This might be the best place to get a deal on appliances or anything you could buy at home depot. I have bought two refrigerators and a fan and both work great! I also got them for a fraction of the cost. I really appreciate the customer service and care that the employees have at Stovers. I really feel like they want to do you right as a customer and they try their best to help you get what you need for the price you want.

Stovers is a no-brainer for any flooring project and many other re-modeling and construction needs. We have remodeled our home utilizing hardwood, Floor tile, mosaic tile, bathroom vanity, and associates supplies from Stovers. Compared to the big box stores, Stovers employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, and there prices are roughly half price compared to others. It is very obvious that they strive to stock all of the related tools and supplies to install your flooring as well. I was so impressed with their friendly and helpful employees that I reached out to the owner and provided some positive feedback.

I could not be more satisfied. We purchased our cabinets for our kitchen remodel from Stovers. Our cabinets were not only WAY less expensive then the big name stores but the quality was outstanding. Soft close doors and drawers, perfect finish, everything was correct when it arrived. This was my second big purchase from Stovers (I have bought flooring there as well) and will not be my last. The friendly, helpful service is also a step above the rest.

So I drive up to Oak Ridge from Seymour - Took a while. When I got there it was great to see them again and in such a great clean bldg. Had to find quality flooring on a very tight budget. Tessa hit a home run helping me out. The flooring was top notch. Very little waste and good quality. If you ever need anything check there first. You may be surprised.

Walked into this store and we were helped immediately. Very knowledgeable staff- Morgan answered all our questions and helped us pick out laminate flooring which was priced at half of what a big box store in town was selling it for. They have an incredible variety of products for home improvements/remodeling or building. Go there before you pay more elsewhere.

A store that sells pretty-much everything cheap with outstanding, friendly customer service. Whats not to love about this place? Its a little hard to find (behind Oak Ridge Big Lots), but once youre there you cant help but look around and find all kinds of stuff for your home. Note that they have a second floor that is kind of hidden, but contains a wide variety of small stuff. Special shout-out to Morgan and Tessa for taking the time to answer all my questions.

I was in the store again today, and again, these people are fantastic to deal with.We have purchased many items from them, all the same quality as the other orange home improvement store, this time, we got hardwood oak flooring and a floor nailer. The materials are top quality, in fact the same brand names as HD, but the prices are unbelievable.Chris, Morgan and the girls up front are some of the most personal people, always ready to help. If youre looking for anything for your home, from gas fire pits to Bruce hardwood oak flooring, and Milwaukee tools, do yourself a favor, and check here first, Ill see you there.

Well started out great arrived at 5 found what I needed great price an staff seamed great left to help someone else which was fine but then came back an this was 1 hour befor closing said it was to late to get my order of 6 boxes of 1 tile an 10 boxes of another tile which was out front . Only the 6 boxes of the flooring would have to be gotten down out of the shelf .but now after he left to go help someone else ..... I wouldnow have to take another day from work an drive 2.5 hrs to come back the next day to get this tile . Not very good sales an lazy... just another group of lazy kids left to run a store.Glad its not my store an my money they are let walking out especially with the covid taking alot of businesses out. An this was the oak ridge store an I really liked this place but I being a contractor wife will not get to come back.

Place far exceeded my expectations! My perception was that it would be a flooring warehouse, but that was put to rest immediately. There certainly is a great selection of wood, laminate, and tile flooring, but that is, at best, about 10% of what they offer in the store. Cabinetry, appliances, home goods, quality name brand tools, renovation materials, outdoor decor, pavers, even jewelry... Everyone I have sent there has been pleasantly surprised at the quality and variety of whats offered. Staff is very personable and helpful. You can tell this is a privately owned small business, and they have earned my repeat business.

Went in just to browse and found the fireplace insert Id been looking at on an online sight for half the price. They have a nice array of products now and are getting more stuff in all the time. Prices are good. They now have kitchen design department and nice selection of countertops and cabinets. Everyone was extremely helpful.

I travelled from richmond Ky to get my flooring and I could not be more satisfied with customer service, from hunter who took my order over phone and remembered me when I arrived to pick it up to they guys who loaded 65 boxes for me. The gentleman that runs the store personally came out and noticed a problem ( some of the boxes had got wet at some poin) and unloaded them and made it right. Their kindness and service and heart to help out are so rare.Here’s the story. We’d spent the day running around Knoxville trying to find flooring in our budget. This was our last stop. The products we needed were out of our budget for our special ministry project. We discussed what we should do. The owner heard us deliberating and once he realized that it was a ministry project, he jumped in and offered to give us the products we needed for the amount we had available to spend... literally about 50% off.They were kind, generous, helpful, and professional. I was impressed with the size of the building and their inventory. They sell bulk dishes, trash bags, toilet paper, jackets. It’s a fun shopping experience. My husband and I visited this location over 3 weeks ago. We purchased hardwood flooring and several other home construction items. First off, I need to say how well organized this facility is! We have, in the past, visited the store in Cookeville and it stressed me out just walking in the door. Too cluttered! Not a great shopping experience that day! Was there today. They were all gathered around the back talking and never noticed me come in. When I followed the voices and asked for help they were not very helpful. I was trying to match some laminate I purchased there years ago. They would not even get up and look. They said it was impossible and said nobody uses laminate anymore anyway!When I said it was still all over home shows they laughed at me.

Turn at Chick Fila.Some outstanding deals, Ive bought microwave light bulbs for a buck, just bought a new name brand wash sink for 30. Also got about a case of commercial brand air filters for about 3 each. They have a lot of commercial and better quality stuff.This is NOT a fake surplus store that has a few decent items and the rest cheap chinese junk. Most of this is better consumer and commercial goods.Staff go out of their way to be helpful. Nice place to shop.
