Outside of store is horribly maintained (lots of potholes and cracks in the parking lot), always have to wait in line behind people who are buying a seemingly never ending amount of scratch off tickets, you are given a really shady-looking black plastic bag for purchases, and there are usually people loitering in front of the entrance.
