Great store, well stocked, super friendly staff with tons of great deals! I went in to get some decking and left with a cart full of stuff!

Waited at the paint section for 10+ minutes. One employee said she would page someone and we heard the page. Another employee came by and said she would be with us in a minute. She never came back while I waited. I was one of 4 people waiting. I had to go to work, so I left. I was the first in line. The 10 minute wait was AFTER looking for the advertised special myself. Ill pay more at ACE.

One stop shop for pretty much anything household you need. I do even buy quick groceries if I am already there and dont want to make a run to grocery store. 11% rebate is awesome deal.

The workers here are very rude if you ask for help with anything. I needed a trimmer that was high up, the worker grabbed 1 and the box was crushed. As he grabbed the one behind it he commented youre better off with the other one. The 1 in the crushed box? Okay. Workers at the checkout look miserable.

I needed a box cutter. It seemed awful that they had all sorts of steel ones with metal blades that can cut your fingers off.But no safe hard plastic ones. No wonder there are 100s of men with knub fingers that havent been to war.

Walked in, on an early Saturday afternoon, had 3 gallons of paint mixed. They were finished so quickly I couldnt shop. Bada Bing. Bada Boom!! Out in 15 minutes!!

Erika in the paint department is spot on, personable, knowledgeable, deserves a bump in pay. Knows what she is doing.

Menards is a home improvement store with so much other stuff.Prices are very reasonable compared to Home Depot.I love checking the last ticket stuff I can always find food deals.The mail in rebate is bonus.

I wanted to review just a product but their website didn’t allow that... I bought one of their backyard creation fire pits and it came with the wrong nuts for the bolts lucky I had some at home that worked good enough and was able to assemble it. I have been in the store a lot lately with returns and issues and I’m just last bringing back another item it will be my last purchase.

This is my favorite place to buy anything related to home maintenance,tools and outdoor equipment. Plus they had a rebate that day! 😄

Had everything I went for. The prices were lower than others and the cashier was friendly and efficient. They are also running the 11% rebate promotion which puts money back in my pocket!

Nice big box store

I love shopping and that place too much. Love that 15% paper bag. Sometimes workers are a little scared but it is a busy place so a little patience helps. I do prefer it over Home Depot

This is a little smaller than most of the modern Menards locations (vs the old brown, lighting upstairs stores). Service, etc is on par with all other Menards. Biggest issue (and its pretty big) is that you CANT TURN LEFT onto 27th street. For those of us who live to the south this is a nightmare and I sometimes pay more for something from Lowes to avoid the issue.

Wholy cow, they almost have Christmas cleared away, on Tuesday 12-22-20. The discounts on merchandise are incredible!! Get in quick; see what you might want! at such great prices 😊

Its cool that Menards really has it together during the pandemic. Their employees have been keeping order rather easily. Its also interesting that Menards was months ahead of the mask mandate, which shows some great foresight by the management. Besides that, Menards is my personal favorite in comparison to Lowes and Home Depot. Great prices and selection. Its very easy to get distracted by other things when youre there. And they have food too, which makes it convenient when youre there for hardware too.

The staff are almost always knowledgeable in some aspect of home repair and maintenance or building. Most are very helpful and able to answer questions. Many are able to help point you in the right direction for the item or items you might need to complete whatever it is youre working on. If you happen to be about to do something potentially bad in some way they will usually let you know as long as youre dealing with someone with knowledge in regards to your project. I very much prefer dealing with menards and their staff over some of the other big box stores.

Their mask policy is insane. Shop Home Depot or Lowe’s Mask Not required. Plus more knowledgeable staff.

Good for Menards. I use Home Depot more as they are geared towards contractors. But Menards has a larger selection of lights and faucets.

I love Menards... Just not this one. Employees do not offer assitance. Most are high... The Waukesha flagship store? Wow amazing... Great friendly people. Here? Its like zombie apocolypse...

Horrible I needed help in the plumbing department, no one around so I went to lighting and asked for someone to be paged and they did,I wanted and then asked Dan to page some and he said we did already, so we waited 5 more minutes and nothing so I left my cart of goods and went to ave hardware. ..they were awesome 👌

I used to go to Lowes almost exclusively because I just liked the store better and found it easier to find what I needed BUT the prices at Menards are better. The fact they are family owned and headquartered in Wisconsin is also a big deal to me, support your local businesses over the corporate giants. I dont like the whole rebate system which deducts a star because it requires work on the part of the consumer to actually get the discount and Im sure they count on a LOT of people never claiming the rebate so its a bit shady in my opinion. Customer service at the store is usually very good, I can rarely find what I need on my own but the employees know where stuff is at and if you ask theyll tell you where to find what you need. Menards is my hardware store of choice in the area.

Forcing people to wear a mask is not cool especially since they dont help in any way they only hurt you. I cant wear a mask and they wouldnt let me in even with a medical excuse!!! Wont ever be back Menards good bye!!!!

Usually find what I need. I had been looking for pots to repot my plants. Usually I go to the Menards on Miller Parkway, but their shelves were virtually empty. So I drove to the Menard at 6800 S. 27th. I was however, surprised at the poor selection on their shelves. I thought, since its close to the end of growing season in our part of the country, there would be more on shelves, not less. Maybe, Im just in between the days they restock the shelves. It seems as though many stores are running out of everything, before reordering. Like many other stores.

Took forever to get somebody to come over and help me for one plug while people are just walking on. Or they would say let me get somebody to help you and youre still standing there for another 15 minutes and they werent even that busy

Abbie in the plumbing department provided great customer service. I had to retrofit my kitchen sink connection, and I wasn’t totally sure how to do it when I came in. She helped me think through what I needed (the fitting section is kind of a nightmare if you don’t know what you’re doing) and we figured out a solution that worked.

Placed order for mulch last week end. Plenty of Black Mulch on Hand. Check 8n and out of security lot was fast and Courteous. Attendants directed me to location of items. Great Service

I came in with my son (both wearing masks) and they turned us away because they don’t want kids under 16 there during the pandemic. Kind of silly, since kids are not a big issue concerning this time we’re in. It’s probably a decent hardware store, but we shrugged it off and went to Home Depot and Lowe’s across the street. They had exactly what we needed. Menards must be doing really well to have an odd rule like that.

Remodeling a bathroom and had to buy a new toilet. The toilet rang up at a different price than was marked, and they gave me the lower price without issue.

Oak Creek Menard seems to have a serious inventory problem this used to never be but suddenly in the past 6 months they seem to be out of everything a lot of the time This is not a supply and demand problem other stories seem to always have it

I was all set to buy a refrigerator but due to covid-19 they dont deliver beyond your doorstep. I was told they wouldnt take my old Appliance either and although I understand that it was inconvenient and they lost my business. I found my refrigerator at Lowes.

Menards use to have the greatest employees, now you have to hunt for one and they all have attitude and they tell you to go online and order. Starting to look elsewhere to shop.

I like this location. The employees are mostly friendly, and I come here to get dog food mostly. However, I just tried to go in today and they didnt allow me in. I either had to own a mask or purchase one to wear. This makes no sense to me because they arent sanitizing anything. Nor are they wearing gloves. So, you want me to wear a mask..... But you are not sanitizing anything or wearing gloves? Dont tell me that isnt possible either, because my grocery store is doing it. We are making it work. Yes, we are tired but it has become the new norm. Step it up Menards.

Not only do they require a mask (given the state of the world understandable) BUT the force you buy theirs, at an ungodly marked up price. I come in with my own, and told it is NOT GOOD ENOUGH, and I HAVE PAY TO PAY FOR ONE OF THEIRS. I left and will never shop at a store that is aggressively trying to profiteer off peoples fears!

The worst customer service. Not enough staff to help with the mask requirements. Staff members will not stop to ask if you need help. This is why Home Depot is way better. Every employee at HB is always happy to assist you.

Pretty crowded but went pretty fast!!

Yesterday I went to Menards and was probably looking lost - I just couldnt find what I was looking for. Ramon was fantastic. He stopped and asked if I needed help with anything in passing - I explained what I was looking for and that I was trying to split brick for my yard, and he gave me a recommendation to rent a contraption from the front because it would be more accurate that the way I was trying to do it. I took Ramon up on it, since I had no idea what I was doing and am so glad I did! The rental was cheap and easy to use, and I finished laying the brick in my garden and it looks fantastic!
