The Owner of Heartland Pro Lawn Services LLC is a true gentleman and a professional business Man. Being a small business owner myself I realize just how important it is to be responsive to customers.I had starting issues with my riding mower and discovered their website in search of a local small engine repair company. When I learned they were in town Oak Forest I decided to call them. I believe in supporting local businesses. They promptly returned my call and the owner spent 45 minutes of his valuable time on the phone explaining what could be wrong. He even gave me a reasonable quote on the phone which included pick up at my home and return delivery! They have very nice vehicles and new trailers! The owner showed up at my house in very neat professional attire and professionally represented his company.He had to rebuild part of my engine with brand new parts. He performed a full service job and went above and beyond by waxing my tractor before returning it. Now my rider starts with ease and runs like a top!! Fresh oil filters and an added in line fuel filter.I cant say enough about this company and they are now my new go to small engine repair service!!Five ***** on a job well done at an extremely fair price!!BRAVO Heartland Pro Lawn 👏 HIGHLY recommend!!

I am the type of person who, when a light comes on in my car, I get it take care of it. So when our service message came up we called for service. When my in-laws regular service guy was not able to to pick up our tractor or have a better turn around time than 3-4 weeks, even if we found a way to get it there I started looking for a different service. To add to my stress, all other service companies said the same thing...3-4 weeks. How is this possible? How does nobody have a better timeframe?That is when I came across Heartlands information. I called, a person answered (not an automatic system that had you go through prompts), I gave my information and told him what service I thought we needed.They were able to pick up our tractor in a few days and had it back with a week.Leo, the owner was amazing and did a fantastic job. He far exceeded our expectations!!!Not only did he do the usual oil change and spark plugs he...sharpened the blades, blew out the deck and engine areas, scrapped the underside of the deck, power washed it and even secured our battery tender in place for us. After all was said and done, we couldnt have beat the price. Plus, he sent a video when it was done, who does that!? For years I would empty my oil and gas tank for winter. I was looking for someone to tune up my lawn mower and sharpen my blade. Google showed Heartland Pro-Lawn services and it turned out it was a local location. Leo was informative, had good pricing and easy to set up/pickup my mower. I selected them to repair my Echo gas trimmer based only on their favorable reviews,They did an excellent job in repairing my trimmer and they were very responsive throughout the entire process. I placed a Google search for Lawnmower repair in Orland Park IL. And Heartland Pro-Lawn Service was one of the first to pop up. I placed a call to them on Thursday morning and dropped it off in the afternoon. They were done with the repair by Saturday afternoon! I couldnt be happier with their service :) The price was on target and they were very prompt and professional. Now my 10+ year old lawnmower is purring like a kitten! Got our 10+ year old Craftsman 210 mph 2-cycle leaf blowers running like new. Couldnt find one that powerful anywhere - twice the force of the best electric at half the price. Job was done in six days (from drop off to pick up) including new parts ordered.

I cannot speak anymore highly of this place. As an Oak Forest resident, we just got hit by an F1 tornado. We were out of power for a week and the trusty old generator was showing no promise of starting. That’s when I decided to give these guys a call. JUST WOW. Absolutely reasonable costs and constant communication. With all the work that they pull in, I could not believe that they had it done and repaired by the end of the day. Dropped it off at 7:30AM and picked it up at 9:15PM, fully functional and better than ever. I will be taking all of my small engine needs to these guys. I am just wowed by how honest, affordable, and true these guys were. Highly recommend 10/10.

I can’t believe how great the service and responsiveness I received from Leo! I have an old Craftsman snow blower that quits working right before our biggest snowstorm. I called Leo and he came out that night and picked up my blower and had it back in no time!!! Leo is the greatest!!!

Like many other people, after the recent tornadoes, we found ourselves without power and with a non-working generator. We had not used our generator in almost 10 years.
