Really enjoyed their Chestnut Praline Latte! Staff were nice, but I had to wait a while for my coffee. Overall a good experience though.

Drive thru wait is achingly slow compared to other Starbucks, but no one else in town is taking coffee seriously, either. So I gamble from time to time.I order one drink, a flat white, because I like espresso with steamed, micro-foamed, free-poured whole milk. Given its relative simplicity, it is a wonder that this drink tastes different every time I get it from this location. Sometimes its pretty good, sometimes its made by someone who thinks its the same as a latte, sometimes it tastes like the shots were left sitting on the bar for three minutes before the milk was added. Sometimes, like this morning, I trust the person who hands me my drink and naively dont check the label until Im five minutes down the road and wondering why I just took a sip of vanilla latte (which funnily enough did not have extra foam as requested by the poor soul who was presumably handed my flat white-- hopefully they had theirs remade according to preference).

I had a great experience. The drive thru line wasn’t too long only a couple cars so I got through fast. Ordered a Venti Iced Vanilla Latte with dark caramel sauce and it was delicious. Staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely will be going back.

Ordered by app. Food was ready but drink was not at the pick up time designated on the app. I wasnt dissatisfied but Im sure there are those out there whod pitch a fit. Grateful I can order ahead when Im in a position where it is helpful.

The tall dark roast I ordered was fresh and just the right temperature. However, the service was inefficient and frustrating. Five baristas were on duty. At any given time during my protracted wait, at least two were doing nothing. Priority is given to drive through orders. The employee who took my order finally saw my growing impatience, poured my coffee and served it. Apparently, the system requires that nothing can happen until a label is printed and attached to the side of the appropriate cup.

Staff is always so friendly and gets my order out quickly. Always tastes delicious too!

I have continued to order food and drinks from Starbucks during the pandemic because I always thought it was a very clean place. However after stopping at the oak ridge location this morning I do not feel the same. I was in the drive through this morning when I saw an employee sneeze without covering his nose or mouth and then proceeded to continue to make drinks without washing his hands. That is very disgusting at any time. I will not be going back.

We were looking for a place to sit, talk and drink coffee. Music was a bit loud for customers.

This one I go to has great service but needs to start blocking the entrance at the red light once more. Oak ridge store near stables the drive thru line ends up blocking the road. They blocked it off for a while but stopped for some reason.

Drive-thru is always polite, quick, and easy. The staff is so friendly.

This Starbucks is always good. Ive never gotten a drink and been disappointed. The staff is very friendly. The drive through moves fairly quick.

Although coffee is consistent, service is VERY lacking. I visit this location daily hoping that one day people will realize that customer service is that the company is built on. Without customers you don’t have a job! The Barista that is working the register most mornings when I am there acts like she has no desire to be there and it is a struggle to be nice and pleasant. So frustrating.

Cozy coffee shop. Typical Starbucks location. Seating is not super comfy or roomy. There is work spaces and places to plug in, but its definitely not a Starbucks that is good for long stays or study sessions. Good service and convenient location from main road.

Very friendly staff. The iced coffee is excellent. It might take a little getting used to if you arent used to strong coffee, but once you adjust to the flavor, it is wonderful. The hot coffee is definitely hot, so be warned!

Love their white chocolate mocha. If you dont want to pay for the high priced coffee you can get a regular coffee and take it to a little station and add several things yourself. Example: cinnamon, chocolate, and more!

Today, I placed a mobile order this morning to try and save some time on my way to work. I got to the store when the app said my order would be ready. My drink was ready but my food wasn’t. So, I waited. And waited. And waited. And watched as everyone who ordered food at the counter got theirs, as well as the drive through. I tried to get the attention of two baristas but was shrugged off. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait since I had to get to work, so I had to leave with only half of my mobile order! I tried to call the store later and nobody picked up. Thankfully I contacted corporate and they’re going to refund me the $6 I spent on the food I never received.

Poor customer service. First time using the mobile app - which is easy to use. I walk into the store and almost immediately receive my coffee. I also ordered a bkfst sandwich. I wait patiently at the counter for my sandwich to arrive. They were busy and there was a barista dedicated to fulfilling sandwich orders. I wait and wait and wait some more until it was clear there was a break in fulfilling sandwich orders...all had gone out and no more were being prepared. So I hopped in line to inquire and was immediately asked if I had ordered the ham, egg and cheese which I had. It was explained they had run out. Fine, but I was there waiting in excess with no one asking or communicating the problem with my order - my time is valuable and it was absolutely wasted. The mobile app allowed me to order and I received no update as to the status of my order. I really wanted to give back my bland blonde flat white and just ask for a refund - but, I was hungry and so begrudgingly order a different sandwich and went on my way, but not until spending a few extra valuable minutes to review the poor customer service of this location. Thoroughly disappointed - do better - perhaps talk less amongst yourselves about movies you’ve not yet seen and pay attention to the people paying for your goods and services and provide actual attentive service to your customers.Mobile order for Natalie at 7:56:49 on 12/13/19...

This is the best Starbucks Ive been to! The staff is always friendly and personable, the drinks and food are yummy and the store is always clean. Im happy to pay the extra amount for good coffee and eats, plus Starbucks is a huge, proud supporter of farmers.

This was my first visit to this location. The person who took my order was very friendly and quick. So when I went around to the window, I put a tip in the container. THEN I was handed my coffee......it was leaking all over the place, & me. when I said something and handed it back, the gentleman said oh and took it and walked away. Came back with new coffee and rest of order. No Thank you or have a good day, and no napkins ( I ordered food) So went back to get napkins and the same gentleman handed the napkins out the window and said you wanted these and then turned around and walked away. The lady who took my order deserves my tip!!!!! Wont go back to this location.

Used to waste 2-3 trips there a day. Thought it was good stuff. Any other one Ive been to has tasted WAY better. Funny when ex employees share secrets, especially about the one in Oak Ridge. Ill. Never drink there again, even if its FREE! Yuck, no way!!

This was my daily stop when I taught at Farragut High School. Loved the environment. Service inside or drive-through is always fantastic.
