Came in a while back with problems with my battery. I had no tools, and was silently worried about being able to make it home. The manager offered to help me install the new battery, which was unexpected. Not sure if this is a regular practice or not but I greatly appreciated being able to drive home without fear of getting stuck at the grocery store on the way home.

Limped in on a near dead battery. These guys got us fixed up right away. Reasonable prices and fast friendly service.

Always willing to answer questions and help me find the correct parts. They do not belittle or talk down to me because of my gender.One cashier today I felt a need to tell his coworker you need to tell him its okay to tell a customer your on lunch, hes never going to get lunch many of their workers are like this.

Not very experienced and the assistant manager doesnt seem very nice. Im not sure they even got me the right parts.

If you are looking for air filters for an older (2005) car, dont forget to look to your left. What you see right in front of the manual isnt their complete offering. Just FYI. Otherwise, the experience is good.

I rented a obd2 scanner made by Innova. I plugged it in and instantly had a misfire. This misfire is intermittent. I found that bad scanner have ruined ECUs on vehicles. So far Autozone is blaming Innova and Innova wont answer their email. Sometime the misfire is so bad the truck will barely move.

No real knowledge of anything really.... Its sad

We used to come here for all our auto needs, but the customer service has gone way down hill so weve been going across the street most of the time. They are more helpful there.

Just went in to return spark plugs and because it was over 90 days they would not take them back and I talked to the manager about it. He said we have a new policy I have used autozone for over 20 years not anymore it was not only the fact that he would not take them but he was an @$$hole about as well. I think its time to go hit up Rock Auto.com from now on.

Please seriously lacks customer service they dont even have one person working the cash register to take care of customers who do not need parts from a parts person when you could just go to the cash register and pay for what you picked off the shelf yourself instead you have to stand in line and wait for an ungodly amount of time I like the store with their customer service sucks henceforth only four stars

From out of town stopped to get some things for my sprinter van while in the parking getting ready to go inside some homeless guy comes riding up on a bicycle with a trailer gets off bike goes lays down in trailer starts smoking meth talking to invisible people I go inside tell them what was going on one of the employees says oh I knew I recognized that smell not once but a couple times during the five minutes I was in the store nobody in management went out to tell him to leave or whatever I didnt and definitely would not consider buying anything from there I have a picture but unfortunately want let me post I wanted to post no stars

Worthless... about 4 out of 5 times I get a faulty part or the wrong part. So frustrating. As soon as I started to trust them

About 2 weeks ago I entered store #2219 located at 17480 SE McLaughlin Blvd in Oak Grove, Oregon where I made my home for auto parts at this location and usually I always had an awesome experience but this last visit was nothing but negativity by an employee named Jeremy was very negative and bitter to me when I asked him where something is he pointed and just said over there and when I went to where he pointed it was no where to be found, so asked him again and he became irritated with me and told me to hold on a minute that was finishing up with customer and he would show me but he never came and I was the only customer in store at the time and he was standing behind counter talking to another employee which began to upset me and to top it all off not a employee was wearing a mask. In addition to all this he was not even wearing a mask as it was hanging below his chin.My recommendation to anyone shopping this location be prepared some negativity if he is working.Due to COVID and a family member passing I didn’t take the time to write this review till now but I thought this should be addressed as of now I don’t plan on returning to this store if I am going to be treated in this fashion.

Travis was a life saver! He helped me figure out what was wrong with my car, and gave me tools to fix it then and there. Even came out to see if I needed help. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Honestly, already have had good experiences with Autozone but he definitely cemented that opinion. Will forever be an autozone customer. Helpful and curteouse when I was having a slight emergency with my bike that has a gas powered engine on it..had a crack in my tank and one that works there even took the time to come out and assist me..thanx bud your calm attitude helped to balance me out...

I love this place. Im a dealer and they always scan my cars for free and give me a little print out of whats wrong with them. They also have good prices on Parts. Consistently slightly cheaper than the competition. And they have a good variety of the supplies whether it be for Bodywork, detailing or mechanical.

Bought new upper and lower radiator hoses and thermostat got my car taken apart and realized the sold me the wrong lower hose now i cant drive my car to get the right one, because its partially disassembled, the guy checking me out didnt know what he was selling me just went off of the only one they had in stock when he typed it into the computer. Not all the search results Are the right part.. I feel like coupled with his lack of knowledge he was trying to just make a sale, worried that if they didnt have every part i needed i would just go somewhere else to get everything

Their were two guys working who were extremely rude and not helpful at all, one of them even took it as far as to harass my sister and I while I had my son, and was being verbally rude and mocking the way my sister talked, I honestly have never been so embarrassed and disrespected by a worker who didn’t need to be in our faces and disrespecting us. My sister was nice and straight to the point but he continued to try and make her feel like she was dumb even though we didn’t ask for help because we knew what we needed.

I had purchased a wiper and it didnt work properly. I didnt have my receipt. The gentleman that helped me, Jordan...I think, helped me by first replacing the one I had purchased. And the replacement one did the same thing. So he took the extra time to figure out which brand was going to work with my car. It was so nice to have REAL customer service. Got my dads cold air intake ordered last minute from here and got it before Christmas

Very helpful staff. Brought tester out to truck to check a battery I had in rear so I wouldnt have to lug the heavy thing in. Helped me choose a battery for my lawnmower that had a bit more cranking power. Have been here many times for parts and have always been greeted with a smile and given all the help and advice Ive needed.

Jeremy at this mcloughlin autozone gave both excellent customer service, and great advice. An extremely knowledgeable guy, I was catered to in the best way possible when looking for auto parts. Awesome job!

Needed help with a battery. Now I must say it was 7:20pm and they close at 8. But, my battery in my car completely died and its the car we need to take our kids to school. The Manager said it was close to closing and refused to at least help. Im in the service industry and I believe in helping everyone to the best of my abilities. Maybe it was a bad day for her, but that was the worst experience I have ever had here. I ended up going to another automotive store and got the help I needed.

Service at AutoZone is pretty assertive, sometimes it can feel a little bit like the Apple store, in the way that someone is helping me almost immediately, in a generally contrived tone. It can feel lacking in genuine connection. But, good are usually super helpful and they stick with getting me until Im ready to run the card.. so thats nice. I can think of so many other experiences at other parts houses when the attention to customers feels lesser priority.Anyway. I like the service at this particular location the most out of the Portland locations.

Sign on door says theyre hiring. It shows that they need more help. Went in for a windshield washer relay that their computer system said my car didnt have that option. Yeah... Chrysler Town & Country mini van has one. In fact... nah, not worth it.

They were totally awesome Rachel came out and put my wipers on. I originally went to the other AutoZone in Gladstone and they were horrible the guy in front of me wanted to buy an alternator but wanted to have them test is and the gal that was working was trying to leave and said that she couldn’t do it. I asked if they would help put my wipers and she said they didn’t have enough staff called the Oregon city one and Rachel was more than willing to help. I will definitely be a repeat customer here

Thank goodness for AutoZone being open on New Years Day!!! Id returned home after being gone for about nine days, and my battery was dead and my hood arms (the hydraulic arms that hold up the hood) were broken. I got a jumpstart and drove directly to AutoZone and got a new battery and hood arms. The staff was very nice and helpful. Im so glad they were open! My day would have been even worse if they hadnt been open, or if the staff hadnt been so nice.

Okay I’m trying to buy new windshield wipers in Oregon. Where it rains. A lot. And they don’t have the ones to fit my car. Which is a Toyota. The most common car in North America. This place is terrible. I went out of my way to come here and it’s a total waste of time.

Helped me save on filter and oil, didnt have to, but went the extra step! Totally awesome crew.
