This review is long overdue... Had my wedding back in June 2021, which was supposed to be June 2020 (Covid...). Carmen came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Had a custom 3-piece suit made for myself and rentals for my groomsmen. The suit came out fantastic and I could not be more pleased, it was the suit I envisioned when I finally put it on and wouldve paid twice the price for the same suit at the big names across the Hudson. But what really got me was the customer service. My wedding was postponed 3 times and Carmen went out of his way to call me to see how things were going and showed empathy in my situation. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and showed me he actually cared which goes above and beyond the simple purchase. Not to mention the rentals were better quality than something you would get from a box retailer. I would recommend to anyone and the day comes I want another custom piece, I will go no where else. 5 stars all the way.

I wanted a wedding suit that was not a traditional tuxedo or linen/wool suit but I was unable to find anything in retail chains or online that was close to what I wanted. I came across Carmens store while searching for a suit maker and tailor, hoping I wouldnt have to break the bank going to Manhattan to find what I was looking for. I took a few ideas and examples in to the store with me, gave him my price range, and he pulled out several swatch books full of gorgeous patterns and fabrics. I found something even better than what I was looking for. Carmen went into detail about the design of the suit, what I wanted in terms of pockets, linings, lapel, pant style, vest, you name it, he can custom make it. He was friendly, straight forward, and fun to work with. The suit has turned out wonderfully and I cant wait to update with photos from the event later this year. I appreciate his overall candor and his input on color schemes and what to do about the groomsmen suits. Honestly the best shopping experience Ive ever had. Carmen took on the task of making five custom suits and four rentals for a wedding in a short period of time and completed it flawlessly. Recently rented a couple of tuxedos from here for my wedding with my stepfather. We were helped by Carmen. He really knows his formal wear and has many years of experience. He measured us and right away knew what would be our perfect fit. He was very kind and personable. The Tuxes looked sharp! Only thing is that the rental cost seemed more towards the higher end compared to the average. Would recommend this shop though.

After visiting 4 other tailors to get a belt sized i came across this amazing tailor with a great spirit and a love for his work. He even showed me how a belt is supposed to fit and ho to wear one properly. Youre missing out one one of the best tailoring experiences ever if you dont visit this gentleman.

Its been a little less than a year that I went to Bucco Couture (January 2019). Carmen did a great job on working with me and tailoring the suits that I had brought to him. I Tailored a total of 4 suits. 3 of those suits I bought online for about $40.00 each (From some random foreign retailer) . Carmen was very honest with me and I understood that the suits I wanted tailored were cheaply made. Carmen was able to tailor these suits in the modern slim fit style I was looking for and since then I have worn them at least once a week. I have received several compliments on these suits and I credit that to the tailoring job that was done by Carmen and Bucco Couture. I will be going back soon to tailor some more suits and will definitely be looking into ordering a custom suit from Carmen. I recommend 100%.

By far, Carlton is the best fashion stylist or fashion consultant I have ever encounter while shopping for a suit for a special occasion. He guided me through the process of selecting various pieces from inside to outside and created a visual demonstration of how the outfit will look once completed. I had a custom made suit done by Bucco for a destination wedding that Im attending in Jamaica.Four weeks ago, I asked a couple of tailors if they can make me a suit, but they both said they needed more time. I found Bucco on Google and gave him a call, and long story short, I have a custom made khaki linen suit three weeks later!Great customer service and an awesome suit! He gave me great advice and took his time doing my measurements to get them right. It was a great experience and Ill definitely come back.

Carmen has made many suits and shirts for my husband and both of my sons. The quality and fit are always superb! He is extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable in his craft. Carmen treated me so well I regret not giving this review sooner. My wife and I eloped in the summer so naturally I needed a tailored tux within a couple of days. Within an hour of meeting Carmen he was able to customize a great tux and a few days later he tailored it to perfection. It was of great quality and a sleek modern fit.
