Probably one of the worst businesses!! Rude, unprofessional, better yet self-absorbed!! Placed ordered before companies guideline. Manager doesnβt know how to talk to customers. Canβt get orders out because of poor delivery. Company must restructure or fine another manager.
Got it so fresh and delicious! Driver called me before delivery to make sure I was home. Such a thoughtful gift!!! Just loved it!!!!

Placed an online order and had to call twice the next day as to when they could delivery. staff on the phone were very unhelpful and even at 12 pm could give me NO idea when my order would get delivered.I have used other locations and they are much better service!
I will never but i mean never order from this location again. not only did the delivery person call to complain about having to deliver because she had so many deliveries that she would be working till late she wanted someone to come meet her because she did not know where to go. i told her its not possible the person who its for is fresh out of surgery and cant come down. she text back and said she left the package on the main floor(lobby) on the floor ( mind you his apartment number and instructions were on notes). even after i told her he couldnt come down she left it on the floor the lobby. ANYONE could have stole it or messed with it. i call back to ask her why she did that knowing he couldnt come down on the delivery it asks for apartment and all so why leave it in a main lobby. she said well its downstairs in the building it has his name on it... ANNNNDDDD! i paid for the delivery and you cant even do that because you have a busy night! then proceeded to say because of covid they dont leave in front of the door any more... i told her ive ordered from the same location in april 2020 and june 2020 BOTH NO CONTACT DELIVERY but left in front of the door... your going to cry covid but leave food on the floor of the main lobby where anyone could have tampered with it. then said oh i guess i have to turn around then... seriously i will never ever ever order from here in my life. this was a freaking birthday gift that i didnt even trust for my dad to eat after. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! so embarrassing! im still in shock this even happened.!!! whats the point of asking for an appartment number if your going to leave it anywhere. for that say hey what building ill leave it in the front and happy birthday to who ever gets it!
Edible arrangements were delivered on three separate occasions from this location( all of which were spoiled and had an odor). Today was the straw that broke the camels back. The cantaloupe, honeydew, and grapes were spoiled. Paul, a store clerk, was extremely unprofessional and did not offer any apology or replacement product. I do not recommend this store.
Honestly AHMED was very kind along his coworker helped me to chose something sweet and special for an anniversary, I will really referred anyone to come here thanks GUYS!!!

Placed an order yesterday and never again . Went to pick it up this morning and the worse customer service ever . The guy that was there gave me an attitude when I asked for something to carry my order !!!!!!
Seriously, a one star is too much.NEVER will I use the Edible Arrangements in Nutley, New Jersey again.On Wednesday, 4/15/2020, I ordered an arrangement to be shipped to my sister in- law and was told the delivery would happen in mid-afternoon on the 16th. While shes been playing-it-close to home, only venturing out with her husband for groceries, I felt sure she would travel to her daughters home (an essential) to celebrate her birthday in the evening, so I opted for the large arrangement.Around 6:30 p.m. last night, not having heard from my sister-in-law, I checked with Edible Arrangement concerning delivery.I got a man with a heavy accent on the phone who said that they spend their day delivering to businesses first and residential later. I reminded him there is a PANDEMIC on and a vast majority of businesses are closed, and an even greater number of people are home ALL DAY LONG, and their 800 number promised mid-afternoon delivery.He said he was on his way, but there was no answer at the number of the recipients telephone. No kidding - they left for her daughters house! Exasperated, I told him I was 5 minutes away, just deliver it here.I reminded him the delivery was promised in mid-afternoon, and I promised to give them a bad review.He responded, If you are giving me a bad review, I am not delivering this at all.I responded, You dont deliver to me, I call my card and disbute the order, and you know what you can do with your fruit basket.My cool-headed son took the phone, and in just seconds, he was also steaming mad. Tarek is not to be believed!A van (not an the familiar Edible Arrangements kind - but an unrefrigerated Hays Delivery Service van) arrived and a very pleasant African American man (not wearing a mask!) delivered the very well wrapped and cool to the touch arrangement.So I heavily recommend NOT dealing with Edible Arrangements in Nutley. Their arrangement was a thing of beauty, and appeared fresh, but this guy Tarek is NOT to be believed.
Paid to deliver on Valentines Day- they didnt and instead sent an email stating they had attempted to make a delivery and phone and they did not do either (Recipients were home all day and had no missed calls). I had to call them today at 10AM to discuss next steps. I was told by the nice lady who answered the phone that Valentines day was very busy for them and they mustve not had the opportunity to deliver and would refund me. I kindly asked if I can also have a voucher or something for future purchases since this incident ruined my one and only gift for Valentines Day and she transferred me to her Manager to further discuss. He was very upset and that according to him, I was teaching him how to run his business. If you cannot deliver then do not promise your client such services and then give the excuse that its a busy day. You werent too busy to accept my money or my business and now you lost my business. Had you checked your system you would have seen I have been a loyal customer since you opened your business and purchase goods at least every 3 months. Perhaps you should learn how to run your business on profitable days and not lie about attempting delivering and contacting the recipients.Sincerely,No longer your customer
Edible arrangements in Nutley has fantastic customer service since being under new management . The staff is so friendly and helpful and they were quick to accommodate my needs of a last minute delivery. The fruit was fresh and delicious . Thank you guys!
The Nutley location is absolutely the best. The manager and staff always go above and beyond to accommodate me. Their products are always fresh, delivered on time and always helpful. I highly recommend stopping in or call to place your next order.
I ordered the classic box weeks before Valentines day and instead of the large strawberries they tried to get away with giving me small rotten strawberries when I complained the manager rudely tried to insist that I was making out on the deal because there were more tiny rotten strawberries. There never alerted me on the change I was never advised on the order change. I highly advise NOT TO SHOP AT THIS STORE. I hope this isnt how they all are. Disgrace.
Normally I donβt bother writing a review but this time I feel it is necessary. I ordered something for Motherβs Day And I called to ask about the reward I am getting along with my purchase and was notified it would be a box of fruits dipped in chocolates as stated online. Conveniently this weekend no other fruits are available but strawberries for the rewards and my rewards expire soon. I asked if as a favor because I canβt have different fruits if I can have it in a box for motherβs day as a favor and the lady became all nasty about it and saying it is store discretion what fruits they put in. Back and forth arguing that is the least they can do since no other fruit is available she still said no. Very disappointed in this place considering I always order through edible arrangements for many ocassions in the past. The fact they are crying about giving away a motherβs day box to put my strawberries in is a sick joke.

My Grandmother passed away this week, and with the terrible storm this location called me first to let me know the delivery may be delayed until tomorrow. After hearing the importance of the delivery to my dear mother, the lady on the phone said shed do what she could. The arrangement was just received by my mom! i called the store to thank them {and the driver} but theyre probably closed. so i felt this review was very very very deserving. i know how the snow can get up north, THANKS SOOO SOO MUCH! *thank the driver for me too* lol

Absolutely appalled by the staff. normally dont post things like this but I have a problem with racism. On Monday Dec 19 at about 130pm, my mom went to inquire about a job at due to a posting in their window. The girl there told my mom she would not qualify for the job because she needs someone who SPEAKS ENGLISH and can take orders over the phone. My mom has a BS degree, 10 years as a buyer/seller in wholesale jewelry, over 15 years in retail, and 10 years of service being a waitress. She even worked 2 years as a loan officer and she sold wholesale flowers. How can she work customer service for that long and not be able to speak English?! I used to be an Edible customer and since my mom lives locally they probably received my business but due to this, I will no longer purchase from this company. It is bull that people can get away with being this disgusting and a huge company will allow their employees to act like this.
