Kaitlyn is always so helpful every time I come into the store. I’ve had issues with my home phone over the last month or so and she has gone above and beyond to make sure my home phone is working. I appreciate all she does to help me out. I would recommend the oak ridge store over any other location because of how nice the employees are.

Lori was so great today, very professional but very understanding. Being older I am often confused when it comes to tech talk. She was the best. I have to have a working phone due to health problems at my home. She had me up and running in no time. Give that woman a raise!!
