Great location and the largest of these chain of stores Ive visited yet. Very friendly lady working and very happy to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family.

Opened promptly at eleven, pretty sweet, as i was getting some gifts for later in the day. They had some really really cool swag in addition to the pretty good game selection. Staff was very courteous and also quite chill. Will definitely go back for needed goodies and would recommend.

So we tried calling to see if they had a product available we literally were waiting for some to answer for about 15 mins. So we kept calling because we were headed to different stores to see where it was. No one answered so we kept calling. Finally a woman named Bailey answered after nothing for a less than 10 second phone call. I get people can be busy but on a Sunday morning? Just answer the phone

The service was very friendly and we ended up having a conversation about games, movies and comics, it felt very welcoming and I had a nice visit!

This store has been horrible since my first visit. I have gone to the store before and it was closed during posted business hours and the “open” sign brightly shining. On three separate occasions I placed preorders and paid the $5 fee. They never call or email you to make you aware the item has arrived.In poor customer service, the manager told me that since they are often understaffed, they simply don’t have time to call you. I was actually told that if you don’t come to the store periodically to check your order status, they will place your item on the floor to sell.I got my $5 refund and will never use GameStop Oak Ridge again. I am stunned that with the inconsistency of the store, it’s lack of customer care and apparently it’s small staff, it’s still in operation. Take my advice and make the trip to another location.

Very helpful, not a big selection

Grabbed 5 used PS4 game cases off the shelf which all had new and pre owned stickers on them. Once at the counter they were scanned and the store had none of them in stock new or used. I’ve been to hundreds of GameStop locations in various parts of the United States and have never had this happen. If it’s out of stock get the cases off the shelf. This is a poorly managed location. Only giving 2 stars because the girl working there was polite and apologetic.

Selection of games has went down hill but great service

This store has ripped me off repeatedly. They have sold me empty game cases, shorted me on cash trade-ins and refused to give me a receipt, threatened to throw me out of the store for stealing a game that had a receipt for from GameStop that was bought under my power up rewards account. They change managers constantly but nothing ever gets any better. Also I have noticed that many of the employees either work for their only competitor in town or are constantly hanging around their competitor’s store.There are much better places to find your games and constoles. This is the worst GameStop in a 50 mile radius of Oak Ridge.

Typical Gamestop. Its not the most convenient place to get into the parking lot coming from one direction, but a quick u-turn during light traffic will get you in. Heavier traffic calls for a little ingenuity. Service has always been up to par, with good help from the employees when needed. Plenty of games in stock usually. No complaints.

Their trade values are very low and when they do have things in stock it is very hard to get someone to help you. There is a local place right down the road called Secret City Exchange that is exceptional in their customer service and selection.

Why cant I have a ZERO star option?Game Stop in oak ridge only has business because people shopping there dont really know good service.Customer service...forget it.The staff are air heads.The selection of items is laughable.We need a store in Oak Ridge with a wide selection and great people to staff it.Also, forget calling them,they loose their minds when the phone rings.

My grandson go here at times. I can usually get in and out very quickly. The store itself is almost hidden and only has 1 way in or out

They get what u ask for

Employee closed the store early and would not answer the phone at all . I called multiple times. I went to the door and knocked and he looked at me and shut the lights off. Appears as he didnt feel like doing his job. This store needs to be overhauled with new staff. Poor customer service, beyond poor if I could give 0 stars I would.

Love this store and everyone that works at it. Nothing like feeling like family when you walk in the door. I travel a ton for work and I always visit these guys when I get into town. Keep up the great work.

Staff here are efficient and helpful. Better than most GameStop stores in and around Knoxville.

The staff here are friendly, helpful, encouraging, and very kind to me every visit. They have a wide variety of games for many consoles, such as the XBOX One, Wii U, Wii, etc. There is a good amount of space for customers to shop for new games, and every time I go there I feel welcome. The prices are somewhat below normal prices, which is great, and almost every game is in new condition, excluded the used/traded ones, which are still in good condition.

First off, Im not one to ever review any place. However, when you invest into a company such as Gamestop by spending $1000s of dollars a year in game sales and other merchandise at a number of their locations. Furthermore, I feel that I have a right to review the main store that I use weekly. Likewise, out of that right I feel that when someone has been wronged at a location the district manager or the social media person at said main office can hold the store manger accountable for their actions.Over the past few visits to the Oak Ridge TN location, i have had to deal with the store manager directly. This guy clearly doesnt enjoy his job. Even once stating to a few customers that he didnt even like gaming. What????? You work at a gaming store! How do you get to that level of a job and not care for what you do. Ive had friends that work for Gamestop over the years, and they dislike the place because of pay or the hours they have to work, but never dislike gaming in general. They have a passion for the games that they sale.Im not really sure if this is the best person to be over this location. The guy is always in a bad mood when any questions are ask. He is short with people, disrespectful to everyone that makes the guy work. Normally, with the type of person I am I just move on. I dont have time with my career and family time to worry about such matters. However, after today I got singled out by this guy. After having to cancel a few preorder items over the last week, this guy put a hold on my account for no reason. I cant preorder anything for two months!!! The action of this store manager is uncalled for. I know that it hurts the store if the money is returned to the customer, and not spent on a new item. However, remember one thing first! Its my income!!! I worked for it, it wasnt free!I have no clue if this issue will be cleared up or not. Just please people watch out for this guy!
