They have a good selection of shoes However theres not a lot a variety. I went looking for a pair of brooks ghost shoes and all they have were 3 different styles of brooks. So if your looking for a wide variety of a certain shoe. This is not the place to go. The employees were nice and were always their to help you.

Not a great selection for kids who are just between toddler and bigger kids sizes. Ive been here several times now and we can never find anything for them. Employees are helpful and super nice though

I popped in this morning to return some shoes and the gentleman helping me was so kind and accommodating. The store is so clean and properly stocked.

They have a pretty good variety of shoes. They have a Buy One Get One 50% off sale going on at all times. They only have a couple of employees working, but they were both friendly and helpful.

Not a very big selection for kids. Nobody asked if I needed and help. Store seemed clean. So much for doing the shopping in Oak Ridge. Headed to Turkey Creek

Good variety of shoes, took a little while to find the shoes I wanted.

Taking 2 girls shopping for shoes is no easy task. The staff at this store did their best to help to alleviate that stress. The store was clean and well stocked. Lucky for me the girls knew what they wanted. The check out process was enlightening. There was a coupon I had available and she told me of a donation-match program. They give new shoes to one of the local elementary schools; to give to children that cant afford to buy them. How can you not give your your business to a store that does that??

Two young girls in store as assistants Alexis and Sydney. I was Looking at kids crocs on top rack Girls told me none there to go over to table or over in another rack. Took me over to table said about all they would have in size I needed. Had seen size on top rack and told them I was looking at these particular ones Just looked at me. Went to middle of store got on their phones. I got step stool to get the ones I wanted then one came over said she would get for me that I should not be on ladder I told her I got what I wanted myself they didn’t want to help me before so I helped myself paid for 2 pair of shoes and left.

Just shopped here to see whats out now. I found a couple pairs of shoes that I like. Will return once I decide what I want.

I always have a problem finding my childs size but the employees are very helpful and friendly. A gentleman offered his assistance right away and checked in their stock as well for her size. They can order the size you need if they dont have it in stock.

I used to work with the store manager at another job. Greg is great and his staff is very friendly and helpful!

These guys bent over backwards to help me get the best price and number of my favorite shoes being discontinued...had to call to a store in GA, who shipped them to the one in Oak Ridge TN and still have me the sale price and no shipping! Love this place and my favorite shoes I wear all year long...they are an earth origins pair. I have 3 pairs of the same shoe.

The young assist manager trainee was very helpful in selecting small baby shoes. Went out of her way to assist any way she could. Very helpful and very knowledge in the shoe business. I would revisit this store in the future.
