Decent selection of parts when needed. This visit was a Holley rebuild kit. They had it, it was what I needed. I got it and left. Not much else to say.

No customer service. Had to scan my own car. Not that big of a deal but Advance comes out to your car, scans, and overall has better service.

When my car wouldnt start in the strip malls parking lot, Shane offered to test my battery and give me a jump if necessary--and both were necessary. Thanks to Shane, I was able to get home. Phenomenal service!

Even when the computer system made refunding a mini living hell for the staff, I was treated with the utmost respect. One of the best parts place to purchase vehicle repair parts for nearly all vehicles. Parts not on hand, and are requested with overnight delivery. Store clerks are polite and very knowledgeable of every vehicle on the market. Prices are very reasonable. Facilities are ADA compliant. Facilities and grounds are well maintained.

I drive a lot of miles as a pilot car driver. Between my GF and I we easily due over 4000 miles a week. I due a lot of oil changes and maintenance. This auto zone has become my goto. They are wonderful and very professional.

I moved here from Florida almost four years ago... because of my exposure to advance auto parts Ive always preferred advance. The fact that thew staff at advanced is very rude and not customer friendly has seffner me to autozone here in town on several occasions and thus becoming familiar with autozone here in town I now prefer autozone over advance!.. at least when it Im Im oak ridge, for sure! The staff here is very friendly and always go out of there way to be helpful!

My daughter was on her way home last Thursday night and it was raining, she misjudged our driveway and ended up going into a small culvert right before our house. Luckily Robyn Gleaves was going thru right after it happened and she turned around to come back to see if she could help. She used the winch on her Jeep along with the help from my SIL and nephew and pulled her car out, saving us a wrecker bill. Was sold the wrong bulb for my taillight . Due to covid the employee stated they cant help find out which bulb you need. So they look it up and still, wrong bulb. All i needed was someone to tell me which light was out when I pushed my breaks. Thats more than 6 ft apart. Customer service isnt like it used to be.

Wow! What can I say! This customer service experience was the best! The manager on duty assisted me with testing my battery. He told me what I already knew it was a goner! Instead of going with the really expensive battery the computer said to use, the manager stayed with it and found a cheaper battery for me! He saved me 40 dollars! I installed the battery and it worked like a charm. Me and my Caddy are on road again baby! Thanks to the AutoZone guys!

Ive had both good and bad experiences here, with employee knowledge tentatively trustworthy, having been told twice that I could put just any power steering fluid into my Honda. Over all the employees have been knowledgeable and helpful however, with a few experiences that really shine in the staff going above and beyond to assist (like coming out to my car in the parking lot to help me retrieve a cap dropped inside of my car).

For the most part the employees are great people other than the commercial manager Eric who cusses his employees in front of customers. Very unprofessional

I gave this establishment all excellent marks because as we we traveling through in the family RV after vacationing at Myrtle Beach, SC, the generator broke down and we stopped there to try to fix it. The staff were very helpful, and seemed to be genuinely concerned. They let me borrow any all the tools that I needed. I couldnt fix the problem, and we had to ride the rest of the way home with no air conditioner, but I feel that they really tried to go above and beyond to help.

Very knowledgeable staff and most of them will take the time to cross reference a part. Alot of the times they will try to price match a part. This is a good store to find parts.

Purchased an in stock indicated item for in store pick-up via their website. Went to the store, they had no idea about my purchase and couldnt find my part, even after I gave them the part number, they also couldnt find my order even with the order number or name. Finally after we found the part out in the store they were able to find d the order in their system. Not impressed.

When I first walked in, an older gentleman asked me if I needed help and I politely responded no. At that time I did not, as I knew what I needed and where it was.I collected all but one of my items and when I was unable to locate the last item I returned to the front desk for assistance.Unfortunately, the old man who originally offered to help me was no longer available as he was busy chatting with two people whom he was clearly more than acquainted with about a topic which had nothing to do with buying auto parts.I approached the desk and he simply ignored me then continued on reminiscing with his buddies. I went back to searching the store for 20 min on my own which yielded no results, as did waiting on the old man to tear himself away from his friends to answer my one question. I replaced all the items I had and left, most likely unnoticed.

The lady that rung me up was nice as ever she even gave me paper towels so my hands wouldnt get dirty while i put oil in my vehicle. Im giving it 2-stars because my car broke down in the parking lot my husband talked to the manager and he said it was ok that we left it there it was not in an inconvenient parking spot we had someone coming to put the part in, but he called and had our car towed. The lady is great!

If you cant find it theyll find it for you and sometimes theyll even put it on for you cant beat it I like it so there you go

While traveling through Oak Ridge Tn we broke down and luckily were able to get off the road and into this shopping center. Never been in this town before, but as luck would have it there was an Autozone. My husband was able to detect the problem and decided to fix it there as opposed to a huge tow bill. However we had no tools and it was cold out but the staff at this store stepped up and helped us out in a time of need. Robyn was a god send, she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you all so much for a job well done!

I went in to purchase a fuel pressure gauge. The employee helping me handed me one and walked away to go have a conversation with another employee. Two other employees stood next to me having a conversation about what they were going to have for lunch. A fifth employee walked by me as I looked at him for help he looked away and darted down an aisle behind the counter. After 5 minutes I just walked out. At this point the employee that originally pulled my first salesmen away from helping me came out to the parking lot and asked if I was overlooked. No I wasnt overlooked I was ignored, you pulled my associate away from helping me. AutoZone has always been my go to. I guess NAPA will be happy to get a new customer.

Returned a broken master cylinder after two years, lifetime warranty. They assessed all technical data specs and had another one trucked out the next day.

Hard to get waited on. Bought windshield wipers for Pontiac g6 employee looked up on computer but I was given the wrong wipers. Only 1 other customer yet took over 20 min. To get a refund on the wipers. Employees not helpful at all. To busy socializing. I wont go back.

Horrible!!!!!! Bought something for my truck got out to the parking lot to realize my wife had picked one up earlier went back in and because I had threw my receipt away they would only give in store credit. It was literally 5 mins! The old hateful woman that rang me up was the same one that wouldnt return it. I will stick o Reilly in oak ridge for now on!
