This Oak Forest Edible Arrangements is the best I have ever dealt with. My 81yo Gram had a doctors appointment until 2pm. I called at 11am to let them know and they helped so much by holding off the delivery (I spoke to a woman I did not get her name). Then I call back with a moments notice at 2pm and let them know she is finally home. RAY, was so super nice that he said they could still get it to her same day! We were so happy because it is her birthday! Do NOT listen to bitter peoples reviews that cant understand other people have things going on in their lives too. So, to be rude and pushy is not the way life was intended. You should treat everyone the way you would like to be treated. Shout Out to RAY!! If you need an Edible Arrangement in the Oak Forest area hit up Ray! He made me so happy that my Gram gets her sweets on her birthday!
I received an email for a free 12 count dipped fruit box for my birthday reward so I call the store to place my order and they say they are too busy to fulfill my order until 2 days from now and the man seemed annoyed and short with me. I really wanted it today for an occasion so I called the store in Orland and they told me I can pick up my free birthday reward in an hour. Every time I attempt to order something from the oak forest location the customer service just doesn’t seem to be great. Just wanted to share my experience with others and say and might be worth it to travel a little further for a better experience.
Great service, excellent arrangements and friendly delivery drivers
This Edible Arrangements store is amazing. The staff is super kind friendly and accommodating and they go above and beyond.My family member had a baby and ended up staying in the hospital longer than expected so I had to call the store who said it was no problem at all to move the delivery date. They also told me to call early in the day to the new delivery date if my family member was not back home yet. Luckily my family member was back home for the new delivery date but to my surprise the store called my to make sure she was back home and delivered the arrangement earlier than promised.My family loved the arrangement. It was beautiful and perfect.What a wonderful experience and awesome customer service with this store.
Mgr Mike is awful. I received cheesecake that had mold on it and instead of apologizing and trying to correct the situation he proceeded to argue with me about it. I do not recommend this location at all!
Worst place ever. The manager does not know how to talk to customers after they make a mistake. They delivered a sympathy platter that was not like the picture by anymeans. This platter was for my parents as it was my brothers 1 year anniversary death. Edible Arrangements made this a terrible experience on a difficult day. I called corporate however there phone system hangs up on you every single time, can’t get a actual person. I’ve been buying from this company for years but they will no longer get my business. This business needs to go on Undercover Boss and reveal what a horrible business this has turned into. If I could give -0 stars I would. Spend your money elsewhere!
I placed an order on February 13th for my sisters as a Valentine’s Day surprise . I received an email stating that my delivery was unsuccessful. I called the store and the young lady told me that the driver could not find the address and they would redeliver on Sunday. No order on Sunday. I called Monday morning and the lady told me that she would personally see to it that it was delivered and refund my money. Today is a week later and I have not received my refund or the order. I called and the man was rude and short with me. He told me that they don’t deliver to South Holland and they were just doing it for that day so I should know that for the future. I asked about my refund and he said I will just give it to you as if I did something wrong. This is unacceptable service and embarrassed to the fact I kept telling my sister to expect a surprise from me for Valentine’s Day. It’s a week later and no one has reached out or said anything as if it was just supposed to go away. Horrible service!
Never again!!! Put in an order 6 days in advance, chose delivery option. Order never came ($100+ Worth). Called for 2 days, it was busy after well over 30 calls and the next day they never answered after another 30 calls. Finally got an answer, was put on hold well over 30 minutes. No response as to the status of my order and was hung up on. Finally went i to the store and was told the order was delivered? Ffwd. We only got the purchase refunded and not the delivery fee. And a simple, “ I apologize, but you were refunded your money’s “ she then added that their “store was now closed” when its sign still had 30 minutes to closing time.Update. Replied to their response to call customer service and this place is a joke!! The customer service # listed.... call it! All THEY do is HANG UP on you too! BUYER BEWARE
The oak forest, IL store completely ruined valentines day for me. It would have been nice if you guys would have answered the phone after not sending parts of my order. But, you did not answer my multiple calls.. However, its funny that you DID answer the drivers call while she was at my door and told her to tell me sorry, we dont have it. I expect my full refund. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
This place is so UNPROFESSIONAL! Definitely will not have my business again. I called the store to have one of the employees yell at me for “thinking” I was trying to call the Orland location. In addition, my order was suppose to be ready at 9:30 am he said the soonest it could be done is an hour later, after I placed my order online days ago! I don’t see how this location is still open highly unrecommended!
I just received my arrangement and there is a bug on the honey dew. I keep trying to call and someone keeps hanging up on me. Very upset
The manager was rude as heck to me when I saw the bananas were bruised and looked like from a homeless shelter. Why dont you close this location down!!!! Nothing good ever came out of this location. If I could give it zero stars I would!!!

The guy answers and tells me good thing I called because they have no balloons and the bundle I had ordered came with balloons. Then he tells me that my order isn’t even started yet when it was supposed to be delivered by today...I placed the order 2 days ago. The guy was very unprofessional and once I told him to cancel my order and give me my money back he started being disrespectful and rude. Seriously, save your time and find a different location. We ordered from Edible Arrangements in Oak Forest, IL this past week on Tuesday, with expected delivery by Friday. After the delivery was NOT made on Friday, my wife placed a call to the store on Saturday. After calling SIX times and being hung up on one of those, she finally got through to what sounded like a young employee. The employee, unapologetic, stated that “all orders would be out for delivery by 7 p.m. that evening.” BTW, this was a large Mother’s Day gift that we ordered for Friday delivery thinking we would avoid the large influx of actual deliveries ON Mother’s Day. Needless to say, absolutely no order showed up on SUNDAY, Mother’s Day, and it seems that the store took their phone off the hook because after trying over THIRTY times to reach the store, the phone line was BUSY each time.We will NEVER recommend this store or business again, and will be disputing this order with our credit card company as the service is HORRIBLE. We will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau.BE WARNED, you WILL not receive your order in time!
Zero stars if I could. Internet said they closed Saturday at 5 p.m. the sign at store said same. I walked in at 4 p.m. and the guy looked at me and said the store is closed. I said the sign says 5. He said nope 4. If they were closed, the door should have been locked and he should have been preparing to close. Instead he was standing there, leaning on the counter, looking at his computer. That was my first and last time there.
Ordered the Mother’s Day Bundle ($149.99) which included a fruit bouquet, balloon bouquet and a 27pc box of Chocolates to be delivered ON Mother’s Day. I spent the additional $20 on shipping to ensure the proper delivery date.My mother called to say thank you for her fruit (only) that arrived the following day. I spent $180 on a fruit arrangement that arrived the wrong day and missing other items in my order.I’ve tried calling this location all morning to get answers but the line had been busy for hours. Unbelievable! Out of all holidays, Mother’s Day should be a time to get orders especially right. This company & location has failed. I was a first time customer, now a last time customer. Save yourself the headache, and go elsewhere!
I got there at 6:15 PM on Friday and the guy was walking out saying they closed at 6pm. On here and on the sign on the door it says 7pm. Why don’t y’all just completely shut this place down. Apparently this is a horrible place anyways. Let me takeover and run this place. I’ll buy it. Because the owner here clearly suck!

We ordered on the internet and half the order was not there when we came to pick it up. They have ruined our Mothers Day now we have to figure out something new, will never come here again...
Ordered 6 simple chocolate covered strawberries for pick up got there place was closed... called for a refund Rey answered I ask for a manager he hangs up. I call back he answers again so I ask for a refund & he says you’ll have it in 4 days I’m now on my 5th day no refund.... horrible customer service... definitely won’t ever do business with these guys especially Rey what a joke. Keep my 20 dollars clearly you guys need it very bad.

I placed an order online a day before to be picked up at 9:30am, i arrive at 9:30am and Manager/Only employee named Rey was on the phone explaining something to an angry customer. I waited for 20 minutes for him to finish his phone call, when he gets off the phone and ask what i needed (rude tone) I said i was here for a pick up. He immediately answered it wont be ready till 10:30. He didnt look up my order, nor took the time to see what i ordered. I told him i had placed an order and the pick up time is for 9:30, i can not do any later because i am no where near work. He immediately said I can get it done at 10:30 or you can cancel your order. He was persistent on wanting to cancel my order, i had told him i had already paid for it with Paypal... and was wanting to get this as a gift for a co-workers birthday. I was already sadden and upset on how my order was treated and had asked to just cancel it and went back to my car. My husband came back into the store and said Can you get it done by 10am? Rey said 10:15 the earliest. Not sure why Rey didnt tell me this, but we waited and got half of my order. (THEY DO NOT DO THE STRAWBERRY CUP ORDERS)

Placed a surprise order for my mom they delivered it and she missed the delivery. I called and they were very kind and went back to deliver it!They even included a balloon with the order and she loved the chocolate covered strawberries!
No stars! This establishment is HORRIBLE! I ordered an arrangement on Mothers Day (5/12/19) and it did not come so I asked them to refund me the money the following day. I called 3 times after that date because the money was never put back on my card even after speaking with the manager twice. It is now June 25th and I still have not received my refund. Never again
If you’re looking for poor quality and something completely different than your order, here’s the place! I ordered a REGULAR sized arrangement that comes with a mug and a saying..my friend got her arrangement, sent a picture and thanked me. I then knew it was all off! I sent her a picture of how it was suppose to look and what size and she said it’s actually very small. I then spoke to someone in customer service and the women on the phone said “oh you ordered a petite!” ... no. I Ordered a regular.. a REGULAR! And not a small cup. Another women on the phone took over and said mugs may very.. okay i understand that but she still should have gotten another mug then. Not a white cup. They contacted the store which then they called me. Talked to the gentleman who made my arrangement and was very rude and kept explains how the “petite” only has 1 daisy and 1 star! I told him that was exactly what she has and he refused to hear me and i said she didn’t even get the chocolate covered strawberries in which he also said yelling “you pay extra for that! You have to pay extra!” I said no! It came with the package deal then he said yelling once again at a customer “NONE OF THAT IS FREE YOU PAY EXTRA!” So i then called customer service because that conversation wasn’t going anywhere and that last call didn’t either.. because i was just refunded $5 for i have no idea why... it’s not even about the money it’s about the purchase and how that gift was suppose to brighten her day that’s why things like “edible arrangements exist! But now these idiots are getting lazy! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE OR THEM PLEASE! Customer service is no help at all!!!!! They well never take your side they try to say otherwise! They don’t care! They had me email the pics and the email couldn’t go through because they gave me a wrong email! They are the worst ! If you see the pics up on suggestions that’s where I’ll be placing them! Place a order a day in advance. I called to check on delivery and found out the order had not been made and would not deliver the day o needed. Money has not been refunded. Whoever answered the phone was a jerk . I will never use them again
We are currently stationed in Guam so ordered online to have a delivery the day before Mothers Day. It is now 2 days later and it has not been delivered and I cannot get in contact with the store.

I placed my order online. I immediately realized I did it for the wrong date. I called the store repeatedly to cancel it - no answer. How does a business not have at least a voice mail? I called the 1-877 number of Edible and they also could not get a hold of anyone at the store. I then received a call over an hour later from the store telling me nothing could be cancelled and the store was sending it out. The store person was snotty and rude. He told me he never received a call, which was a lie. Shame on you!

Very bad business. I ordered the signature bear.And when I picked it up the next day they told me we are out of the bears and gave me a balloon. But when you took my order and money you had the bear.i never was able to get a answer on why or who lyed about the bear.they werent even nice about there own mistake. AND they didnt even call me to tell me the bears are out.i only found out when I got there.I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU DONT GO HERE

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place I have ever delt with. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I paid $75 for them to deliver my mother chocolate covered strawberries, a ballon, and a card for Mothers Day & all they delivered was the strawberries. After calling multiple times they kept sending me to voicemail and not answering. I will definitely be filing a complaint to corporate! I really dont even know how this place is still up and running to be completely honest.

Made an order on Wednesday the 30th Jan, till now not been delivered, tried to call the store no answer as well, do not even try to think of ordering from here, and guess what never again from Edible as a company, if they cant control the quality of their customer service they shouldnt be in this business, for now i am waiting on a refund lets see where that will go too.
