I needed to have a $3200 computer packed and shipped. All the ladies were nice but Karen was fantastic. She made sure the computer was as secure as possible. She was very polite and thorough.
I went to FedEx this morning to get Funeral Programs printed for my uncle’s funeral tomorrow. Joanna was EXTREMELY helpful and assured me everything would be perfect and ready in time. Talking to her truly lifted a weight off of my shoulders as she told me to just take some deep breaths and everything is going to be okay. She helped me pick a nicer paper for the programs as well as suggested I had them fold the programs their so o would have to worry about doing it the day of. I always have the best experience at this FedEx location and will definitely be back and tell my friends to use this one as well. They truly take care of you.
Even before i worked for the company 13+ years ago, i used to go there and my friend Rolondo was there. This is a great place with lots of volume there. I recommend this place for the friendly atmosphere and work ethic!!
Listen to this worst experience I had at this location first I dont understand how people become managers When they dont even know how to do their job like seriously?.. I use the computer typed in a letter I wanted to print it unfortunately the printer does not have papers so I asked the manager please load some papers he said he okay and he kept walking around and Im signed on the computer and Im paying $$ time is money and Im waiting he took forever so I looked around myself and a pile A4 papers laying around I open the printer load them and I printed my stuff and the customers who were there said thank you because weve been waiting forever... And then when I was done I needed to mail a package I waited for like 15 mins because no one wants to do their job so i walked out and mailed it by USPS
I came in 20 minutes before closing with a package I needed to be shipped. I didn’t have any packaging tape at home, so when I went in I grabbed a small roll of packaging tape. When I went to the counter to pay, Shaletha asked if I just needed the tape for the package. I said yes, and she kindly offered to use her tape and even taped it up for me. She was very kind and generous! I will definitely be recommending this location and its services!
We went in FedEx to send an expensive lamp for an eBay customer. There were at least 6 ladies standing around seeming bored. I told them my predicament for shipping lamp. They appeared like they were uninspired to help. They argued with things we were told by the lamp customer we had about setting up shipping for her lamp. Measuring the lamp etc. It seemed like too many didnt know how it would be packed. In the end they did not have a particular sized box they needed to ship, so we were told Tinley park had our box size. So all for nothing, their help, I pack lamps for my eBay website for customers, I make boxes whatever it takes to get it to the customer, not send somebody else to do my bidding. Horrible customer service, never to return. The Tinley park IL location, marvelous.
Worst FedEx I have ever been too. Always a long line because the staff seem like they dont want to work faster. Employees give you an attitude and are not helpful. They need to have someone with more authority managing this location because its seems employees just do what they want. Only reason I go here is because my company send my packages for pick up at this location, otherwise I would never step foot here.

Shaletha was extremely helpful in explaining the different shipping options available for the package I needed to send. She took time in treating me with care, its no wonder why they are busy here - they have excellent customer service and are in a convenient location too. I look forward to coming back and utilizing the other services that Shaletha explained to me. The team was very organized too as they would check on the customers roaming around the center, not just the customers who were in line. Its the little things like that which make a big difference.
Horrible customer service!! I told the front desk person that I just dropped off a package yesterday which was Saturday night and she said right off the bat that the package was already picked up without looking it up on the system. Good thing I had printed out a current tracking info which showed that it was still in the store. After showing it to her, she found it right away.Although I was in front of the line, she put everyone ahead of me and was unwilling to help. The Fedex online info re: rates and Express Saver were not up to date. The other front desk person told me that the rates online were not the rates. The first rep didnt look happy.
Our company has Fedex account and we have receipts already in place which shows tracking numbers. So, I went to drop off an important mail on 8/26 at 5:40pm which I marked as priority overnight shipping to be delivered next day morning. I asked for receipt just like we always do at any other fedex location when we send priority overnight mail so we can track the shipment. But the employee adamant that the ticket that i had already has tracking number. I checked today morning and it doesnt show any tracking with the number i got.
I wish I was allowed to give half of a star. This is the worst establishment that exist that provides customer service. I went in this morning couldn’t use the kiosk to put money on my card was told by one of the employees that I had to get money put on at the counter. Four people were in there: one answered the phone before she acknowledged me, one was talking to someone in the office, the other one was pulling a cart full of packages and the one who told me I needed to stand in line started doing something else no one acknowledged me. Luckily, I had a enough money on my card to do what I needed to do I hate going there. The only way I will continue to go there is if I never have to interact with any of the employees.

Walked in to send some things and there were two women behind the counter. They didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever and just continued what they were doing. After standing there for about 5 minutes just left and went somewhere else. You should at least say hey I’ll be with you in a minute very rude.
Spent over an hour and lost 17 dollars and couldn’t print a couple of pages, 6-7 ladies work there without sufficient help. Customer service is very bad, all they do is rolling their eyes at you

This FedEx always helps provide great value. I frequently print presentations and have them spiraled and bound. They do a great job of executing that. They are also very polite and attentive to details. Thank you for your help!
This place is chronically understaffed. Anytime Ive come here in order to speak with a person, theres a large wait and not enough people behind the counter. I feel bad for the employees, because theyve always been friendly, but I believe the management needs to staff more people. At this moment, the Full Service Printing has a full line while there is no staff in the Pack Plus section.
Shanice was rude. Rolled her eyes at me when I said I was dropping off a package that as all ready to go. Then after she scanned my package she just started chit chatting with an employee instead of getting me out the door.
I have purchased table from internet and redirected packet to FedEx store. On the way to pickup package I thought, how I will put it in my car, its quite heavy. Thanks to the nice guy who works there, I needed only pull my car to the front door. He was very nice and helpfull.
Today I went to fedex to print a few documents that had to be emailed to FedEx but because I wasn’t ready to submit my documents because I had to convert to pdf in order to email they told me to leave out of the store to work on my email because others were waiting in line and Covid 19. I was so angry and frustrated. This is crazy. I am a professional nurse and feel putting a person out a store is extreme measures. They were very rude to me and I will never go back there again.

I had been trying to call them for hours to get status on a print project that I submitted online...after a couple of rings someone picked up, greeted me and then hunger up...I tried calling back several times...but no answer...very disappointed
Older woman refused to take my packages with the required packaging. I have taken many boxes with the same exact required packaging to this location and never had an issue until now. Just because the location is open 24 hours doesn’t mean you’ll get the greatest service. I’ll be taking my business to the Crestwood location from now on where the staff is polite and helpful.
The younger staff Iv encountered were friendly and very helpful but 2 of the older staff are very unhelpful and grouchy and have very terrible attitudes.
WARNING: BIG NO NO FOR PASSPORT SERVICES. YOU CAN EXPEDITE YOUR PASSPORT ORDER FOR FRACTION OF THE COST at the post office. USES 3RD PARTY VENDORS. UNNECESSARY! Oh and their computer frozed had to go home and complete app and got charged 2x. Now thats ANOTHER headache I have to deal with. Also, every question I asked the employees, although very nice, were just unhelpful with any questions I asked. All responses were basically paraphrases of I dont know.

I went in to print two documents from my USB. There was no one using any of the printers. I already had a card with money on it. I walked right up and began using the printer. I added money to the card and continued the project until completion. It was easy and hassle free. Im glad I stopped at the FedEx store.
Worst customer service. Walked and and there was 3 employees and they continued their conversation. Until I had to say excuse me. He has an attitude while doing his job and two more customers came in and only one woman came to assist. The third stayed behind on her phone. Their was more people in line. Just plain ignorant!

On my Mercari app it says they’ll pack and ship and item for you, but they just hand you a box for $6.88. I had no problem really shipping my item myself, but they didn’t even print out the label for me. I had one but it was too light, I showed them and they just stuck it right on to the box and told me that the label should be ok and clear enough to scan. I went to the post office and they told it wasn’t.
Usually pretty busy, love that it is 24 hours. Ive seen OK customer service here as well as a few examples of OUTSTANDING service. I mostly go here for printing large documents and shipping.
The majority of the staf is very friendly and helpful. Printing work is done at a professional level. Highly recommend.
I ordered a package for delivery on March 1st, it was supposed to arrive on March 7th and was rescheduled for March 8th. Okay, whatever, but having never used FedEx I was unsure if they would leave my package. There is a FedEx office right across the street from my work so I figured I would have the package redirected there. Big mistake. The package was only 25 minutes away from its destination and was rescheduled to be delivered to that location on March 11th. I had to call FedEx customer service not once, not twice, but FIVE times! There was no good point as to why my package needed to be delivered Monday when it was only 25 minutes away. The first woman I spoke to was very nice and let me know she was able to get it delivered for March 8th instead of the 11th. So an hour goes by, two hours, three hours later I check the tracker and it still says it won’t be delivered until the 11th so I call the second time and it felt like this second woman was not helpful at all. A couple more hours go past and nothing new has come from it so I call a third time on my lunch break. The third woman tells me it arrived at my FedEx hold location at 10:44AM and just to verify I asked her if I walked across the street right now, I can pick up my package. She confirmed and so that’s what I did, mind you I only have a 30 minute lunch break and have already spent at least 5 minutes on the phone with customer service. I walk over to the FedEx hold location and after waiting to be assisted (which wasn’t a very long wait) I was told that my package could not be found and that it was still at the other location. I called customer service for a fourth time and explain the ENTIRE situation over again and the fourth woman I talked to was adamant that it was at the FedEx hold location and she even checked with the previous FedEx location who also confirmed that it was supposed to be at this FedEx location but that they would get in contact with the driver and should expect a call shortly. And so I wait until 5PM for a cal and never receive one. And so I call them back for a FIFTH time and I’m told it’s ready for pick up at the other location that’s 25 minutes away. Now that wouldn’t be an issue but I don’t drive and now I have to spend another $40 total for a Lyft ride there and back. I arrive at said FedEx location and the woman was very nice. I had mentioned to her about the back and forth of this package and she knew EXACTLY WHAT PACKAGE I WAS TALKING ABOUT. She went and got my package and offered me the explanation of it being a long trailer with many packages, and my very small package was not separated properly from the larger ones and was left on the truck even though it had been signed in at the other FedEx location. They were polite about the situation and at least they gave me some kind of explanation. I received my package and am extremely happy with it. But the note that I will leave this on is that UPS would never put me through that kind of sh*t.
Terrible service. I scheduled a freight pickup from my home and needed to print the labels. I waiting in line for 10 mintues before the 1 person who was working simply pointed me to the self printing stations to print the label. After spending 15 minutes trying to figure it out, I went over and asked her for help, and she just told me to buy internet and that I would have to then buy paper to print. I asked her why I had to pay for a label Ive already paid for, and she responded that I could email it to them and they could print, but she was working on 5 orders and it would take too long. There was 1 other customer in the store. So after spending $6 for internet, including the time it took to write this review, I was able to print a label. What terrible service.
I like that its 24 hours, but the guy had me waiting for over 15 minutes and helped others that came after me. He asked if I was placing an order, to which he never acknowledged my answer. I know one customer doesnt make a huge difference, but this is a place I dont think I want to experience going into again.

As soon as the girl working the counter saw customers she did a disappearing act and acted like she did not see anyone. This happened today July 18, 2020 around 10 something am.
Terrible. The service here was so slow. I went on a Friday evening and there were 3 people working and all of them were extremely slow. I want to be fare and say that one of the guys working that evening was pleasant, but still slow. The other guy, Luis, was unknowledagble and very slow (he gave me misleading information about my packages earlier that day.) The woman working that evening was rude. She yelled at an older customer and repeatedly cut her off in her sentences. Her service to me was slightly better but still rude since she hardly listened to anything that I said and cut me off as well. All in all I will likely not be at this location again. Perhaps tonight was an off night for them but never the less it was a less than desirable experience for me.
I came in to return a item. My label was not printed properly so I sent it to their email. They left me waiting at the counter that no one was at for 20 mins until I looked for help. Turns out my email didn’t send and Steve never even bothered to check. My second bad experience here. I will never return.
Service was so slow it was unbelievable. There was 1 guy working the Shipping Line, a 2 month trainee at that. The line was totally back up, no one came to help him. I waited in line so long I missed the last pick up for day. If they are going to type information into the computer, which is time consuming, then the store needs to provide adequate resources. Never again. 1 start is very generous.
If I could leave no stars I would.Employees are ignorant. They do NOT care. They have attitudes. They prolong everything they do and clock out to leave even if there’s a line waiting.Employees also tell the customers they don’t care, they’re off at 6 so they’re leaving at 6. Mind you, its 10 minutes to 6, it’s the only employee working, and there’s a line with 6-10 people waiting in the store.HORRIBLE PLACE.
Slower than the us postal service and rude staff. Trying ro return an online purchase (prepaid postage) Waited 25 min in line (there were only 2 people ahead of me) for them to tell me the original box was too big and they couldnt ship it unless I paid for filler. Nope! What a joke! No wonder amazon doesnt work with them!
I request printing for a couple of black and white regular paper. I went to pick up the sheets but the cashier asked me for $3.50. I asked for manager who came and cancelled the on line order but the cashier argued that I should pay for the order. Very poor customer experience and unprofessional behavior.
All the computers, copiers and other machines almost always run up to par so no problem there. Customer Service is good, but a little iffy at times. Cant beat 24hr service though.

The worst experience Ive ever had at FedEx, I went it in with the original box for a thinkpad laptop to return it to one of my clients and I ask do you think I need more padding in the box? I had the original shipping materials in the box but thought maybe hey just add a bit more paper or something.But guess what they wouldnt let me ship it in the box that I brought it in the same box that Thinkpad would have shipped it to me!! The Manager was very rude and unhelpful and said if I wanted to ship it Id have to put it in a FedEx box and pay $18 for the box and $4 for the paper or what not they put around it and that didnt include the shipping fee. SERIOUSLY!!!!UPS here I come!!

I’ve been sending a green bag with locks every month for the past 7 months I never had a problem here until today they told me it needs to be placed in a box then sent when I said it doesn’t need to be a box and has never been sent in a box they told me I couldn’t ship it so then I went to ups who took it and was cheaper

Literally some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. 2 employees in the entire store and the one I dealt with was very rude. Overpriced, super slow, and just a terrible place. Id rather find another place or an independent print shop any day.

The customer service was horrible. I went in to get my papers faxed and had no idea so I asked for help and the ladies just gave me attitude. In addition, the lady ripped my paper and charged me for making another copy.
