Friendly staff & some really neat items. Store us always clean & bright. Buy it if you see it! Stuff goes fast & there is often not a lot in stock.

Great products for a fraction of the price. Employees behind the register much nicer than the ones on the floor. I feel that things arent as organized as several months ago. Lack of energetic employees do to all the disorganization they have to put in order.. Management seeing talking to some other employee twice having a wonderful time while younger college girls frustrated with so much work that needed to get done. Attitude is everything. I still gave a 5 stars because everything I needed I was able to find on my own since some of the employees seemed bothered when asked for certain items.

Looking for shower favors? Found some goodies for party but also stuff for myself. Staff masked and friendly at checkout counter. No staff seemed to be a floor helping or stocking today. Store clean. Though they need cart sanitizer spray or wipes.

The store was dirty and discussing. The bathrooms were dirty and unable to be used. I do like the selection of items and the smiles by the cashiers.

Purchased an item that looked used when I got it home and unpackaged it. Took it back to the store and one of the managers there was very rude, as if she hated her job. The rest of the workers were nice though which is why I give it 2 stars. Also, they still are kind of pricey.

I love this store. Never disappointed!

Went to purchase a lamp and as I’m checking out, a different salesperson came over and started unscrewing the lightbulbs. This was the first time I ever had someone take the bulbs out. I said I would like to keep them because they were Edison bulbs and went with the lamp aesthetic. She said they remove all lightbulbs because it’s a safety feature. Funny because I just returned a lamp thirty minutes before that I bought from that same store that still had the lightbulbs. I still protested and as she’s trying to unscrew it, she literally yanks the lightbulb out and caused it to explode with glass all over me and the clothes in my cart. Then she has the audacity to say: see! Well if she hadn’t yanked it out, she wouldn’t have broken the bulb or broken the lamp in the process (because she literally ripped out the connection). Now I’m leaving the store with glass in my shoes and all over my clothes. I’m irate with the way this store handled the situation without any form of apology whatsoever.

The selection is small and not much of a variety. I guess I expected more. The store was composed of more Christmas decor than anything. The door greeters were like statues but moved to wipe carts. I ended up buy a few things when I planned to spend way more..so I went to At Home. Theres big talk about Home Goods but it doesnt match it by far. Also pricey.

Smaller than other HomeGoods but always very clean, neat and organized. I usually find something. I once got a pretty decorative pillow for my bedroom for a dollar! Cant beat that!

A great selection of homegoods that is constantly changing. I love finding new and out-of-the-ordinary items, the prices are less discounted than I would prefer given that there are no stock items. If you find something you like, buy two or three because they might not be there in a week. Today was new throw pillows, two matching and one oddball from clearance that when put together work great.

They havent put out all the spring stuff. They are not as fast at unloading the new trucks like the old team. So half the store is side bar empty.

Prices for two to three times higher than they should have been. The wood furniture I found wasnt worth firewood and in several cases they had covered up structural flaws with what buddy hoping that that would smooth out and finish one good bump and most of the stuff would crumble. That made it especially uncomfortable for someone as fat as me to Waddle through the clothes Isles knowing that, like Godzilla, I would crush this place to the ground

Beautiful home decor stuff

I introduced my sister to HomeGoods on this trip. She loved it as much as I did. We found tons of great gifts. I bought my pups new winter coats and lots of toys. The prices and selection are simply amazing!We went to IKEA afterwards. While we enjoyed that stop too, it pales in selection and quality.

Ive never been in a HomeGoods store before. You could spend some serious money here. I went for one specific thing a friend had posted that they got at her HomeGoods Store. They didnt have it. Im told the stores dont get the same merchandise. Im really sad. It was just what I wanted/needed to complete my dinnerware set.

My friend & I love Home Goods West Allis but we live on the southeast side Milw. We were happy see a new store in our neighborhood. Very disappointed in new store. It is small. Less selection. Less artist stuff. No clothes, shoes etc. More like a boutique gift shop.We will be back to our track back to Home Goods in West Allis.
