & vacuumed my car after the repairs were done and they finished the repairs about a week ahead of schedule. But thats not all. The customer service was top notch as well. We all know good customer service is seriously lacking these days. From my 1st initial call with Jackie to speaking with the other ladies in the office Alisa & Bonnie everyone was very polite, professional and a joy to work with. I personally had a very good experience with this auto body shop. Unfortunately suffered an accident that damaged the rear of my car and they fixed all of my lights in the back and put on even brighter ones so no more dim old looking ones around my license plate. They did a fabulous job making the back of my car look brand new and they provide very good customer service. I was also in the shop when the other reviewer is stating Dan asked him to pay and leave or he will call the cops. That was because he fails to mention he started screaming at the whole staff and arguing with them getting loud. Theres always more to that story. But of course he left that out that is why the cops were threatened to be called. Anywho, thank you Parkway Auto Body! Great job.

Would definitely recommend this place. Bonnie helped me as soon and I got in and they took very detailed information about my car. My car was ready four days ahead of schedule and looked better than ever!! Not only did the fix the dent in the door but cleaned the entire car inside and out!! Extremely helpful staff that keep me posted about the progress the entire time. It’s also very convenient that Enterprise is located inside so my rental was taken care of at the same time.

I have had the need for Parkways services twice in the past 5 years and each time they have taken what was a stressful occurrence into an easy-to-deal-with event. Ive used Parkway Auto Body 3 times. Each time, theyve fixed our cars quickly and thoroughly so that you could not even tell they were in accidents. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They are integrated with New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance so that when you get there, they had already received the paperwork electronically from them. They inspect the damage on your car and order the parts. They tell you when to come back in and when the car should be ready. My car was usually ready ahead of schedule.Theres an Enterprise Car rental store right at the facility. So, you can drop one car off and pick up another. It makes things very convenient. The Enterprise people are always helpful, too. They have nice cars.If you need your car repaired after a collision, I highly recommend them Parkway Auto Body!

Parkway Auto Body surprised me in such a wonderful way. Living in Manhattan for 40 years has rendered me somewhat cautious and hesitant when it comes to dealing with service providing companies (ie Banks, Time Warner, Verizon)...you get the picture. So when my car was scraped in a parking lot, I was not looking forward to getting it fixed. This was the first time in my life I had to file an insurance claim and have an auto repaired from an auto body shop. I DREADED it! My Travelers insurance recommended Parkway Auto Body in Nutley. I spoke with and mainly dealt with Jackie. She was FANTASTIC. I told her this was my first time dealing with insurance claims and auto repair work so please be patient and be empathetic to my many questions, some of which will certainly sound naive. She took me through the whole process and also said theyll deal with Enterprise rent a car (which my insurance company covers). She made sure the Enterprise car was there the day I dropped off my car. Jeremiah from Enterprise was also very nice and a pleasure. Then Elisa from Parkway came out to inspect my car and gave me many helpful tips, she too was really lovely. How is this possible to have more than one wonderful experience at an auto body shop? I hope I dont have another car claim anytime soon but if I do I know Im going back to Parkway Auto Body!

Just picked up my SUV at Parkway. I am extraordinarily pleased with the quality of the repairs, and with the customer service provided. My vehicle was hit from behind, and because it is an older vehicle with relatively high mileage, the insurance companys guidelines required that it be treated as totaled, even though the extent of repairs required did not at first appear to warrant that conclusion. (I do not fault the insurance company; I understand their rationale and they have been OK to deal with.) Other than the damage caused by the accident, my SUV was in great condition. I have maintained it well and invested money in it to keep it that way, and it is worth far more to me in terms of utility than its book value. Parkway understood this, and worked with me to get it repaired for a reasonable price, and did the repairs speedily so I would not be stuck with a rental bill that exceeded what the insurance company would pay under such circumstances. When I picked up the vehicle it was spotless; they even left me a small jar of touch-up paint. Bottom line is that I would recommend this facility enthusiastically and without reservation.

Ive unfortunately had the pleasure of being a customer of Parkway Auto Body two times and had a 5-star customer experience both times. The staff is friendly and very professional. Every member I interacted with was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The communication from the time I dropped off my vehicle to when I picked it up was prompt, consistent and informative. The craftsmanship of the repair work was top notch and beautiful, down to the shine on my washed vehicle when I picked it up. Great body shop. This was our third time using them for our vehicle repairs. Repairs have always been well done. Unfortunately this last time the vehicle was deemed a total loss. Since this repair was through my insurance company, Parkway handled everything smoothly - did a inspection, compared the estimate from my insurance company with the actual damage, corresponded with my insurance company to update the repair estimate, and helped me get my rental out of their facility to drop off my car for repair. Excellent place to put through an insurance claim. If you want guaranteed work that is professional, gets done ahead of schedule and is completely thorough, this is the place you want to go. The staff was nice, and very flexible with my schedule, and they gave me a courtesy ride home since I live really close by. They do have rental cars available there, but I was about to head out on a work trip so I opted to skip the rental. When I picked up the car, I noticed that they had also vacuumed, washed, and cleaned my car, pulled out an unrelated dent on the back left panel of my car, and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. None of that was required or billed as extra (I had front end work done).The parking is a little tight if you are going in, so I’d recommend parking in the lot across the street if there isn’t parking available in the immediate front, and then pulling in wherever they tell you to after you’ve checked in.

Waiting 4 days for an estimate and being without a car is unacceptable.

Just had a wonderful experience with Parkway Auto after my first unfortunate accident. They made the repairs so easy and fast. They really run a very well oiled machine there...I was in and out in less than 15 minutes each time. Service was excellent, my 2015 car looks brand new, and they even washed inside and out (thank you!)...all while giving the most polite service possible! You guys are the best and I would definitely refer/return in the future if needed.

By far the best auto shop i have gone. My car front bumper fender the ac compressed and more was damaged Parkway Auto orientated me and advice what had to be done.everything is guaranteed.. They do great work. Its been two months and no issues at all.

The shop is impeccably clean and well organize and that is reflected in their outstanding repair work and service. Very nice a professional people. They can set up everything for you in a few minutes. They even have contact with a rental car company that can drop a car there if you need it. Everything was on time and Alisa kept me posted almost every day. Good job!!

Unfortunately I have been in a few accidents, fortunately my family has been using parkway for YEARS!!! Every time I get my car back from them I’m even more amazed by the work they do. They are quick and always do an excellent job.

Twice now I have been rear ended and both times I have brought my car to Parkway to get fixed. They got me in asap, worked with my insurance company to get everything approved quickly, and had my car back to me, as good as new, in a week all the while providing updates on status. They even helped with my rental. The facility itself is clean and impressive and the staff is kind, professional and knowledgeable. Being in an accident is an awful experience and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone but I would recommend Parkway when the need arises for sure.
