My goal in writing this review is to help others not end up in the same situation that I encountered with Universal Granite and Marble.About a year after purchasing a slab of U Quartz product called Calacatta Canyon I noticed etching/discoloring around my sink faucet and handles in our master bathroom.When I called my installer they advised I would need to work back with Universal Granite and Marble since they do not service this product, all concerns/service questions needed to be handled by the manufacturer.Sarab was quick to send me a care/maintenance document but when those tips didn’t help she ignored my phone calls and emails.I went back to my fabricator and advised I needed some additional guidance. At no time did I place fault/blame with anyone I was just looking for answers as to why this happened, how could I get it corrected and how could I keep my shower curb and kids bathroom counter from turning this way also.Sarab did finally reply to an email sent by my fabricator. In this email Sarab stated the quartz slab had no stains when they delivered it. My issues must be the wear and tear of using the counter or any cleaning product that would have caused this which the warrantee does not cover. She replied that the water spot is not a manufacturing defect because if that was the case then that full lot would have been defected and they didn’t get any claims from any other customer.Months later I am no further along understanding why this happened but I do know I could never recommend Universal Granite and Marble or a U Quartz product. Sarab had the opportunity to showcase their customer service skills but yet choose to take a different approach.

Alyse and Sarab are so incredibly helpful, and a great partner for my customers. I value their customer service and convenience to my clients. The beautiful selections are great. Facility is organized and a easy to navigate.

Fantastic experience. Kristy and the team did a fantastic job helping us. They guys on the floor were extremely helpful and showed us whatever we needed and also made sure we had samples. A great experience.
