What a superb experience doing business with Granite America. They showed total professionalism and thorough knowledge of the product. What a nice job they did! We gutted our whole kitchen. Got everything new. Manuel checked our floor and cabinet layout, came and did an accurate measurement after the cabinets were installed, cut the stone, then came and installed it. When I got home from work I was blown away by how beautiful the job was. These guys are really good at what they do and the prices are very fair. Love it!

My experience with the Granite America professionals has been a positive one. They are very good at what they do . It is just by happenstance that I found them in my search for a good company. I am so glad I did. The granite color and install was perfect for my kitchen, and the cost was even better!

Manuel and the Granite America team are an Awesome group to work with on any remodeling project. My project hit many glitches along the way yet they patiently held my granite(for 4 months!!![with a deposit given]) until my cabinets were installed properly. They came out after the new year for templating and I had my installed and ready to use granite countertops about a week after I submitted the layout approval. I will definitely work with Manuel at Granite America again. I really wanted to show the pictures...but I could not figure out how to upload/attach them.

Granit America and Manuel were fantastic to work with, especially during Covid times. I was not willing to go to the showroom to see the different colors. We had a great experience with Granite America. They had an amazing amount of $39 sq foot tile. We went there for the kitchen counters only but they had such a great selection, we added two more bathrooms counters to the project. They also got the work done quickly and were fantastic to work with.

We visited Granite America in Oak Forest, IL. Manuel Ayala took awesome care of us. In fact, it was snowing on a Saturday afternoon, when we received 12 of snow. He even walked us out back and walked through the snow drifts to get the skew numbers off of the granite countertops we wanted. We walked back inside and he made sure our buying experience was great. Manuel made sure to keep in contact with us about the day his team would come out to measure and install. Even on the day of installation, Manuel called us to let us know his team was coming out. One of the best places to do remodeling. The kitchen counter top installation process was nice. Telephone calls were returned promptly, granite selection was great. Lot of assistance to see different stones in the site were provided by staff. Manuel was very courteous and friendly. Measurements to installation of my counter tops was a great experience and professional. I like the feeling of no pressure and freedom of speaking to the staff. We enjoy the counter tops a lot. We are extremely pleased with our countertops! The installers were very professional and kind and Manuel as an Office Manager went above and beyond to work with us. I must say that the process to Sales Order is clumsy and the reason there wasn’t a 5 Star rating. If Granite can improve that process, they are a 5 Star Company all day long.

We purchased our Granite in Feb. Manuel was friendly and very attentive. We had visited several granite stores and found not only the look we wanted but at a reasonable price at Granite America.Little did we know we would run into delays with the company installing our cabinets and then Covid hit. Manuel was nice enough to hold our granite until yesterday.Once the cabinets were installed, he promptly sent someone over to re-measure prior to installation. Yesterday, as promised, his guys showed up and the installation went without incident. I love it.We hope to do our kitchen in the next year, I already know where Im going.

I went to Granite America after been unhappy with Home Depot.they were not satisfied with the leveling of the cabinets, so therewill be a $200.00 charge and two more weeks before they couldcomeback to measure for the counter top and if they are goodtwo weeks after that I will get the countertop . If I could give 0 stars I would. They installed granite in my home cracked. I had to have them replace and now I have granite not matching. Absolutely horrible experience. They had a bad attitude towards us as if it was a lot to expect them to replace a cracked piece of granite thag we paid thousands for. Now a year later we had backsplash installed come to realized they shimmed our counters from one end to the others 5/8th of a difference. What a horrible job!!!

We had built a small wet bar. Our requirements were 2 - 9 slabs x 26, one for the bar area, the other for seating. We had shopped almost every supplier in the Chicago-land area. All of our criteria and expectations (price, type of stone, delivery, installation), were met and exceeded by Manuel and his team with Granite America, Oak Forest IL. We had set a budget for our project and Manuel guided us thru the purchasing process, not only keeping us within budget, but providing a more costly product at a discounted price, below every other supplier we had contacted.When it came time to select our slab, his team was in the yard moving multiple slabs around so we could select what was best for our installation. After having selected the slabs and the templates made, we were invited to come back in and verify the layout of the templates on the selected slab. This insured us that the layout, sink cutout, and grain pattern were what we wanted. After the slabs were cut, the team that installed the slabs brought them down into the basement cautiously avoiding any scuffs to the wall surfaces. (not an easy task, considering each piece was 600+ lbs and 9 long)Upon completion, they sealed the counters and meticulously cleaned everything prior to leaving. We have never been more satisfied with a purchase, installation and final product as we are with the job done by Manuel and his team from Granite America, Oak Forest IL.

My husband and I recently had new granite countertops put in by Granite America. The whole process was a huge blessing. Manuel was very courteous and willing to spend a few hours with me helping look at the granite pieces as well as work with the price. We got over 80 square feet of countertop. Sergio was at our house the following week precisely measuring with all the walls and new made island to get accurate measurements. I was so excited to see all the pieces layed out on the actual piece of granite to see if we approved where each piece lay. The day of was hectic for us since we were getting a new water heater. In spite of all that Sergios team carefully spent a good part of the day installing every piece. It looks gorgeous !! Great job Granite America!!!
