Do real people work here? Ive been trying to contact this location for weeks. Ive called, emailed, talked to someone in the headquarters in Colorado who also said they emailed on my behalf. Im not in the area and extremely confused on how they do business.

I needed to drop of my moving truck and Danielle was amazing and helpful despite my reservation not updated information. She took care of the truck fast and efficiently despite a clerical error. So grateful for her help at the end of a long moving day!

Looks like they are switching from istorage. The prices from what I am seeing online are jumping up. Hopefully they honor the previous prices for people that still have a locker there or we will have to change. Also, it says it’s not climate controlled anymore.

So convenient, smooth and reasonable prices. Easy access to the building, elevator to third floor, nice storage, clean etc. Just what I needed. Excellent place to store my stuff. I love dealing with Danny and Sabrina.

I could not have asked for a better location. We relocated back to Chicago from Charlotte, NC. We were on the road for 14hrs and initially we were making good time but with kids we had to make several stops. So you already know, I looked at the Google ETA and it said 6:10pm remind they closed at 6pm. Listen I call and spoke to Sabrina and she even though we close at 6pm I would stay for you and this was on a Friday! Let me tell you this it made driving those 14hrs all worth it! Not only did she stay for us Danny her co-workers also assisted us with Check-in. We and my wife have our own business and these ladies are bosses. Because you will go out your way to make sure you customer gets the service they deserve! Did I tell you they my kids candy the way out!I say all of this because if you are looking for a family felt location, clean, safe and convenient this is the perfect location. I could not have Thank Sabrina and Danny enough because they exceeded expectations. I dont know there positions but they should be mangers and nothing else they should be getting a raised because good people are hard to find like that! Plus I know we are not the only family they assisted. Thank you ladies and CubeSmart Oak Forest for all of your help and great location!

New ownership, iStorage, and wow have things changed. Its not as clean, office hours have been reduced. The new employees arent as friendly. They also are not full service so if you need for packages to be received by storage youll likely be moving to U-Haul in Alsip where theyre not only nice folks but they will receive deliveries and place them in your unit.

Probably the best and most scenic store front Ive ever seen. A setting by a large pond and geese. The only thing that surpasses that is the exceptional customer service of the employees. My storage experience was good. My perrsonal things were there for over 9 mths. When I finally claimed my items I was happy to see No Mouse droppings on my things. At first i was worried about my property. But I just bought their extra insurance from them w/their lock. I was told if I purchased their company lock and not use my own lock. if my locker was broken into or had any other damages I would have not have to pay them an insurance deductable to file.a.claim if necessaryOn my date of departure I received a telephone call before ten minutes and was asked mlm if it was me who moved outta the storage unit.Oh and their staff was.feiendly too

The facility is very clean and secure, and we locked in a competitive monthly rate for the value of the storage unit. The website provided an accurate recommendation for the unit size our move required. Sabrina provided excellent service, but it was clear that the facility is sorely understaffed during the busy moving season.

I am very happy storing my personal belongings here. I recently transferred units and Sabrina was very helpful and accommodating during this process. I had a lot of questions and difficulty choosing a new size. Very impressed with the customer service and how clean everything was! Have already recommended CubeSmart and the internet special was great. The lease was thoroughly explained, and I love it is a month to month lease. Also they were very aware of the current Covid state and all were wearing masks and enforcing the same on patrons. Very satisfied!

Cube Smart was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They had a lower base price than anywhere else, but make up for it in shadier areas which is why I removed a star. This place is worth the total amount paid, but I would rather them be honest about the full price upfront than get their money in other ways. They force you to buy their insurance to start. I have never had a place that wont waive insurance if you can prove you have your own. Second, they try to talk you into buying their lock even if you have one that is just as good if not better. Overall I would definitely recommend despite these issues

I was referred to this storage by Rod. Upon entering, I was greeted by Danielle and another young lady. Danielle was SO welcoming, funny, and full of life! Her customer service was impeccable! She made me feel so comfortable! She explained the process & gave me the tour. Her humorous spirit was infectious!!!! Superb customer service!

Danie was amazing! There was a short power outage as I was trying to reserve a cube and she just did everything to get it back running! Danie was very polite and professional and just made the situation go smoothly.

I was at a stressful time in my life and had a terrible experience at Public Storage when I submitted my inquiry online about CubeSmart Oak Forest. Danielle called me almost immediately and was so professional and helpful. She provided all of the information regarding the storage space and set my date for my move in. She told me her hours and I went to the location the same day to sign my contract and pay the deposit. She was professional but also hilarious and made the process so easy. When I go into the office to make payments, Sabrina is also helpful and hilarious. I know when I always see Danielle and Sabrina I will not only receive the best customer service, but will spend 30 minutes in the office just laughing and talking with them. They have a ball and love what they do!

I was and am very pleased with this particular facility and the staff is very nice and helpful. I like the security and the fact that they have the carts to assist with carrying your belongings with ease, however, used them before at another location and after about 5-6 mos, they went up on the price. Same thing again, just went up 10 bucks, Im not happy with that. Do you all go up every 6 mos or what?

The units are very clean and the customer service is excellent. I like that the units are housed inside and that you can drive into the building for easy access . They also have flatbeds that make it easy to move things in and out of your unit. Both Danni and Sabrina are very nice and always very professional. Even the customers that I run into are very nice and friendly . Its refreshing to patronize a business that understands the value of customer loyalty. I would recommend Cube Smart over any of those other facilities

Renting a unit was very easy. I reserved it online and got a call within hours to confirm. The day before my appointment, I got a reminder call to make sure I was still interested.When I got there, Tiffany was very friendly and helpful, she showed me my unit, took me to practice entering my door code and gave me all the info I needed.The facility is also very clean and easy and to navigate. They also have two carts that you can use when you unload your stuff so you can roll it to your unit.Overall, very impressed.

I got a great deal on my storage unit, and it is the perfect size! Moving my things in has been easy and convenient so far. I feel far more confident leaving my belongings at cube smart. You can only get in by having a proper code, and they offer insurance for your belongings! The staff was FANTASTIC to deal with. I reserved my unit online and not even an hour later they called to confirm my reservation and answer any questions. When I went in to see my unit, I was given a tour and told how everything works. My brother also got a deal because I mentioned that he referred me to the facility. Overall its a great, safe place, with fantastic prices!

I rented a Penske truck through this facility. The manager was polite, and helped me sort through a minor problem with my reservation. Everything went smoothly. The truck was great. I would rent there again.

In general this facility is set up nicely. Place is well maintained and clean. Staff is great to work with. Now for the OK part. Building is owned by a separate entity but managed by Cube Smart and so you have issues that make no sense or are there to benefit(profit) Cube Smart. First was the $24 sign up fee. Second was having to prove I had insurance coverage for my stuff or buying coverage from Cube Smart. Third was the convenience fee for paying online with a credit card since we all know it is cheaper for a company to have a check mailed to site office, then endorse it and take it to the bank for deposit. On my first visit the staff member was just leaving for the bank, sign said back in an hour. Good thing I only live 20 minutes away. Site doesnt say but I was told no fee if you setup to pay automatically with a credit card. Oh, did you know you can have payments automatically withdrawn from from your checking? You have to ask because there is no info online, cant set it up online, have to go into office with a check. These are just minor annoyances that you have to deal with to get things going and can certainly be lived with.I suspect the big one will be with the price increases. I am told the first one will be 2-6 months after move in. Then regular increases that can only be held off by signing up for a year at a time. As they say, Time will Tell

My entire experience with Cube Smart has been wonderful. I was stressed out with getting a storage unit. I didn’t know what to expect since I had never done it before.From the initial phone call to the move-in, everyone was helpful and friendly. The unit is nice and clean. It’s climate controlled, bug-sprayed twice a month, and it’s safe. And it’s SO reasonably priced!The office manager, Tracy Henley, is a delight! She put me at ease and made the move stress-free.I highly recommend this facility!!

After checking with a different nearby storage company, I checked with CubeSmart. Danielle C. was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Even though I advised her that I was only inquiring about the possibility of renting storage space she offered me a seat, explained the storage options, pricing, upfront fees, payment options, gave me a late payment warning and took me on a tour of the facility. She recommended storage options based on the information that I provided. The service and the price were so good that I decided in 20 minutes to rent one of the storage units and started storing things later that evening. Easy peasy! When I went back to store some items, it was just as she explained, including a flatbed dolly to make moving items that much easier. I highly recommend CubeSmart and Danielle C. (In fact, I rented trucks from there twice and every staff member that I encountered was very professional and friendly.)

I rented out three storage lockers this summer and i couldnt have been more pleased. First, the online discounts caught my attention. Comparing to other companies, they had the best prices around Oak Forest. Secondly, everyone was courteous and helpful. Their customer service was exceptional. CubeSmart in Oak Forest is different than the one I visited on 62nd & Harlem. The Oak Forest heating and cooling system leaves much to be desired because its rather warm to hot in the summer and vice versa in the winter.

Danielle and Sabrina are the best people for cubesmart the keep the office clean they are professional and kind.

The only thing better than Danielles service was her personality. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, great energy and positivity... I would go there again just to have her help me!

This storage facility is very clean with friendly and professional staff. They were very attentive and willing to answer any questions I had. At first there were issues with the elevator due to some sort of an upgrade to their system and so there was a little of a delay with gaining access to the elevator, but it all worked out in the end. I highly recommend CubeSmart Self Storage, but if you choose this facility, be sure to apply on their website to receive discounts.
