After noticing that only one cashier was ringing up with a line of at least 4 people, I asked about opening another register and in doing so, noticed other employees who were literally sitting behind the partition while there was a line in the front. After seeing my obvious frustration, finally an employee came from behind the partition and started ringing customers.A note for customer service in the future, if you see a line, have the decency and customer service mentality to open another register if you want your customers to return.

POS Store. Always run out of sale items and dont give rain checks. Get some of same or better items at dollar store for less . Staff maybe nice but company policies are totally shady . Never going back there . Not first time this happened but will definitely be last

I would never shop here ever. The employees there were very rude to me and my friend we had are backpacks and they think told us to put them down In the corner thinking we were going to steel something we would not do that because we are all more smarter then other people not to do that so I would not shop here

I guess its just ok, not a lot to choose from. The young lady working there was very friendly and helpful. Doubt I will ever go back there. As far as prices, seen things in the Dollar store for a dollar and it cost 2 to 3 times the amount there.

Now, I love me a Family Dollar, but this one just had stuff everywhere... Not my usual location, so dont know if thats how it always is. All in all, good service, but if you cant go down the aisles whats the point?Like I said, love Family Dollar -this one just needed a little TLC.

The customer service is wonderful but it is always congested in there. Organization in the store would make the store look presentable and not messy.

I called first to see if they had this product I wanted. The lady found the product and gave me the price..I went up there an half an hour later and she even read on the boxes on which one is the best one. The staff was extra friendly, then I notice when someone came in the store they welcome that guest...I love this store.

Made my first visit to this new location and it was amazing! Super friendly staff, especially Amber who made my time memorable. Very clean and Well stocked. Thank you!

This is the best Family Dollar I have ever been to. It is a new brick and morter store. The young lady was so very polite and helpful in finding the towel rack I was looking for. The store was clean. The parking lot was clean. I love it.

They will be happy to take your money and let you shop here But they wont let you use the bathroom🤔

She was alone and was busy both with customers and tasks, yet greeted every single person and held a smile. I usually find Family Dollars cluttered and unkempt...not this one. It was organized and easy to find what I needed. I will return.

Well IVE HAD GOOD LUCK AT THIS LOCATION,, BUT TONIGHT A BOY NAMED MERCEDES RAN ME ON THE REGISTER AND I SERIOUSLY THINK SHE NEEDS TO FIND A DIFFERENT JOB!!!! SUPER POKEY ON HER PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME THAT SHE WAS TRYING TO RING MY PURCHASE!!!

The manager needs a lot of training...Mercedes(employee)asked the manager if the washroom can be use .the manager said no ..i told the manager its a emergency to use the washroom..she siad no...horrible customers experience..I will never shop at family dollor ever again.

Purchased a $20 fan recently only to come home to find out that not only is the fan missing a main attachment to the stand but also the motor doesnt work. No longer have the receipt so I dont plan on trying to exchange it for anything else cause Im certain that will likely go nowhere. Watch out for the sale items to anyone who shops here.
