Dont trust their delivery estimates! Pleasant buying experience, where we were told in May wed get our couch mid July. Today, 11/1, our estimate continues to push out - now at mid December! We havent even received an email from them since June. Definitely feels like we were lied to when 90 days is looking like a 7+ month wait with no apology or confidence well get our couch before it snows, which will complicate delivery more.

Walked all the way to the back of the store, found a mattress we liked... walked all the way to the front of the store and were never approached by a single sales person. I understand that places are understaffed... but then not allowing me to leave with a mattress that is already packaged on your clearance floor because it is not pick up hours is a joke. Now I need to take an additional trip to this store to pick it up instead of just letting me walk out the door with an item that I paid for.

Its a good furniture store, but the sales atmosphere is worse than an old used car dealership. Walked in the other day and didnt even take 2 steps in before a couple of the half-dozen or so (it seemed) salespeople that were gathered up front started asking me if I had any questions or wanted them to show me something. That was truly annoying. Id like to look around without having someone over my shoulder trying to tell me stuff I dont care about while Im trying to look and think. Once I was ready with questions, I made the choice to seek out a salesperson that was not just chilling inside the front door and they were most pleasant to work with and Im sure Ill be happy with my purchase.

We found our own pieces of furniture that we liked. Salesman seemed bored and almost irritated with having to assist with us. He was supposed to be training but did not show the trainee anything he was doing.

Steinhafels is my NEW go to for furniture. I placed an order at another furniture store 7/2/21. At the end of September I still didn’t have sofas. They’ve postponed my delivery 4 times! Steinhafels was recommended to me, I went and placed an order. Less than 10 days to receive my order!!!! I won’t be going anywhere else, EVER!!!! I love my new furniture!!!! Great quality furniture at a good price! My sales associate helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was knowledgeable about the furniture I chose.

DO NOT. I repeat, do NOT buy furniture from them. My husband and I purchased over $8,000 in furniture from them in July, under the impression our furniture would arrive mid-September. When it did not arrive, we called, checked order status etc. Customer service more or less told us it was “out of their hands” and there was nothing they could do or offer us. The arrival date continues to be pushed back and currently we are looking at waiting 6 months for our furniture to arrive. We even were told customer service would call us with updates on our order arrival status when it did change (because it’s pushed back constantly with no communication from the store), they didn’t even keep their end of the deal on that. Salesmen just wanted to make a sale, and now Steinhafels is not doing anything to rectify the situation. If we have to wait into 2022, we plan on canceling our order.

Very nice place with very nice inventory. They have a large variety of quality furniture and good pricing. I was looking for a quality mattress at a decent price. I meant to do a little price comparing a and I wanted a comfortable mattress. We found it there. For the the first night on a long time I got a good nights sleep and I woke up with some money left over. Im totally satisfied. The service was excellent. I was willing to pick up my purchase of over $4,200 on clearance Items.Now mind you that the price now for what I wanted was a total over $6,300.And they said that will be the prices on that date (3 weeks from today) stated the Manager we wont and have never negotiated prices. This company does a great job in offering a wide variety of attractive furniture at a relatively low price. Their broad selection includes just about everything you could want and they can order what they dont have in store to your specifications. Delivery is only about $120 regardless of how many items they have to bring. The sales associates are knowledgeable and friendly. They are not pushy and are just theyre to help you find what you are looking for and answer questions. Given the size of these stores, it is a big help to have a knowledgeable guide take you around!

I went in looking for a new couch didn’t have anything I like! So basically all furniture stores I went in I was and I don’t want to dandy but they have absolutely nothing but all the stores I went in where beautiful the way they have them set up and people are super Duper but when you can’t make up your mind and you pretty much know you’re not gonna buy anything these people are gone there like a used car sales and I know they’re trying to make money but that’s not the way to get a customer that may buy something in the future. So I’m going to have my couch designed and and made just for me!! . Expensive most certainly I only live once right 🎉 I’ll take photographs when I get it because it’s going to be so beautiful

Steinhafels is medium to high range furniture store.It also has a last markdown section.The selection of furniture is large.It has from leather sofa to sectional sofa dining tables and also made in America furniture.The staff here is very friendly and knowledgable about their products.And they are not pushy for sales.I highly recommend this place for quality furniture goods.

We had such a nice experience buying our new bed and mattress from Ervis Tujani at Steinhafels. He was very knowledgeable about mattresses, let us try the adjustable base, and made sure to put a cover on the pillows before we laid on them. Very professional and nice man to work with!

Total home furnishing store that has great selections on all your home needs. Beds, mattresses, sofas and much more. Staff was very welcoming, but not at all pushy. If youre looking for a deal, their clearance showroom is amazing. Steinhafels also promotes a fair amount of specials and great discounts throughout the store. The best thing I liked about this home furnishing store is the insane amount of items that were MADE IN AMERICA. I was very impressed by this! During my last visit I was in the market for a sleeper sofa and unfortunately they only offer a few different styles. Id like to see more offerings for sleeper sofas, however overall my shopping experience was good. Id reccomend this Steinhafels store location.

6 month wait for delivery, but they don’t mention that at the time of sales because all they want to do is sell you the product. Instead your sales person tells you 30 days tops ! Lies . Lots of complaints about delivery online . It’s a shame

Our sales person was very helpful and not pushy. She allowed us to choose our furniture and only after we confirmed our pieces she verified that it was a good pick compared to other less-quality pieces. The only negative was that every sectional I liked couldnt be rearranged how I needed it and each of the pieces I chose were not available for months. All in all, we are happy with our purchases, even if we have to wait a little bit to get it.Above is my initial review when purchasing our furniture & let me tell you that little bit of wait is now 7 months. HOWEVER, despite the uncontrollable lack of transportation, Steinhafels will NOT offer any sort of accommodations. In fact, instead they will not answer your phone calls nor call you back, ping pong you back and forth from sales rep to customer service just to confirm a free delivery, have complications adding items to a free delivery, schedule a delivery date WITHOUT you providing a date (mind you I live an hour+ from the warehouse), only to tell you the new dates you would like they either dont deliver then or are booked AFTER you make accommodations for THEM. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN. This has made my first time furniture buying experience awful. I would suggest taking your money elseware in hopes that you will be provided a smoother, stress-free, more professional experience especially if youre spending $7,000+ as we did.

Sales staff were very professional. My gripe is for what I see a deceitful sales practice. We ordered a sofa that they do not keep in stock . Order was placed Jan.10th and we were told should be available for delivery at the end of Feb. Then at the end of Feb. It was pushed to end of March, and now end of April!! 90+ days, and no guarantees that it would even be in by the end of April!! A quarter of a year to get a sofa that wasnt even a special order?? No thank you!! I had to settle for an in stock item, (we need living furniture now!) And there is very limited options in stock. Will be the last time we spend our hard earned $$ at Steinhafels!!

We purchase a really decent name brand matress from Steinhafels. It was on a sale so we purchased it. But within 2 years, the matress caved in in the middle, but instead of offering a replacement, they offered to give us an in store credit for that sale price only, and of course, all the similar matresses cost WAY MORE than what we paid. Very poor customer service and protection.

Quality furniture and products. No pressure from the sales team which is REFRESHING. They are there to help, but let you browse and shop at your own leisure. Have what I would consider turn key design services which is a bonus.

We have been a customer for many years, but the last few item we purchased have not held up very well.The leather couch we purchase 3 years ago is splitting on 2 of the cushions. We spent a few thousands on it but didnt take out the extended warranty. So that being said they wont do anything about it. No longer a customer.

Salesman was borderline rude, no personality at all. Could have cared less about us or the sale. The chair we purchased was nice, good quality and a great price but the salesman’s actions left a sour taste with both my wife and I.

The sales staff isn’t fully to blame for my experience. It falls on whoever manages their customer service, and whoever manages their relationships with their vendors.Sign on the couch in the showroom had the wrong color listed. Looking for the gray color, sign said hickory, questioned it, but figure they knew their colors better.Was told it was an estimated 2 weeks for delivery. Every week after that, they pushed It our for another estimated week, until 8 weeks later my couch delivered. (How do you not have the relationship with your vendors to ask if it’s on the production line? Understand that it’s Covid season, but every week got the same “manufacturers having trouble with supply” is incredibly annoying. Why not call the rep and find out when they will have the supplies, when it will be in production, and how long that production takes?)Then the couch delivers.... the wrong color.The dude that fixed the issue, got the new couch on order, was efficient. Other than that, just a terrible buying experience.The packaging on the couch says “Ashley”. Just go there instead.
