New to the area and current house wife and I just rented had an issue with the water pressure and the hot water (handyman of 17 years full time) I couldnt figure out for the life of me and landlord couldnt get a plumber out here until next week so its been a week no shower working every day and I just couldnt go another day so I started googling lol and found this place and I went iam not a trucker but was greeted so nicely and not treated any different then a trucker eased my embarrassment 1000 fold I paid for shower stood in line and got into my stall it was really clean with fresh towels waiting and off I went very friendly atmosphere very clean facilities very spacious shower this place is awesome hands down would definitely recommend to anyone thank you pilot for turning my embarrassing moment into a enjoyable one you guys are great

Just want to give kudos to the crew cleaning the showers. I had *16* people in line ahead of me... and had a shower within 30 MINUTES!! Only a 30min wait for 16 people? Your crew must be working hard! AND shower was spotless!!! To make the showers spotless and welcoming at the end of a hard day and only need to wait 30min when 16 people were ahead of me? Yall need a medal for efficiency! Good job!! One of my favourite Pilots to stop at.

There are just a couple of things we look for at the end of a drive day... clean hot shower (check), easy parking (check), and wifi.... nope... premium wifi here is horrible... .20 megs DL... almost as bad as dialup... my cell phones faster. However I pay for Premium in the hopes I can relax and watch a show at the end of the day, it seems that over 80 % of the stores including this one have antiquated radio antennaes and extremely slow internet speeds. Please, please fix your networks nationwide.... the antennaes are so old they are falling apart .

The scale is off. 3rd time I scale. Went to loves scale and weights were very different. They need checking.

Pretty big parking, but 1/4 of it reserved. Restrooms and shower not so dirty. Cash register never had a customer line when Im there.

If you want to park here by the end of the day it is super hard to find parking spot, but at least you can find some space by curb and nobody will not wake you up in the middle of the night and tell you need to go.

Ive been to better Pilots where it actually shows that the employees care. The fountain area was not so clean. When I got to my shower it wasnt all the way clean. The hand washing soap was empty, the toilet was loose on the floor and it has a hair line crack on it. You can actually see it. I took pictures. This toilet is dangerous to sit on and they just ignore it. I know I just became a truck driver, my previous job service plumber for 22 years. When I walked into the bathroom it wasnt clean because it still smelled like the previous mans cologne. Everything read dry except the shower. They never cleaned just put towels in it. Heres an update after I showered I saw holes in the walls and my bathroom flooded because it wasnt tiled correctly. The holes in the shower will allow water inside and create mold. I took more pictures. Even the shower curtain was nasty, has molded and mildew on it. I guess the manager has no cleaning policies or implants the employees to do their job. Isnt everyone getting paid to do their job.

I never have an issue finding what Im looking for. The prices for gas, tobacco, and snacks are better than the competition next door and across the road.

I regularly get fuel and def from hereFilled tanks on Wednesday 6/16/21 and def as well.....2 days later im having extreme problems with regeneration due to poor quality def warning coming from the truck3 regenerations in ONE DAYBeware of the bad def here

I had to write a review, a very grateful review for the staff at this Pilot Travel Center. Im also a Google Local guide, and I take my reviews very seriously. This is my first-ever 5-star review. I stopped by the Pilot this past Saturday, after dropping my son of at college. I filled up my minivan, and turned around only to find out that the door had unexpectedly locked when I pushed it shut. My wallet, keys, and cell phone were still in the minivan. I had no idea what to do, and Im 80 miles from home. I checked the doors just to be sure, but yes, they were all locked. I went into the Travel Center pulling my sweatshirt over my mouth, as my mask was also in the minivan. I asked for a mask and explained my desperate situation. The staff immediate stopped what they were doing to try to help. They came out to the minivan with a lock-out-kit. They were able to use the kit to unlock the door! I was so relieved and appreciative. I was amazed that they were able to do this for me. I offered a reward but they told me it wasnt necessary, they were just helping out a customer. I wish I had taken down their names, but they were my heros and kept me on my journey home. Thank you so much!!

Subway was excellent but the fact that the pilot was letting in people with no mask and saying its ok when concerns were voiced had me worried.

Theyre not enforcing wearing a mask here. No longer will get my patronage.

I have been stopping here for the past 4 years, the overnight lady they have working has no manners, and is completely blind to customers. Women’s room was not pleasant, saw the gentleman cleaning the men’s room but not the women’s. I try as hard as I can to avoid coming in after 10pm. Bring back the other two ladies, they made you feel welcomed, looked alive and definitely well mannered.

They do not Salt their parking lots I was here overnight for a snowstorm They did not plow It till after 4 the next day Everybody was stuck here As for breakfast unless you want a sub at 6 in the morning or a hot dog Dont think about eating here No breakfast foods

The employees are friendly and the truck stop is easy to get in and out of; but the parking is horrible. 3/5 of the parking rows are blind side backing.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean a restroom stall and toilet was. Keep up the great work with that. I have to spend a couple days in the area for Christmas since the last part of my load is not allowed to deliver until the 26th. I am glad that Im at a truck stop that cares about cleanliness. It is a great Christmas present to me!

This place has a fair amount of parking, they claim 150 shots. There are about 10-12 reserved shots. The parking lot is fairly clean. The building is fairly clean and employees seem to be nice. Restrooms were more or less clean, about standard for a truck-stop. Did not need to use the showers so Im not sure if there condition. Overall, the place is decently clean an no lot lizards is always a good thing. There is a Dennys, Subway, Arbys and another place close by to eat at. There is also a Starbucks on adjacent property if you are into that sort of thing.

Pretty typical Pilot. Friendly service, clean and tidy facilities. The showers arent real big but they are clean with clean towels, hot water and great water pressure. Also, theres a decent amount of showers so theres generally not much of a wait, if any. If any cons, Id say its probably not real obvious from Ryan Rd where to enter and most of the truck parking spots are set up to be backed into from the blind side and the room between rows is a little tight which seems strange to me and a little frustrating. Diesel pumps are reasonably quick

The lowest price on gas (especially premium) definitely more of a truck stop than a regular gas station. handicap accessible. Prices on tobacco are also very low.

Great location. Easy to get in and out. Not too far from highway and gas prices are usually on the lower end. Great assortment of snacks and plesant staff.

Gave it five stars for the tire guy!!! What a great guy I recommend anyone that need tire(s) repair or replaced to go in let him take care of it for you. He is also a great man of God. And eventhough his car was recked by another trucker whos company I wont name(and no not swift this time:) he still came back to complete the repair and he reduced the price for the wait. Now where else can you find that type of service? Take care and have a beautiful blessed day guys.

Visited the Subway here. It was convenient to get to from the interstate. It seemed large and clean inside. The food and service were good. There was a small television in the dining area and large windows facing the road for interest. Large parking area too.

I was there earlier today. Parking lot Trashed! Trash blowing everywhere! Boards, bungee cords laying everywhere... I see No reasonable explanation for Not providing trash cans and for Leaving the Mess thats there! Gives me a Bad Overall Impression. Apparently they dont care. If Dirty outside then is the food prep area kept clean? Id rather not find out! Again, No Good Excuse for Neglect!

Never stop there. There is Tata will provide for you real nightmare, not a service. Spend like 30 minutes at register until she activate pump. Stay away from her.

Beware of the higher price of gas! Go a mile East on Hwy K and there is a Marathon station that is often times .10 cheaper per gallon. They do carry a good selection of food and drinks but I live locally and the higher gas price is basically an every day thing. I am sure they get away with it bc they are a truck stop and right off the interstate but locals know places elsewhere they can save considerably on gas. 2 stars only due to the selection of food and drinks

Fuel pricing meh. Coffee section well stocked. Hot Foods for sale old and unappetizing. Truckers may appreciate the showers but other than than, no appeal to Joe motorist. Felt almost grimy. Get coffee and run.

Always great service and friendly staff. Clean showers/restrooms. They have a well stocked convenience store, roller grill, hot case, fresh coffee and a Subway restaurant. Theres a Cat Scale. Also a truck wash next-door.

Good predictable service. You get what you see (no frills). Pumps fast (one screen, enter credit card, pump gas ... unlike other stations where you have to navigate multiple screens for loyality points, car wash, type card, zip code etc etc) When I went, cost was .05 per gallon less than neighboring stations.

This pilot is not well-staffed like many others. But they now have this new coffee that is ground directly from beans in a machine and dispensed into your cup. It is absolutely delicious!

Decent Truck stop close to Milwaukee.

My tire was low,, I visited several places looking for air. I should have come here first. It was great! Though you need your own tire gauge.

We prefer to stop at Pilot instead of other gas stations due to the cleanliness. This wasnt the cleanest pilot weve patronized, but it decent. Gas price was competitive for the area and had relatively convenient access to the interstate.

The showers have water pressure, hard to come by.

Pilot is OK. IMO, I feel they need a remodel here. The pumps are old and they take a while to fill up. The inside seems cramped and the counter space is small. This location has a Subway inside. Its also a truck stop so they have some amenities for truck drivers. The location is conveniently located. They share an entrance with Starbucks.

I was driving my truck and decided to pull over to eat at Subway over Dennys. The employee working at Subway got upset because I came in while she was preparing the food. She had a horrible attitude. While waiting for my sandwich to get toasted she started touching the computer screen with the same gloves to begin my transaction. Definitely poor hygiene. Never again will I be stopping by to eat at this Subway. Horrible hygiene and horrible customer service.

ZERO STAR if I could. Parking lot is a total disaster! Potholes that will swallow your entire cab. Seriously un-driveable. I go to half abandoned steel factories that have been shut down for 50+years and they dont have the crates they have here. Never coming back. Go across the street and get your fuel and everything else you need!

Not bad, truck parking layout is nothing to be desired, blind side backing in most spots, and the aisles are too narrow for safe nose-in parking. Certainly not a place to stop if youre tired or weak at blind side backing. And there are only 3 toilets in the mens room so plan the time you need to do your business. Otherwise no complaints here.

Older store. Good staff. Parking can get tight when it gets busy.

This Pilot has easy access of the highway. There has been construction lately in the area. It has still been easy for me to access. They serve coffee from those machines that grind and brew in front of you here. Subway here.

My previous 5 star review is dropped to 1 star this morning. My wife and I fill up our truck at Pilots and Flying Js 4-6 times a week. Im not sure about what happened, but my wife who goes out of her way to be kind to everybody she meets, especially the store clerks who normally deal with cranky drivers all day, came back absolutely fuming about how rude the clerk was while ringing up our showers. It had to be something incredibly rude for her to react that way. I think this might be the first time shes ever gotten angry about service at a Pilot. If a person cant be reasonably polite to customers that spend $1500 a week on fuel to help keep that person employed then they probably should consider changing to a job without customer interaction before they cause an incident with a less peaceful customer.Well be going to Loves during any future trips to the Milwaukee area.

Lots of parking but you need to get here at a decent time, they were full by 2030 last night. Showers have good water pressure. Dennys across the street, 2 minutes walking, AND a Starbucks in the parking lot.

The third shift female cashier was more interested in her cellphone and friend comfortably seated on the floor behind the counter than providing services to customers. I will never patronize this location again. Pilot should screen their employees for narcotics

Fleet one card discount on fuel here for my Co. Is ridiculous.😍 So fueling is main reason to come here. Staff is 👍 always ready at the counter. Not a bad pit ✋.👍👍👍👍👍

HotFood is less then appetizing...Coffee could be better and here they cater to RVs by offering water and Dump service👍but they dont have RV supplys like Antifreeze😭 Truckers and RVers arent that far off as far as needs. Matter of fact alot of RVers use truck navigation, inverters,refrigerators etc. And Alot of travelers stay at truck stops so just in case the upper management is not aware heres your message....(RVERS USE TRUCK STOPS)😱

If you are traveling by car, truck or cycle, this place has it all. Especially for semi drivers they have gone out of their way. A lot of room for parking the big rigs, a certified scale, a shower, etc. In addition this, there is a Subway located inside the building. If you need Starbucks, it is a short walk through the parking lot.

Was a pretty nice place they had showers Eden restaurant atmosphere was very nice there people were very kind very large parking lot for big trucks which we did sleep there so coffee was good in the morning too so no complaints here we definitely stop there again

Clean environment with friendly employees. Great selection for buying your lunch on the fly with a large selection of beverages. Gas and deisel prices are average for the area. Large building and plenty of pumps keep your wait time to a minimum.

Pilot is ok but they need to check on the restrooms more often. They were nasty. Had to walk over to the loves to use the restrooms because they were nasty. Im finding this to be more prevalent with pilot. It seems to be getting worse lately.

Its not a bad place for a pilot but getting in and out of there during rush hour can take some time due to the amount of truck traffic in the area.

What the point of pay at the pump if it’s a gamble whether or not their pump will take your card or send you inside. I’ve complained of this a few times and nothing was done.I was just there and the pump told me to see cashier... I thought it was just me but there was another person complaining about the same thing. I’ve never been happy with them and this is the last time they get my business.FYI the mobile station down the road has the same price and Kwik trip across the street has better people.

Do not come here ehwrin a big rig the subway has nothing and no signs telling what they dont have and if you want tenders out of the store I hope you like honey mustard because that is the ONLY dipping sauce they carry, and they dont care if you dont like it. The bathrooms are nasty and dirty and these people dont give a care in the world about making sure a customer is happy THEY ABSOLUTELY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES PERIOD.

Area under heavy construction and this pilot is very small, the clean energy gas station in the back thats closed takes up a lot of space. The shower attendant knocks on the door way to much.Good water pressure though.

Visit date 7/2/19. Pretty typical pilot, fuel islands need cleaning, def nozzle holder corroded with hardened def, meaning you have to slam it in a couple times so it will activate. Lots of spilled fuel all over, parking lot pretty dirty and a lot of trash around. Went to get a xll unsweet tea, didnt have any, get it at subway, they had none, nor did worker offer to make any, not much of a surprise there. I doubt anything will change. Nobody cares, just take your moneyAdditionally, shower number 9 assigned, fan not plugged in, kinda warm in room so I go to plug it in, and outlet is hanging outta the wall, not real safe, suppose it falls in sink while Im shaving, another poorly managed pilot location, apparently the corporate philosophy is manage from your office, dont get up and inspect your facilities.Originally I gave 2 stars. Now one for this blatant unsafe condition, tells me how concerned pilot is for customers safety

Another Pilot truck stop with the parking laid out backwards I dont know who the genius was it thought of this?you would think a truck-stop would understand the difference between a site side back and a blind side back but just like Bordentown New Jersey all the parking spaces are laid out as a Blind Side
