I like this location. Due to covid sometimes the shelves may be empty but its very clean and organized. The employees are attentive, someone will always ask if I need help. When its busy yes the wait time is not a controlled factor but I do appreciate that they make efforts to call back up and to redirect as well as monitor the ebb and flow. That has to be a sign of efficient management.
I was in the store maybe two weeks ago. I was having trouble finding a make up item. Stephanie offered to help and was extremely nice and helpful. Kudos to Stephanie

Worst experience ever! Working here was terrible! They were very rude and disrespectful to me🥺. I tried to be nice but they were so rude to me they made me feel like a loser😓. After this experience, it made me feel like I’m stupid! Never going here again! I don’t recommend it!!!!!!

Employees at this location are so inconsiderate. They do not care about customers safety at all. Whats the point in having a security department if theyre not willing to do their job? This target has absolute horrible organization of its stock, cleanliness or staff. I waited 25 minutes in line to purchase 5 small items as there was absolutely no order to the checkout lanes. This was not okay and there was absolutely no urgency from any staff member to sort this out or attempt to ensure the customers were having a positive experience. I will not be making a trip to this location any time soon.
I have always felt so safe coming to this during the pandemic. I never minded waiting to get in, or the long line at checkout. The staff usually gets things going and everything moves quickly. Today though it was a zoo in there, I am pretty sure they were over capacity. People were coming and going through all the doors, the door counter wasn’t paying attention and inside everyone was on top of each other shopping. Did not feel safe today, hoping it will get better
Because the store has nothing in stock they need to keep the shelves with supplies not empty nothing in stock for school supplies, uniforms or book bags. NOT good.

Oh my gosh! Me and my boyfriend went here last night and I cant believe how terrible it was! There was only like 4 maybe 5 registers open and the lines were filled with people that you were going to stand there for at least 20 minutes just to check out.. That is ridiculous. Then we tried to check out at electronics department and we stood in line for 10 minutes before being told they only do electronics there. So we just left our stuff and walked out! Dont recommend this place!

I came to the Oak Lawn, IL Target on 4/10 for the car seat trade in event. I traded in a Graco Extend 2 Fit convertible car seat (blue color, and I have a picture of it prior to putting it in the box). I asked Guest Services about my 20% coupon and they could not find where the barcode was. The young man at least tried to look for it, the woman working at the counter with him couldnt be bothered to care about it and basically shrugged it off. I was told to ask at the registers for the coupon. I made a small purchase and asked the teen at the register who had ZERO clue what I was talking about and called yet another uninformed person over to help him. She told me the coupon was in the Target app, which I found out this morning 4/11 it is not. I believe she just told me this to get me to leave as the store was getting busy.
It was easy to order and the guy that brought my order out was friendly and quick.
Its great. The employees are doing there best in a pandemic and showing up everyday. To help customers yet they get very little credit due to all the ungrateful people in this world who dont care. Keep doing a good job Target people. 👏
Had an experience, with a new cashier, but then went to customer service to rectify it. Customer service/Guest service rep was unprofessional. When I reached out to HR, she was condescending and hung up on me after I stated on a topic that we would not go back and forth, so lets agree to disagree. She was upset with that statement that we were going back and forth and proceeded to hang up on me. This is the HR rep for this location. I was highly professional, not emotional and wanted to rectify the issue, she seemed open to it, and later in the conversation became condescending and unapologetic, a part of me believes it was somewhat racially charged on her behalf.So, I will not return to this store. I love Target, but would stay clear from this location.

Came to this Target to pick my order months ago, and unfortunately I wasn’t able to use the merchandise I purchased. The box has never been opened and they told me I couldn’t get my money back or I couldn’t get a store credit due to it being pass the day of return. I explained that I couldn’t make it back to do the return and situation that occurred no symptom what’s so ever. I will not be shopping at this location anymore. 🤷🏽♀️
Uncomplicated timely pickup, serving with great hospitality! Very good, fast pickup located right at the escalator and elevator entrances. PERFECT!
This location facility is very small so stock is very limited. They sell everything but may not be available when you go to buy because of in-store limited quantities.

Whomever thought having an employee tell shoppers which line to get in... need to rethink it. Most people understand social distancing and for the most part follow it. She directed me to the longest line although there were shorter lines. I put the items back and left.

Install a policy that doesn’t allow resellers to buy your entire stock of baseball cards like other Targets have done. You can’t find cards here ever and store employees are rude about it also.

Nothing but long lines here! Waste your entire day here... Only two registers open and two self checkout working. Need to keep the traffic of people moving, in and out. There has to be a quicker way. The targets in the city does a better job.

One of the worst experience I ever had in my life came to target 2 days in a row to try to get a iPhone SE and guess what the employer by the name Zack said there’s no key to the cage so you tell me it only one key in whole store this crazy and really inconvenient I live all the way to Chicago travel to Oak lawn for nothing I have to ask speak to a manager time after time again that they wasn’t not helpful as well. I don’t recommend this this target to To nobody it a big waste of time.

Christian that works in tech was very rude I’d had entered today to buy mr game and watch, first I called and was not able to see if they have any. So I come in the store to check. I ask an employee Christian if they have any, he says “no you should’ve called to see if we have it. Ok I have a friend that calls me saying he just bought one, I go back to store and wait 30 min for Christian to finally sell me 2, he then says 2 is my limit and he doesn’t wanna get fired

What is the problem at this store? No manager? No employees? The website still says it is offering driveup pickup but it’s June 8 and that has not been possible since May 30! Our order of May 28 was cancelled by the store despite two attempts to pick it up. Both times we received acknowledgement that someone would bring the order to our car. After a 10-minute wait, we went to the door which was locked. Other people also were in cars waiting, then going up to the locked door! It is now June 8 and nothing is shown as available for pickup—not aspirin, not boxed cereal, not soft drinks, not dish soap, not toys, not candy! No one ever answers the phone in Customer Service or any department phone. I finally reached someone in Grocery on June 7 who said the store was “reopening June 8.” Well, it looks like that didn’t happen! In case you need any of the items I mentioned, they’re listed as available at the stores in Orland Park and Crestwood.
I had an issues with my Shpit order was told to call customer service at Target.They were NO HELP AT ALL!!!! Told me to call Shipt not them. Also they don’t pick up there phones at all. Horrible customer service!!!!
I called this store to see if they have a game in stock that was released the same day. The man on the phone said they didn’t have it even though the website clearly said their had 3 in stock. So I ordered it though target and they had it. So Instead of saving money and using discounts I had to pay full price. I came in store to see if they had the game and they did. I hate that I have to come in person to be taken seriously. They did not answer the phone I called electronics twice and guest services too.
Came in today 08/15/2020 1:20pm there are no registers open. Only self check out is open. The check out line goes all the way back to the fitting rooms. If social distancing is the excuse then why are there so many people in the store to begin with. Opening every other register will keep everyone about 8 ft apart. This is beyond ridiculous.

I rushed to get to Target tonight after work to do a quick return. I did arrive 10 minutes before closing time and as I was walking to the door, the young man pushing in the carts said, we are closed . Yet, at 8:56pm, a caucasian lady was let in but I wasnt let in at 8:50pm.!*This has been my favorite Target to shop at since it opened but this incident upset me.
I did curbside pick up for the first time and the young man was extremely friendly and polite.
HR Rep Juanita is rude and condescending. She will defend employees who scream at customers and is extremely unapologetic. Employees are rude and are reinforced by the inactions of the management team in this location.
Please update your website REGULARLY. The purpose of an “In Stock” feature on a website is to show if something is ACTUALLY in stock. It’s a waste of consumer time to drive to your store to get something that your website said you have, and then it’s not there.

Thursday August 29th, 2019 I went to get a pair of Headphones as a gift at the Target in Oak Lawn. There where two ladies in line before me, so I waited in line behind them. As I waited the one clerk was busy helping the ladies in front of me as the other clerk turned her back to me and proceeded to ignore me. Then a customer came up to the counter and she waited on her right away. I continued to wait then another customer came up and asked a question and she got her answer and I still continued to be taken care of not complaining waiting my turn patiently. It was just then the same clerk once again turned her back on me and continued to drink her Starbucks!!! Finally, I said excuse me can I see some headphones please. She then started to help me and the next thing I know another gentleman walked up, a Target employee and then she told him here you take care of her and walked away. .I have never been so disrespected. I am so mad about this and I will not be shopping at Target any time soon. I will be sure to let everyone know how I was treated by Targets Staff member in Oak Lawn. This is very uncalled for. Stay away from Target in Oak Lawn if you want good Customer Service!!!!😡

I like Target. Most of the times they have the items that I am looking for. They are clean and the isles are wide. They would have received a ten but I hate that the lines are always so long. They have installed self checkout in my local store. Today it was extremely long and only two lines with Target Associates were available They later had to open four more lines. Please be more considerate of your customers time. Self checkout is not working!

I just left this location to get a blender. It says on their website they had blenders in store in stock. So, I come from Chicago to Oak Lawn to get one because Target decided to close the ones in our neighborhood. I get over there, and NOT ONE SINGLE BLENDER IN STORE AT ALL! Not the cheap ones, the expensive ones....NONE! Down right pitiful!
The Drive up pick-up was very convenient. My order was fulfilled quickly and there was little wait time in someone bringing it to my car. It allowed me to pick up a small item without taking my kids from the car.
