Hands down my first recommendation when it comes to having any car or truck issues. Recently took my truck in for new tires and a tune up and they were very professional and took care of my truck in a timely fashion. Not to mention they charged what I thought was a reasonable price. Will definitely be going back anytime I have car issues!

I was having random dead battery issues with our 2006 Honda Accord over the past couple of years. This would always happen at the most in opportune time. I would replace the battery and everything would be fine for months. Then one random day the battery would not start the car leaving me stranded, again. I finally took the car to Keane and he diagnosed that the starter was pulling too much current and destroying the batteries. Keane replaced the Honda starter and the car has been perfect ever since. The car started perfectly even in our minus 25 degree weather. Absolutely awesome job. Thanks Keane.

We discovered Keane, Owner of Top Tech a few years ago. When I had my Ford Escort I had a short in the electrical system. He took it all apart found the problem called to give me a price. It would have cost more than the car was worth to fix it, he put it back together & did not charge me. He is VERY honest & upfront. Keane always calls with a price first, which most places I have used did not, even when I asked them to. He is now taking care of our vehicles. We had the air conditioning on our Dodge Ram Van repaired here.It’s an older conversion van with front and rear air and to bring the air back to original would cost more than the van is worth. Keane presented us with a couple of options and prices to get some cold air into our lives for our vacation and still leave us with enough money to go on vacation. He got the A/C working very well and was very reasonable on the cost. I took my car to a separate body shop for repair and they sent my tire to this location for repair (rim only repair). When I got the car back, the tire had a slow leak due to them not sealing it properly. I then had to take the car back in again (more time, gas, time off work). Except this location couldnt get my car back in even though it was their error. Eventually my body shop had another location fix the leak. They mess up and cant even take time to fix it? Poor.

Do not, under any circumstance, send your vehicle, moped or Mongoose to this jokester.I am a Veteran and a member of USAA. I was in an accident and utilized Abra Auto, which is an approved body shop. Along with minor damage, my shifter had come loose. Abra called Top Dog Auto to take a look at that portion due to the fact Abra does not do transmission work.Top Dog Auto claimed that I have an Aftermarket short throw shifter and stated they could not repair my vehicle. I was given my vehicle back as is and left without a repaired vehicle.At my expense, I took my vehicle to a master mechanic who came recommended and found out that not only do I have an original shifter, yet we were also able to find another original shifter at a junk yard.When I called Keane to discuss the situation, he continued to claim it is an aftermarket shifter. As soon as I presented my evidence, he went on a rant about all of the problems my vehicle has. I attempted to bring him back down to shifter earth and he ended up swearing at me, hung up and refused to discuss it further. I called back and informed him that I am a member of Angies List, will file a report to which he replied, If you harass me again, Ill call the Police.Under no uncertain terms should any man, woman or teen use this mechanic. I also called USAA and Abra to ensure that they forgo calling this quack to take a look at anyone elses vehicles as well.Instead, use word of mouth, family members, etc. There are some amazing mechanics out there, and Top Tech is not one of them.

Very blunt but very honest. I think thats were the negative reviews are coming from, just people not being able to take it.
