Jerry responded very quickly to my problem of having bats in my attic. Jerry and his crew diligently went around the perimeter of my house sealing any holes that critters could have gotten into and also installed one way exits. Jerry and his team were very knowledgeable about all types of pests and they knew their habits and common entry points into houses. Jerry and his crew were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The quote i received for the work done was very reasonable. I no longer have bats flying over my head and i can sleep better at night. I highly recommend them!

Very professional and knowledgeable team. Very clear communication on estimate, scope of work and warranty. Initially, I was skeptical about the warranty and I did not understand the importance. They came in, secured all entry points of the house, installed a tunnel and ground traps. Problem was solved. Several months later, the same racoon family did another hole. Jerry’s crew came and fixed the entry point and installed a new tunnel at no extra cost for me because included in warranty time. You pay a slight premium, compared to others out there, but it is totally worth it. If you have racoon-animal issue, look no further. PS. I never met in person any of the team members and we coordinate all via phone. Great service.

Jerry & his team did a great job today handling the flying squirrels situation at our home as well as protecting it from future invasions. When you call Jerry actually answers the phone, you don’t get an answering machine telling you they’ll call you back. They came out the next day & got the job done. I would definitely recommend them.

We had let a tree overgrow which resulted in some unwanted attic tenants. We called the team who was knowledgeable, responsive, and effectively solved the issue. Felt like I was in the right hands the whole time.

The problem was squirrels in the attic. The firm implemented the wrong solution and then tried to pin the blame on the customer when it didnt work! Unacceptably low quality work. Not responsive - failed to return calls. Poor service. Expensive - including charging for travel time when already working in the same neighborhood. Tried to upsell and obtain more work when deficiencies were pointed out. Will be lodging a complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs.
