Great group of people here, was greeted and helped immediately before I even fully stepped out of my car. We can not express how good of a job the the at Oak Ridge Nissan did in selling us a new 2021 Nissan Frontier. We drove through the lot a couple of days before walking in to speak to someone and BRENT one of the sells team came to speak with us. He could tell we were just passing through and was good enough to give us his cards incase we had any questions. He made it clear that he would not pressure yes and to try to look at a car out there in there and that he would give us plenty of space to look around. Two days later, we went to the store to make sure we could find BRENT, he met us at the front door and remembered that we spoke a couple of days before, even though he could not remember exactly what about. We explain to him that we shopped at a another Knoxville area car Nissan location and did not have a good experience what so ever ( Ted Russell Nissan). we explain how we spent several hours they’re doing the truck buying process and how they wind up reneging on the deal we made and did not honor their word what so ever with anything we spoke about. We Explained to BRENT the make and model that we wanted and they had a color different than the other dealership. He made sure that we did a test drive, even though we test drove the car at the other location just to be sure it was exactly what we wanted. As we test drove the truck, he sure to answer any questions that we had. BRENT also did not try to do any type of sales pitches at any time. He was very personable and was very friendly to our toddler and came shopping with us. First thing he did as we walked in the door was to make sure she had a big balloon blown up so she can play with it and take it home. MARK The manager came over and introduced himself after our test drive. He also is very personal and professional with all three of us. Again, he did not try any sales pitches he just wanted to make it clear that if we had questions or concerns to let him know, immediately. He worked with us to make sure the deal was very close to matching the other dealership that we shopped at. All of the staff at Oak Ridge Nissan even though they were not working with us on a one on one basis, did everything to good to make sure that we were having a good experience. Highly recommend shopping at Oak Ridge Nissan for great customer service.

We stopped at Old Ben Franklin first, the sales guy was absolutely the worst. He acted like we were taking up his time by asking him about the vehicles on the lot. Had a really bad attitude, and just did not want to be bothered it seemed. We were there for 2 minutes before we turned around and walked out. We went down to oak ridge Nissan, Dylan came out, and from the second we met him, he had a positive attitude, helpful, not pushy, just an all-around great guy. I was able to point at vehicles and ask the differences in between the trim models, ( I dont want to have to Google thats why Im here to ask you.) He answered every question about every vehicle that we looked at knowledgeably. He was there to help, and assist not to push us into a vehicle. We ended up leaving with a 2020 kicks. And I can tell you right now, A lot of it had to do with Dylan. If youre looking for great customer service and no huge headache after I would definitely check out oak ridge Nissan.

As usual I had an excellent experience when I took my 2015 Rogue in for a 5,000 mile service. I trust JP Anderson to track my service and keep me informed of the status and help me get any discounts available to keep my service costs down. I know that only the necessary services to keep my vehicle in top running condition will be recommended. Ive had bad experiences with other vehicle repair companies in the Oak Ridge area who recommended repairs that werent necessary.

The sales guy was very nice and helpful. The only issue I had was the false advertising of paying above Kelly blue book value for trade ins. I was offered way less than Kelly blue book value with no wiggle room. Also promised to pay off one of my trade ins then after signing paperwork was told that the difference was added to my new car from what they were offering for the trade in.
